My car went in the tunnel a complete mess, came out a shining jewel. Attendant told me they're always updating their equipment and I could tell -- they had new brushes against my side windows that worked much harder. Asked the guys to give my wheels some extra soap (they spray it on before you begin your journey) and they came out gleaming. Vaccuum is easy to use, plenty of cloths and spray cleaner to detail your inside. Ask for a spray bottle of the "Tire Clean", they hoard it a little and don't keep it at the stations like the blue cleaner but it makes your tires look like new. I can't recomment this place enough!

I left my truck with Epic on Saturday and was told before I left that they would contact me once my truck was ready. I never received a call!! They closed without contacting me!! For the entire weekend, I was stranded!!! They were even closed on Monday. I had an early morning flight on Monday and was forced to Uber. Once I returned, my truck was not detailed AT ALL!! The receptionist argued that they spent 5 hours on my truck, but I know that's a complete lie because it was already clean!! I just wanted to have it detailed (like new). These people are scam artists! I'm not sure how I missed all of these terrible reviews but be warned!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! He said hello and i did as well. I walked in the shop and there was another customer waiting . She told me the guy should be back because he was helping another customer. Ok great. Well it happened it was the same gentleman from outside . To me, if i knew i was the only one working i would have said "I'll be right with you".. or something . Maybe that's me wanting too much. I digress. So he says "how can i help you", and i explained that i had been calling for over week and leaving messages and no response. No acknowledgment, no "I'm sorry we've been slammed"... He says, "Next appointment we have is April 5"... Sir it's March 14th. I told him thanks but no thanks, i would be requesting a refund of my Groupon. Now had he handled the situation differently, perhaps i would have just used the Groupon for a future need. No thanks. I will never patronize this business again. Don't waste your money!
