The crew and Siwan work exceptionally hard and there's a constant flow of customer base with a wide variety of brands, makes, and models. There's a ton of pros I can give off but I think the primary one is the fact that Siwan is customer first. Don't want to give all the details but just know he will take care of you because he has a perspective unlike most. There's no perfect experience and the one con I will give is their delegation of workflow. I think if there was an admin assistant to take care of majority of front of house, appointments, paperwork, etc. it would take it to another level than it already is. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore.
