He asked if I was a prank caller and then wouldn't tell me what services he offers and wanted me to list the menu, like how would I know? It was an uncomfortable exchange. My new goto for auto detailing. I can't understand why a solid detail place is lacking in this city, but I am glad that I found Curt and Auto Doctor. The pluses abound. Let's count the awesome: (1) my car looks great. I got the mini-detail, and after 8 weeks out at a local quarry, my car looked like it came off the dealer lot! (2) they got me in the same day. When I saw that it was by appointment only, I thought maybe I'd have to wait a few days but they found a time to squeeze me in. (3) prices are completely reasonable for a detail or mini detail with EXCELLENT service. (4) they are located at Towson mall so you can pretty much do anything while you wait. (5) they are truly all about the customer service. Kind, hard-working, genuine folks that care about doing a good job and not just putting another car through an assembly line style car wash. I called 2 other places, wasn't able to get through. They took me same day, done in 30 min. Extremely thorough wash and polish. Not a rush job at all. To justify who their customer base is, the vehicles there when I pulled in were an R8 and showroom condition e30 3 series. They really did an impressive job, courteous and friendly. update: the day after I wrote this review the business owner texted my personal phone with the attached message. He looked up my personal info online and place of work. keep yourself safe from harassment and do not take your car here. Of note, I told him I didn't want a free exterior wash, only for the interior to be done well. aside from the difficulty I had finding where i was supposed to meet them, who I was supposed to meet, and having to call myself to follow up with my appointment, the interior detail itself was very poor. The only spot I specifically requested to be cleaned (and was told would be able to be cleaned) was returned in the same condition it left in. When I brought this up at the time of payment I was told that it was unable to be cleaned. Would have been great to know beforehand so I could have taken my car elsewhere. When I brought up debris that wasn't vacuumed in the trunk, I was told it got there after they put my ice scraper back in the trunk. Okay?? Then vacuum it again. I'm paying you over $200 for this. I also pointed out several spots that had not been vacuumed. But since at this point the car had been brought from wherever they had taken it there wasn't a vacuum around any longer so the guy just tried to clean it with his rag. Crevices were not cleaned, spots were left, and the dashboard was splotchy. Lastly, when I dropped my car off it had 26 miles left in the tank. When I returned it was on 0. Either they drove it somewhere that wasn't where they said, or they left it running the entire time. Luckily I made it to a gas station. Never again. I called on Sunday about getting interior upholstery cleaning. Made the appointment for Monday. The process was supposed to take an hour. It took almost two, because the person with the equipment wasn't on site as yet. The guys who checked me in were nice, but also in training. I paid $50 for my backseats to get cleaned, because of throw up. I didn't think to have them clean all the seats for that price, but that's my fault. Everyone was professional when I checked the results. My interior is still smelling fresh and clean 5 days later. 4 star rating is due to the wait. They are located in section C1 on the same level as Sephora and the Apple store. One level below the food court. Receipts are emailed or texted to you. read more

Just go here, it's great! For years, I went to a car wash in Cockeysville, often though, I find a lot of car washes have apathetic customer service and do mediocre work. I saw some posts about Auto Doctor and I figured I would give it a shot. I reached out to Curt who quickly got back and told me to come over. I pull up to him and Sean working hard on other cars (good sign), he tells me he's got to finish one car then onto mine. Well, I've got to say I am impressed with their work. These guys work hard and do a great job. Most of all, they are nice and provide good customer service. It's good to get a friendly group of guys working hard for their customers. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Auto Doctor. Curt and his colleague met me at my house and cleaned the interior and exterior of our car right in our driveway. They got every last nook and cranny, including under the back seat and the trunk. The car looked like new. Before they started, Curt gave me a heads up that they were going to spend a lot of time on it, and that was fine, I had nowhere to go. He spent over two hours going over every detail. The Auto Doctor is a hidden gem. I stumbled upon them as I was searching on yelp for a new car wash as I wasn't satisfied with the one I was using previously. Although few reviews, I noticed the ones that were there all rated five stars. Not only that but they made it seem as though this place was amazing! So I figured why not take a chance. Especially since they are at the mall so you can get a little shopping done while you wait; it's a win win. I called around 11 am on a Saturday to see if they could take my last minute request. They agreed to squeeze me in at 2 pm. The car wash was very easy to find as they are located on level C1 of the mall parking deck (just as they said) and there's a big sign that says "car wash" so you can't miss it. I dropped my keys off and the owner took my number down so he could give me a call when my vehicle was done. I chose the auto express detail service and they finished up in about an hour just as they stated on their website. Hands down, this is the best my car has EVER looked since I purchased it. I couldn't believe how nice it looked! With them being a hand car wash, I knew the level of quality "should" be higher being that the vehicle isn't just going through an automated car wash. But I mean they truly exceeded my expectations. The exterior was shining, the dashboard, cup holders, and windows were squeaky clean. The interior smelled AMAZING (like strawberries and I did not have any type of air freshener in the vehicle) and there wasn't a speck of dirt or grass on the floors. They even cleaned my all-weather floor mats (which they NEVER did at my previous car wash). The owner even gave me some tips about how I could protect the roof of my SUV from being damaged by the tree sap that was sitting on top of it (I park under a tree daily at home) which I had no idea was even happening. Out of all the times I've had my car washed, no one had ever pointed that out to me. They definitely gained an additional star just for that. All in all I was more than satisfied with this car wash. When I arrived, Kwan ushered me in and did an amazing job cleaning the interior and getting it dried out. He also gave me tips on what to do to ensure it kept drying out completely after I left. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!!!!! They have the most lacking customer service I have ever experienced from a business. I had a 9:30 am appointment on a Saturday that I had called for a day ahead to ensure the car would get serviced. I was given a text confirmation for a medium interior detailing service, quoted at $140. I took the bait!!! Show up at 930 am for the appointment at level C1 in the mall parking lot, not a soul to be found. I call the number on the plastic sign, no pickup (red flag #1). I get a call about 5 minutes later, am told they dont open until 10 am. Fine, I accept that going to the mall was going to be part of the plan anyway since they told me it would take 2 hours to do a full vacuuming, disinfecting, and deep clean shampooing of carpet and upholstery because i specified that the car wes recently purchased and had a cigarrette smell I wanted removed. They said this should do it. They said to go to the mall and they would call so i could provide the keys to access the car. I wait in the mall entrance......10am.....1010am.....1015am......1020am...i walk outside to where the car wash is supposed to be and see 2 young men washing a car. I ask one young man, Sean, about the service I had an appointment for and he seemed to not know what I was talking about (red flag #2). I show him my text confirmation of the service and hand him the keys to the car. We walk to the car and he opens it, takes a flashlight and inspects the inside, then states that he will have to charge me extra for vacuuming pet hair. What?!?!?! There have been no animals in the car ever i tell him. He picks up what turns out to be human female hair and says nevermind, we can handle it. Finally!!!! Then he says it will take him 3 hours, but i figure fine, finally some service. I walk back into the mall to nordstrom rack and get a phone call. Its someone from the business apologizing for the wait and saying that he has just arrived. It is now about 1023-1025 am. (red flag #3). I tell him that i handed the keys to one of the young men washing a car in the place where the business apparently is. He says ok, that he will check with them and get back to me. 2 minutes later i get another call, a different voice on the line states that they are in the parking lot but i am not there. Huh??? I tell him i handed the keys to a young gentleman washing a car with another young man, both in khakis and blue shirts, and this guy proceeds to tell me he doesnt know who that is and that is not somebody who works for him. WHAT???!!?!?! (Huge red flag!!!!!) I tell the guy on the phone i will be right outside. I run back out, and now there is another gentleman washing an SUV, in socks and sandals. I walk over to the young men and ask the one i spoke to in person initially, Sean, for my keys (btw, this is not my car, i was doing someone else a favor). He goes to his cart with cleaning supplies, doesnt see the keys, then turns to the other gentleman cleaning the SUV and asks him, BY HIS NAME, for my keys (red flag #5, who is working for who here???? Is this the same business or not??) SUV guy pulls my keys out of his pocket and asks if i was the one with the 930 am? I tell him I was but I have decided not to go forward with it anymore.(red flag #6 , he hands me keys to a car without asking to see the text confirmation on my phone. What if it wasnt my car?) Bottom line, these dudes are shady as hell. Dont know who i talked to ultimately, dont know who is in charge, dont know where the office is. This a bootleg operation which i fear exposes car owners to unnecessary risks. Thanks, I decided to pass after this. Go shopping at The Towson Mall while your car is spectacularly pampered inside and out. Tucked away on level C of the parking garage, steps from Nordstrom's and Tiffany's, is the best auto detail shop to be found in the Baltimore/Washington vicinity. Dedicated technicians apply their expertise to your car as carefully as if it were their own. After a couple hours wandering around the mall, I returned to pickup my old hybrid SUV which shone like it was new. The interior, where my four grandchildren had tossed crumbs, apple cores, half eaten sandwiches and juice splatter, was spotless. SPOTLESS! I highly recommend Auto Doctor! read more

This may be perhaps the MOST amazing wash/detail group around. I had some "goop" on my windshield and hood which I had tried to remove - to no avail. Took it to Cutis and group and they said, "We got it." In 45 minutes (time to walk around the mall) they had completely removed the issue and washed the exterior (my request) to the point the car looks showroom ready.
