This place used to be okay years ago and then it just kept getting worse. After they started doing the drive thru wash it seemed to have gotten worse. The workers at the end didn't do a great job. Even after getting tips. I did appreciate that they let you do the vacuuming on the side for free, if you washed your car but I don't want to vacuum my car after I've washed it. I like to vacuum then wash, and the lady there doesn't seem to want this to happen. Anyway, I still went here and there until a few weeks ago. I thought it was expensive for just a drive thru wash and then the older women (who probably never did this in their life) take one half a$& swipe at your car and call that drying. Don't get me wrong ... the men suck too just maybe not as bad. Tired of giving this place chance after chance with the same disappointing results and then have to dry it myself anyway. Worst service ever‼ Don't go there if you are black female. I went there today. Paid $44 for the work cleaning of interior and exterior. Well when I got to interior 2 white people in front of me. And the workers cleaned their car's interior from top to bottom. Got to my and did clean the back seats at all one whipe of my hatch glass, didn't vacuum. And we're finished in 3 minutes. And I gave them a $20 tip before I realized they didn't do a damn thing to my car. Never again I felt like I was being racially profiled as a woman and being black. I have had 3 cars with monthly membership plan. Today I went to vacuum and the owner lady was very rude and told me to leave if I wasn't washing my car but I tend to vacuum first before I wash the car. My wife was pulling in as well with her car and she stood in front of her car and didn't let her in. Extremely poor customer service and rude. She was very racist as she was telling her employees to make me understand in Spanish but I clearly spoke to her in English. Even her own employees looked scared of her. !!!! TUH! Very disappointed with the quality of service I received at this car wash. I gave it an extra star for the convenience of the location. It is literally right outside my house so I wanted to love it. The outside of my car looked decent but this is expected as it did go through a car wash. The inside of my car looked EXACTLY the same. Aside from being vacuumed it looked just as dirty as when I brought it in. I even went back to buy cleaning supplies. I expressed my concerns about how dirty my car still was and the guy working behind the counter told me they don't clean the middle dash. Umm, why? Aside from the middle dash, they also didn't clean the doors either so his point was moot. BEWARE: This place is not one of those modern car wash where no cloth touches or scratches your car. ZERO for customer service. After paying 28 dollars for the complete wash package (top package), when I pointed to the manager that car has neither been washed properly nor wiped, he said this is how it is. We wash hundreds of cars each day. You need to buy detailing service to wipe the soap marks from the wash (refer attached pics). Person on the billing counter refused to refund the money and directed me back to the cleaning supervisor who was not willing to entertain. To amaze further - he mentioned that anyways the car will catch the salt when you go out, whats the point cleaning this. I paid $10 for the exterior "Basic" wash and an additional $19 to have the interior cleaned/vacuumed. They did a pretty good job; however, my problem is mostly with their business name. I went there thinking their wash would be done without mechanical brushes or spinning clothes like typical gas station car washes...you know, "touch less", as in nothing but water touching my car to get it clean. I prefer that type of car wash as I believe it is easier on the paint. I felt the name was misleading, but maybe it isn't to other people. We recently moved here and the car wash we took our cars to where we lived before used only water pressure (no brushes) to clean the exterior, then hand dried the car. I was disappointed and it wasn't at all what I was expecting. I guess I'll have to keep looking. read more

I paid for the deluxe or expensive package so I expected to see my car looking like it was ready to be resold. Everything looked "cleaned" but then when I jumped in my car I was pissed. I dont get like that but when I do run! Old man asked me what's wrong mamita? In Spanish I replied that I'm not happy with the interior. Then old guy act like he didn't comprehend. So I pointed to the crumbs and spots they had missed. They really did a crappy job. They didn't even bother to go with the vac into the sides of my console. A day later my car had water spots. I couldn't go back because I live 45 miles away and was in the area. So If I'm in this area I'll only go Mont Village car wash where they'll never ever cut corners. The outside of my car was clean, because it goes through a machine so of course it should be- but I mainly went to get the inside of my vehicle clean- which did not happen. After they vacuumed and wiped down everything inside, it looked like nothing was done. There's no way the inside was thoroughly wiped down- just look at the pictures after they said it was clean! Between my front seats I'm sure they didn't even try to vacuum. Would not recommend at all. It's like 6 of them at a time and finish the whole car wash in like 5 minutes but the job is mediocre. This has been one of the area washes I frequently visit for years. They have great customer service. You tell them what you want, go inside to pay, and retrieve your car on the other side. You also watch your car from a glass window. The staff here are very hardworking and deserve to be tipped. This location is also a gas station. Easy to get to and exit from 2 sides. read more

I've been coming here since 2005 the service is fast and friendly. If you are a female reading this and don't mind the staff oogling you up and down then you shouldn't have a problem. They are reasonably priced and located off 355 after IHOP at the once Chevron gas station. I recently went here during the day after that fake-me-out snow day so my car was covered with dirt and salt. I also had some leaves and dirt on the edges of the carpet in the front seats. I got in and it looked like they did a one time sweep over it and just tried to cover the rest with the carpet, I would have turned around but I had an appointment I had to make it. This was the first time I experienced this so I'm not going to hold this against them. Normally when I get in my car and see that they missed a spot, they don't huff and puff. They do have a little tip box at the exit, I always leave them a good tip...they're hard working men who will work in freezing cold or scorching 102 degree weather. This is my first time here. I brought my car for a nice car wash after the recent Saturday snow. I purchased the THE SUPER WORKS $21.95* Extra Value Package. My exterior did not get cleaned at all. On my car you could see the salt from snow and many white areas. At the end of the wash the employees that hand clean the car left car half wet. Interior cleaning wasn't good either. This review is for touch-less car wash in Gaithersburg, MD. I've always travelled abt 15 m to this place due to the quality of the wash. Like other reviews, I recently began to notice the rushed and somewhat sloppy manner in which my car is being handled, unlike before. The guys who scrub out the tires hardly do anything. The vacuum guys are better, but they don't put things back as it should be. They just throw it in the car. I went there today with the hope that with less traffic they would do a good job. I have been a very happy customer of this car wash location until about one hour ago. I went to go and get a car wash after very long time of going without one, so I was extremely upset to find a brand-new scratch on the interior of my car when I got in. It was the first thing that caught my eye because I know it was not there before. Especially since I just organized and cleaned out my car, so I could have it washed. I found it on my glovebox drawer where I had just put napkins in right before entering the car wash. So I returned back immediately to notify the people of it... and to my surprise they absolutely did nothing. They even said that it was not them and that I must have kids who kick up on my dash board. Being a 20-year-old in college as a full-time student, I find this hard to believe how I would have a child in my front seat. I explained how I have been going to this Car wash ever since I got my own car and even before with my mother when I was younger. This has never happened before and I thought they would at least try to help or say sorry but none of that happened. They just denied it was even them. You can of course view your car via the windows along the carwash. At the end of the walk is the register area where you pay for car wash along with a small shopping area where they have car scents, birthday cards, tire shine, car cleaners and even ice-cream! Once the car is done, another team of people would rapidly dry your car with soft clothes. The more expensive service include tire shine or other special treatment. The waxing people also do a great job because they really take their time to wax your car. I got some saps stain on my car recently and I asked them if they can be removed - for $49.95 you get ALL the car wash and detailed waxing. I gave one star because I can't give zero. We paid $26.95 each for two "Hot Shine Best Value" car washes (two cars). The vacuuming was very poor, all the edges were missed. My trunk wasn't vacuumed, so I did it when I got home. When we got the cars back (after tipping!), all of the floor mats were misplaced/unseated. (The drivers' were hazardous because they weren't clipped down.) The owner/manager approached, so my wife politely told him that the vacuumer missed the corners and that the floor mats needed to be clipped down. He asked her where she was from (not the issue at hand and not his business-- my wife wanted to discuss the rushed and inattentive service) and when she directed the conversation to the vacuuming and mats, he asked if she was ashamed of her heritage. When my wife said that she wanted to discuss the service and that he was insulting her, he swore at her for being politically correct. When I came over and told him he had insulted my wife, he got in my face and dropped the F bomb. The owner was aggressive to the point of scaring me. He got in my face swearing at the top of his lungs. I did not provoke him but stood my ground. The vulgarity and ugliness was something that I have never before experienced. Why didn't he simply ask his employees to revacuum the car and place the floor mats as they were when we arrived? The amiable and correct solution would not have cost him anything, particularly since it was a slow day. Do not patronize this establishment. The owner was aggressive and vulgar. One of the worst car washes I have gotten by far. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they did a good job with vacuuming. They didn't clean most of the dust on the dashboard and doors. The windshield had dirt still on it and residue or the cleaner they used. Also I had to pin point obvious huge deity spots and ask the guy to clean it. Even though he did it, he missed a lot of it. Touchless Car Wash is efficient and does a good job for not too much money. I went on a Saturday morning around 11, and there was no wait, which was great. I got the basic wash ($16) which comes with interior vacuuming. A team of people will vacuum the car and put it on a conveyor belt where you can watch through windows as it goes through the automatic wash with several cycles of being sprayed with soap, rinsed, and passing through a set of what looks like streamers hanging from the ceiling. There is a register at the end where you pay. When the car is off the belt, another team of people dry it off, wipe down the dashboard, etc. and you are ready to go. The outside of my car came out clean; the inside came out OK. Note that the interior vacuuming did not include the trunk and left dust in a number of places. After it was done I felt like maybe I should have gone for the full detail. Anyway, overall a good experience and I will go back for my next wash. read more

I swear, every time I go here I swear I'm not going back. Horrible! My windows were filthy, had to ask the guy to dry the back of my SUV. After it dried there was a big smear on my back window and another on my windshield. If I could have pulled my tip out of the tip box I would have. Had to rewash my windows inside & out.
