My wife and I were reflecting on the 12 years of devastation our kids and dogs had inflicted on her car...and yet it still was driving great. I decided to surprise her with a Signature Detail to see if she could be excited about her old car again and Perfect Shine and Thomas did not disappoint. Scheduling was easy (I was looking to book ASAP and that was not an issue) and Thomas arrived during the arrival window (and they even let me know that it would be on the later end of the window in advance when the prior job was running late). He spent 4 hours going over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb. The real test was going to be if he could somehow remove years-old melted crayon from the door handle and I would have still been satisfied if he couldn't...but he did. Martin's work on my Chrysler. Pacifica was excellent! He had a really good attitude after having to show up twice because his first claim got interrupted by rain. He even re-vacuumed the second time which I was very grateful for because with three kids, my car is usually pretty dirty. Although I do keep my car decently surface level clean, he did a great job at getting all the extra dirt and pet hair and food out of my carpet and seat seats. I found it very easy to call and make an appointment and they were able to accommodate last minute changes. They were on time and spent a lot of time on my husband's car. I would say for the price point I expected the interior to be spotless, but I believe he did the best he could (it was pretty dirty to begin with, and it was windy that day so there was probably dirt and leaves flying in the open doors). I called A Perfect Shine Detailing when the Shine Shop in Clarksville ghosted us at the last minute. They were kindly able to accommodate us for both of our vehicles quite quickly. I felt overall it was really great job. I got a mid-tier service on my van and the top tier service on my Audi. I would say in the future I probably wouldn't pay for the premium service cause I did not think there was enough of a difference or upgrade in quality of service between the two so I would just do mid-tier. He questioned me for any specific areas that needed more focus before he started detailing. He had been making fun of my car, saying it's old and dirty for a young person like me.
