Never come to this place again the guy cleaning my car broke my lock that holds the mat Down on the floor and they tried to act like it was popped back in and it was hanging out and ripped out of the carpet. I showed the GM after telling him I'm going to Toyota to get this fixed after he told me to order the piece and they would buy it but I had to literally bring the guy out to my car for him to understand it was ripped out of the carpet and he has to now make a claim that will take 8-10 business days to get back to me I have to miss a day of work to get this fixed and they didn't even offer a refund i had to ask for it and they told me I have to make another claim for that this business sucks doesnt train their employees how to remove a floor mat and made excuses on why the car wasn't fully cleaned read more

I went and got an ultimate car wash on Good Friday because I am trading in my car tomorrow and I had to go over the entire inside of the car again. So much was missed. The cup holders were not clean the back seat was dirty (I have had a seat protector on it since I got it) it's like they sprayed it and never wiped it off. Highly disappointing especially for $36. If I had know it was going to still be dirty I would have done it by hand. read more

TERRIBLE experience. I waited in line for 30 minutes and when i got to the front they closed the line and made us sit and wait. They had no explanation they just shut down the car wash after we had already paid. There was no where to go because the line was over 20 cars long so we were just stuck. read more

On August 31, 2024 I went to Flagship on carwash (Padonia Road) and the attendant at the kiosk talked me into a monthly trial of their unlimited wash subscription. He assured me that it was only for the month and my credit card would not be charged moving forward. That was not the case and my card was charged multiple times. I only used the service once on that initial visit. I called customer service and they confirmed that I never used the service. However, they stated that they have a "no refund policy" and that I should fill out the online form for a further request of a refund. I have not heard back from my form inquiry. I never received any statements or documents about this subscription plan. I have noticed several similar situations in other reviews. Please be aware of these fraudulent practices and be very careful signing up for any Flagship plans. 7/3/25 Flagship finally provided a conciliatory generic response to "contact them directly"...I already did twice. Not really sure how I can contact them directly any more than I already have. Got the run around the 1st time, and no response the 2nd time. read more

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE PETS! I don't know if anyone's even gonna read this, but it seems like in this day and age you're only recourse is social media, when you feel slighted or feel that you've had an injustice done against you. When this car wash first opened, they actually did a good job. But over the last year, it has gone downhill. Number one if you pay for their ultimate flagship service and you have a third row vehicle, they do not do the third row, even if you ask them and pay for it. Also, they don't vacuum up dog hair. They said that dog hair is not something that they, as a car wash, vacuum up. I'm here to get my car washed and I have a dog, but you won't vacuum up the hair? Instead they told me I can vacuum myself, with their free vacuums. I'm sorry on your website and the internet it says you have special vacuum heads to remove the pet hair. It says you can either have your car detailed or use their express service , to take advantage of their pet hair removal tools. This is false, as a representative just told me they don't, and so this company should be reported for fraud. Or just take it off your website that you offer pet hair removal, when you don't. Also, if you're telling someone the reason you don't do pet hair removal is due to allergies, that makes no sense. All of the vacuums go into one central vacuum, which means that the hair from the free vacuums and the hair from the detail center vacuums all go to the same place. So if you're worried about allergies, this point is busted because you told me to go use the free ones which still use the same air exchange as the ones that they use in the detailing center. And it's not a lot of hair, as can be seen in the pics. Also, they claimed to have washed the mats, and as you can see, the pedal and the "washed" mat look equally dirty. I don't expect them to clean the pedal, but I do expect for a mat that was supposedly "washed", to be cleaner than the dirty pedal that wasn't washed . one last note, don't even ask the manager for help. They will argue with worse than the employees. I doubt this will do anything because if the company is anything like their employees, they don't care they just want the money. Canton car wash opens in six months and it is not soon enough. Canceling my membership at this place. I cannot wait to have a nice clean car done properly by a professional carwash company. read more

I chose this wash because an employee assured me it was brushless--critical for my SUV's Thule roof-rack system. Mid-wash I discovered brushes were, in fact, pounding my car. The rack was damaged and could easily have ripped the rails right off the roof. I filed a damage claim the same day with photos and a repair estimate. After one cursory phone call denying liability, Flagship stopped communicating. Despite multiple follow-ups--including a written request to corporate on June 11--I've received no resolution, no explanation, and no professionalism. Bottom line: Misrepresented services, property damage, and zero accountability. I won't be back--and I recommend others think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle. read more

While the car wash itself does a decent job, NEVER sign up for any of their promotions. This place and SOME of the workers are thieves and frauds. They didn't cancel my promotional membership even after requested and after surrendering my barcode, they told me it was used. It wasn't used by me. I then was charged again the following month despite sending them a photo of the cancellation and refund receipt that the worker didn't want to provide me. I've never had such a problem before and I'll NEVER be back to this place again. I should've known the "red" Flag at "Flagship" was when the person who filled out the cancellation/refund paperwork didn't want to provide a receipt. Fortunately, there were witnesses to the nonsense and I was able to take a picture of the document-- yet they've continued to charge me and no, it wasn't part of any agreement. It is a car wash where you stay in the vehicles for exterior, if you chose the interior you will get out and wait in a waiting area where you can watch them work on the vehicle. I signed up for their 1/2 price for 90 days unlimited / $30 per month as stated on the displayed banner. Was told I can cancel anytime. I also requested that they only vacuum and wipe down interior without any air fresheners due to my wife's allergies. Interior was only dusty and still had the new car leather smell. They did a great job cleaning the outside but the request must not have not been passed on because it smelled like someone dumped a whole bottle of cleaning fluid inside. We had to drive home with the windows down and it took 3 days to fade. My wife refused to go back because of this. I set a reminder to cancel the membership before the first 30 days ended in case we decided to return for exterior washes. Turns out they already charged my card a 2nd time at double the price in the same 30 day period. Customer service was kind enough to request that my membership be cancelled going forward but could not refund the recent 2nd charge because cancellations have to be done 5 days before the 30 day cycle ends. She could only read her response from a computer screen and informed me that refund request can only be submitted through their web site and would likely be denied. read more

Inside, they left dust is several places, they just pass the vacuum cleaner quickly without really paying attention to keep it clean as they advertise. read more

I have been a monthly member for over 2 years. The previous owner was a great guy and cared about the business, often stopping to engage with his customers and correct any issues. Today I had a wash (exterior) I was told that the new policy is "they don't do glass or rims" as per Jenny Rolon the director of operations. The store manager Derek Gilliam, was immature, rude and lacked critical thinking skills as a manager to resolve the issue. Stating that Jenny wants the customers feedback! Here is my feedback Howndo you wash half of a vehicle? The windshield is a critical part of all vehicles. If it isnt clean it can result in an accident. Clean rims show the attention to detail by the car wash you went to. With a CSR OF 2.1 STARS what are you thinking JENNY? Beware. My car hit the car in front of mine. The manager claimed nothing is wrong with their equipment and also said they aren't liable if something does happen. I know that's not correct but his attitude and his dismissive attitude was unacceptable. Corporate said that yes, you can file a claim for damage. The opposite of what the manager said. I have used other Flagship car wash's in the past multiple times. On July 28 2025 I went through the Padonia Road locations car wash. After I got back in my car I noticed a 7 inch crack on the lower driver's side front windshield that wasn't there before my car went through the car wash. I brought it to an employees attention. They had me fill out a damage report, they took pictures, got all my information, and told me I would hearing from someone in 10-12 business days. Fast forward 10-12 business days later, and no word from Flagship. I tried calling back several times. Each time they retook all my information and was told, that I would hearing back from someone in 8-10 business day, 5-7 business day, it's now escalated you'll hear back from someone in 5 business days, and not a word from Flagship. The last time I called I was told that wasn't the proper protocol, that I needed to go to their website and fill out a customer complaint form, then I would definitely hear from someone. Nothing. It appears to be Flagships company policy when damage occurs to your vehicle in one of their car washes is To just wear you down until you go away. It's now October 14th, almost three months later and no word from them. A complete bush league way of conducting a business. I will never use that company's services again, and I would caution anyone reading this to be aware, that if your vehicle gets damaged through no fault of your own while using their services, you'll be on your own to deal with the damage. read more

All was okay except when a young staff member who was finishing up the interior in our Prius while the conveyer was still moving said he couldn't figure out how to start the car to move it off the line. We told him, brake and hit the start button. No success. My spouse went over to try to help and the staff person said it was safe for him to step onto the wet, conveyer belt to get into the car and start it. I yanked my husband back for fear he would slip and get injured and low and behold, the car behind us hit us. Unbelievable. Even more unbelievable is the staff person said he does it all the time and it was safe! We are older adults and we had better sense. No damage to cars but nothing else was done. Tried complaining, no one calls me back. Should have filed a police report but the other car owner was hesitant since there was not damage. How could a car wash employee responsible for moving the cars from the conveyer belt to parking lot not know how to start a car? It is a standard Prius. read more

Felt the need to write a review since the ratings seem pretty low. I went mid day on a Wednesday to get my car washed. It was really dirty - sand from the beach and hay from Halloween decorations, plus general kid crumbs. They were fast and it got super clean and shiny. Very impressed! Yesterday, I went to the car wash with a filthy, clean automobile that probably had not been cleaned in about six months. I needed an extra good cleaning as I'm selling the car. I emptied the car of all items and went to the front desk, and mentioned I was selling the car. The manager was there and he took extra efforts to ensure the car was spotless inside and out before I left. The attention to detail was very impressive. They listened and did a fabulous job. I was extremely impressed. I would highly recommend them. They also helped me get a stain off my leather and seemed very knowledgeable and again very willing to help and go outside of the norm. Since flagship took over the old autospa, the service has been terrible. I was ecstatic to see a car wash being built a few miles down the road at this location. My heart dropped when I saw the flagship name go up. Against my better judgment, I tried this location hoping the terrible service was a fluke. It wasn't. The people were friendly, but the quality of work was terrible. There was very clearly still mud splash on the rockers behind all 4 tires, and the interior job (windshield mostly) was atrocious. It looked like they wiped half of it with a wet rag and gave up. It turned out to look worse than when I went in. The interior will have to be completely redone. Definitely not worth the $44 I paid, considering ROFO is $14 and does a better job. read more

Purchased a one time car wash and the guy at the gate said there were running a one month special that cost the same as my one wash. I made it very clear that I would not be charged again and that I did not want a membership. He assured me that I would not be charged. Well one month later I was charged. I called the day I saw the charge and they didn't even have any information on me other than my tag number. They canceled and would not refund said I had to go on the site and submit a request. When I began my membership on 21 Jan, 2025, I noticed that the gate rarely opened automatically and had to be opened manually by the guys working there. I also noticed that I wasn't receiving the correct washes at times, but I let that go. Drove into the car wash on 21 Feb, 2025 and noticed that my membership was showing "expired" on the drive-up screen (at the Lutherville Timorium location). I was then directed out of the wash line and called the customer service number (4109883661) on my way home. The Customer Service folks informed me that this location had the wrong vehicle (Black BMW). I drive a Grey Toyota Tacoma. This (partially) explained the issue, which was due to incompetence. I cancelled my membership. But was told that I would still be charged till March. I informed them that I didn't want the membership any longer and that I wanted a refund. They informed me that they couldn't issue a refund and that I would have to go to the website. My initial attempt (on the website) was unfruitful and I drove back to the carwash and spoke with the manager. The manager informed me that he couldn't issue a refund there and that I needed to call Customer Service. I informed him that they told me that he couldn't help me. He told me that Cust Svc lied to me when they said that they couldn't issue a refund. He gave me a business card and told me to call (7034681414) and they would could issue the refund. When I called that # it connected me with the SAME Cust Svc folks that I had spoke with before. They informed me again that I had to go to the website or send an email. The site seems to be working and I have done both. I have cancelled my membership (effective today-21 Feb, 2025) and I will NO LONGER be using the car wash, effective 21 Feb, 2025. read more

Bad wash. A line out into the side of the building and there are so few people to work that you just sit in the sun while your car dries with spots all over it before they get to drying you. When you do make it to the inside of the facility to have your car dried, they do a half assed job and stop halfway through the belt. I've used this place a handful of times and I don't know why I kept coming back. I guess in hopes it would be better, but it just gets worse. My car is always still crusted with bird poop and dirt. If I could give negative star I would. First time I went there they broke the vent cover on the inside. I had to wait for over an hour to speak with a manager ON LOCATION. they didn't take my name or any of my information. It was terrible. Then, all of sudden they started attempting to charge the card I used $80 for an "account" I never created, which means they are storing customer card information despite not being given permission to do so. I have attempted to call and have not been able to speak to anyone. I will be disputing these charges with my bank, filing a BBB complaint and reporting this company to the police. I decided to try this place even though I read mixed reviews. After my experience, I am sorry to give it 2 stars but here are the reasons. Even though I saw employees working hard, it was a very long wait (at 11 am on a random Wednesday) to get past the auto car wash and inside for the employees to start their work. They did a nice job with the floor mats (I noticed they use a machine for this), the wheels and most of the interior but then the rest of the issues I saw once they "finished" and drove it outside where there was only 1 employee doing the finishing touches. There was dirt still on several areas of the exterior and I had to specifically point each out where the employee used Windex to clean it (not sure that is the best for the exterior of an Audi). Then I saw the front and rear windows as well as the sunroof, none of which were cleaned and just had dirt and smudge marks. I had to again point each out and every time the employee would touch it lightly and say "ok done" even when it was not resolved. I had some glue marks from a removed sticker and I was told they couldn't get it off. They only used Windex again. Finally, the trunk which I specifically mentioned several times at the beginning and end of the wash to be vacuumed, still had plenty of debris in it (sand). I had to get the employee to vacuum it and it barely helped and once again, she said "ok done". Well, based on my experience, I'm done with this car wash. For almost $40, I believe I can have a better job done elsewhere. read more
