I never realized how long detailing could take (almost three hours), but because they visit you at your home, it was so convenient and no problem at all! Scheduling a time (and then rescheduling because I had a conflict) was easy, but they were several weeks out because of likely a huge wave of Groupon customers. I was extremely pleased with how prompt and professional the employee was and how thorough and attentive he was in getting my car in nearly brand-new shape! The exterior, including wheels, rims, undercarriage, and windows, looked fantastic, with no streaks, fingerprints, smudges, or marks. The interior was moderately messy and dirty but the employee did a great job getting every little crevice cleaned! These guys are great! I have been living in an apartment and in graduate school, so my vehicle (a Rav4 that I normally keep in good condition) has fallen into disrepair. I am moving cross country and want to do so in a clean environment, so I chose EcoFreedom because of their mobility and lower ecological footprint. I met them in a lot in Silver Spring, and within 2 1/2 hrs they had my vehicle like new (well, as like new as is possible with the damage I've done). They were very friendly, easy to coordinate with and talk with, very transparent and open about the process and what aspects of cleaning were covered by the service. They were very professional. I received a confirmation email when I signed up, and the day before my service, I got a reminder email, which I really appreciated. They show up on time and work hard, and the end product is much cleaner than anything I've been able to achieve. I booked to have EcoFreedom come to my house to work on my husband's truck as a surprise for him, and I have to tell you I was just as surprised as he was when it was done! This is a 2-person operation but it is very professional. Al does the scheduling and Jermaine does the detailing. The problem is when Jermaine can't make it for some reason. I had my first appt. rescheduled because he had problems with his truck. When he did come, he was fantastic! Lovely guy who did impeccable work (and I am very particular). This company is absolutely amazing. The owner is extremely professional. He arrived on time and the appointment took the exact amount of time he stated it would take. The end results were incredible. My car has not been this clean since I drove it off the lot six years ago. There was a stain on one of the rugs from when I spilled coffee four years ago, and even though I have had other companies detail my car, it has never been able to come out. EcoFreedom was able to remove this stain, along with others I didn't even know existed! The outside of the car was waxed and cleaned as well, which was a nice touch.
