I went to the car wash for the first time yesterday. I got the Platinum wash and my goodness- they did a WONDERFUL job! I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was exceptional. I will definitely be returning! read more

Unfortunately, they have lost a long-term customer as of yesterday. After getting my car half washed, I left and did not adjust my mirror and as soon as I got home and barely touched my rearview mirror, it fell apart. I returned back there of course no one took responsibility. The guy who even washed my car was saying nothing happened. Everybody was walking away like they didn't understand anything I was saying finally I spoke to the manager, who said that when he when he drove it he didn't touch it but the person who did the detailing-he walked away. Just denying saying no, nothing happened he didn't break anything. But he would not even walk back over to the Manager. He just kept walking away. I'm just looking and I didn't know why I gave him a two dollar tip and then this happened so they have lost a customer a and I will never go back there again. and pay $80 for someone to remount my rearview mirror luckily the breakage did not affect the windshield. and I would advise others to definitely check everything and sometimes I noticed that they have Taken quarters or monies in my car. So their service has really gone down i'll never be able to testify to their service again. no way to prove this because they said I was gone for an hour or two it does not really matter because I know how my rearview mirror works in my my car, which is a . read more

Discrimination is not only a disrespect to customers but also unlawful by a service provider who are given a licensee by the government to provide services without discrimination. I was denied car wash services twice in the past 12 months. read more

I got the platinum wash, which is pretty expensive. My car did look nice after going through the actual wash, but my interior still had a few stains and I had to ask them to go back and vacuum the trunk of my truck. All in all, never a bad experience, but when you pay $39 these things are expected to come with it. read more

I took my car through this car wash on Thursday June 11. My outside looked pretty good but when I got on the inside there still were crumbs in my seat, potatoes chips under my seat, floor mats still dirty and crumbs between the gear shift. The next morning we got ready to take my grand kids to school my husband noticed that the wind shield wipers was gone. Before we left we tried to figure out why the lady and the man was acting so strange. When they finished wiping the car down they just walked away and didn't say anything. Well the next day we came back to speak to the manager he say nobody lost wipers here we make sure if that. He had the nerve to say somebody came I. My yard and take the windshield wipers off my car. He said they are very expensive. Lol I don't recommend nobody going to this car wash. I pay $30 which ends up costing me another $50 to get replacement and the clip that was broken coming through the wash. Don't go there. The cars lined up will fool you. You go once you will not be back twice. read more

I got the platinum wash and my car is barely clean. They did not wipe out the dashboard or the inside console at all!! I feel like I wasted $35 and I really needed my car clean. Oh- and I just noticed that they did not throughly clean my hood either. Unacceptable - won't be coming back. read more

Laurel Car Wash - Dirty console, they didn't even bother wiping down - Car Wash Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

Jiffy lube cleans inside better. Wish I had checked reviews. Vacuum was terrible. Was still dirt everywher. Almost cleaner before the was.

Tried to get some of the pollen off my car and somehow ended up with it looking worse--yikes. Spent over an hour wiping it down inside and out just to get rid of the dirty towel streaks all over the interior, exterior, and especially the windows. Honestly, I've had better results from a gas station drive-thru wash. read more

WILL NEVER EVER EVER GET MY CAR SERVICE THERE AGAIN!! They damaged my side view mirror. Ive confronted management about it and they told me they would reach back out to me to further handle it...no one has called. Fast and reliable car wash. Pretty affordable with good quality services. They can get pretty busy and I haven't been able to determine the best time to visit to avoid the crowds. read more

I was charged $65 for a ultimate wash and hand wax and I am not pleased. I knew it was too good to be true, I will not go back to this place. If someone is physically drying and waxing my car should be near perfect. I could have gotten the same thing at a gas station car wash which is $15. This place used to be good but the people doing the drying only do but so much which is a shame. I was going to tip but I watched the guy the entire time and could tell he was taking short cuts. They may have taken my $65 but they will never get it again! read more

The only reason I'm giving these guys two stars isbecause my car looks pretty darn clean price is very fair. Now for the less than acceptable stuff: Man who orders the wash and gives you the claim slip never smiled once. My daughter asked him a simple question about what was included ( not completely clear on sign) and this man answered in a disparaging way... He was downright nasty and implied that she was stupid. If customer service is important to you, this is not the car wash to go to! I'm sorry to the one person who did not approve of my picture of the mean guy, But often when you read reviews of restaurants salons whatever they will use the name of the person who was unkind them... I have never heard of a person at our restaurant car wash pharmacy etc. talk to people the way this man did it... Maybe his boss will have some re-training with him and that will improve their service or maybe he was dismissed which would make the car wash a better place and the next time he opens his mouth in a disparaging way he'll think twice first about losing his job! read more

This has to be the WORST car wash in Laurel. I paid $75 for a hand wash and they never used a bucket of soap and water. All they used was a water bottle. When I asked for him to stop and give me my money back they refused. They also did a horrible job cleaning the inside. Look for yourself read more

HORRIBLE AND LAZY! All I can say is, if you go here and waste your money, you are a fool. They do not and I repeat, they do not clean your windows and wheels to the fullest. They just put water and soap on your car and then hand wipe it down. Your car is not being washed. There are no scrub brushes. My car looks the exact same way, just shiny. I truly can't believe it and instead of talking to me, the woman just walked away. I will never come here again. read more

Work on customer service. And don't rush me. I'm trying to get my personal belongings before you vacuum. Thank you.

If u care about your car do not come here. They scratched the hell out of my seat and swore it was me from my coat. As if I drive around in a knee length coat. The guy just kept fussing that they didn't do it. Not only that, they claimed to be finished and my entire frunk was wet, dirt still on the side of my car and water dripping down the back. Plus a sorry ass vacuuming. read more

This company is one of the worse car Wash in the region. I used them quite a bit back in 2018/2019 before I deploy with the military. Back then the service was borderline OKAY with no major issues. Fast forward to 2024, it has gotten pretty bad. Since this car wash is one of the few in the area I decided to sign up again... biggest mistake! The day I signed back up, my driver seat below cushion, made of hard plastic was broken because somebody decided to stand on the seat to reach the top of my truck. They did a terrible job with both exterior and interior. When I confronted them after the wash about not just the terrible job but my broken seat. I was told that I was the one who broke it with the utmost unprofessionalism. Needless to say that I was very furious so I requested a refund right away and cancelled my membership right away. I was told that my account was cancelled... this was two months ago, and since then my account is getting charged $59.99. I called twice trying to remedy the issue and was told by the lady on the phone (who is rude as hell) that the manager is the only one who can do this and that I must call back Mondays which is the only days he comes in. Stay away from this car wash read more

Had the basic car wash on a Saturday. The wait time is ridiculous. More importantly is the wait time to get your car cleaned after it leaves the wash. By the time they get to it, your car is already dry. Also very expensive. $19.99 for a basic wash? The one I usually go to in silver spring does the same for about $14. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The staff is terrible and they do a horrible job total waste of money and time

I would hope for a better job for $30. It is not bad but it is not great. They didn't get dirt from the edge of the wheel well. I am surprised the wash itself didn't get it but during the towel dry process it was cleaned up. I took care of it when I got home. Other than that the process was speedy and pretty good. It is better than washing my Jeep in the cold. read more

Laurel Car Wash - They still do an excellent job - Car Wash Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

While I do understand that a lot of people come here to get a car wash, the customer service is horrible. Nobody speaks english, prices are misleading, and after waiting for over an hour my car is still not cleaned correctly. I take pride in my car and I don't mind paying to make sure it stays shining. They have your car sitting in the hour sun for over 20 minutes allowing the leftover water to sit and leave marks on the car. Again, I understand that they have a long lime of cars here at every moment of the day, but if this is the case then you should have more than enough money to pay for additional staff. I can get over waiting, but to wait, pay, and my car still needs additional attention when I get home, isn't acceptable. Be prepared to dry/wipe your own car as it sits there in your face for 20-30 minutes after washing. I paid for the PLATINUM unlimited package only to be told later in the month that I can only get 8 washes per month. If that's the case, then tell me that before I purchase it. And/or give it to me in writing. I have canceled my membership and will drive across town to Whip Clean from now on. Horrible! read more

This place is turrible. I am not sure if the people aren't able to speak English to the degree they are comfortable, but the guy as I am driving in puts his hand up and places a cone in front of my car and walks away. He doesn't say anything. I honk and he just puts his hand back up. Now I understand there were a lot of cars but at least come out and say something so I know what is going on. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming here again. read more

I've had my car washed here many times. The prices are decent. My car was vacuumed and cleaned pretty good. The automatic car wash usually does a good job washing the exterior. Outside the people who dry the car do a good job but could do better. The area above the dash board was not thoroughly cleaned so I had to use my own cleaning products to get it fully cleaned. read more

Incredible wash, car felt good for days. Everything was cleaned really nicely and I will definitely be coming back.

I have been here countless times. So you would think I like the service that's why I come back. Till today that had been the case. Well not today. I have a RAV4. Certainly not a monster SUV by any standards. So we finish the wash and go outside and the roof is filthy. So I asked the manager can somebody wipe off the roof he goes oh no that's $35 extra for a hand wash. We're not talking door frames floor mats we're talking the roof the exterior roof of the car. Is it too much to ask that the exterior of your car get washed when you pay the platinum price? I will never be back here. Which stinks because in the past two years I've been here 55 times that's $1500+ in car washes. read more

This place was great! I was looking for a car wash in the neighborhood and happened to ask a young man who sent me to the Laurel Car Wash. I see why. It's fully staffed. There may be lots of cars in line when you arrive - but it all moves very quickly. I was really impressed that they did such a great job at the end of the wash with hand drying and polishing - ensuring that they went over every little nook and cranny. After the "crew" approaches to dry the car when the car comes out of the was lineup, one or two detailers is left to focus on each car and ensure that every inch of the car is addressed. "Detail" clean for $30! read more

0-10. bad attitude from the front desk lady. My car was cleaner compared to how they gave it back.

I have lived near laurel my whole life and always saw this car wash. I never thought to give it a try until my friend mentioned she had been and had a good experience. I got the basic wash with interior cleaning (floors vacuumed, interior windows and dash washed) for $16. I must say that they were very thorough and the whole bing took about 15 minutes. I did tip them as I thought the service I received warranted it. I will return in the future and would recommend this location to others. read more

Horrible service I paid $34 dollars and they only clean the front like wtf???? MIRACLE WORKERS! Let me be honest, the inside of my car hasn't seen a good cleaning since my daughter was an infant. She's now 4 and now I have a 3 month old. Okay, enough embarrassing myself. Their detailing is $150, but because of some pretty bad stains (think melted crayon from summer Florida heat, and the shoe prints of a toddler who walks all over the seats before getting in her car seat), they tacked on an extra $25. Totally understandable. I left my car there, and they said they would call me when they were finished. I got a call about 4 hours later, and when I went to pick it up, they were just putting the mats back in. When I tell you that I didn't even recognize the inside of my own car! They were able to do so much more than I expected. The seats were still a bit wet when I got in, but I don't live far, so I cracked the windows when I got home. They did a fantastic job. I'm definitely going back! read more

I am happy with the thoroughness of their service. Enjoy the unlimited monthly special.

This car wash has gone so far downhill I don't know where to start. Every step of their wash is of poor quality.. from the vacuuming, to the checkout, to the actual car wash, down to the drying process. For starters, when they vacuum it doesn't matter if there are 20 cars or zero cars behind you they will always rush and do a poor to sub-par job. Today I went and they left crumbs on the seat and the mats were still dusty after the vacuum. Zero cars were behind me. Don't think they will snap the mats back in place for you. That has never happened because they are always rushing. Onto the cashier, rarely is she friendly and if your wash comes with a free air freshener, be sure to ask because she won't remind you that it does. Anything to save a dollar when they are already overcharging for their washes. Next, the actual car wash itself.. terrible. My car always comes out with areas that look completely untouched by soap & water. Once the wash is complete, now it's the dreaded hand drying process. Because the quality of the wash is so bad each employee responsible for drying has a spray bottle. This is used to wash ur car again, but this time manually. Ridiculous. It's such a painful process that I often assist bc it's impossible for them to dry ur car the way it should be with hundreds of cars passing thru a day. I used to come weekly, then biweekly, now it's monthly. Less frequently as the service started to decline. Regardless, I'm sure this place is making someone very wealthy, so the service and quality should reflect that. There are many people who are loyal to this place and deserve better from this establishment. read more
