My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. The receptionist argued that they spent 5 hours on my truck, but I know that's a complete lie because it was already clean!! I just wanted to have it detailed (like new). These people are scam artists! I'm not sure how I missed all of these terrible reviews but be warned!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! I called the number on the first day of purchase to schedule .. no answer but i got a voice mail which indicated you would receive a response within 24 hours.. Nope.. didn't happen. So i called back again and again.. same thing for a full week. I got off early and stopped past. There was a man who looked like an employee looking at another mans car (i parked right next to him). He said hello and i did as well. I walked in the shop and there was another customer waiting . She told me the guy should be back because he was helping another customer. Ok great. Well it happened it was the same gentleman from outside . To me, if i knew i was the only one working i would have said "I'll be right with you".. or something . Maybe that's me wanting too much. I digress. So he says "how can i help you", and i explained that i had been calling for over week and leaving messages and no response. No acknowledgment, no "I'm sorry we've been slammed"... He says, "Next appointment we have is April 5"... Sir it's March 14th. I told him thanks but no thanks, i would be requesting a refund of my Groupon. Now had he handled the situation differently, perhaps i would have just used the Groupon for a future need. No thanks. I will never patronize this business again. Don't waste your money!

I dropped my car off at 9am when I made my appointment (make an appointment!) and they were ready for me. They said it would be 4 hours, but could be longer, because it is so cold out that all the materials they put on the car were freezing when they left the garage. I got picked up, and returned exactly 4 hours later, when the techs were doing their final wipe on my mirrors. Such great timing. The car was crazy clean, I am so glad to be back to square one and hope to keep it in better shape. The one additional star I could have given them would have been if I could have had a Ceremony coffee when I was there. I don't know if it was ready, and I did not ask. But I do love Ceremony and hope they can put a bigger emphasis on it for their guests. It's SO COOL that they have craft coffee in their car wash and needs to be emphasized. Thanks folks!

I asked when it would be finished and they told me another 35 minutes. I asked if there was anything they could do for me as my wife wanted a detail on her car. They said no, can't help you. They said the person who took my truck in didn't tell them it was here. Terrible customer service. I said I will not be coming back and she said "oh well". Plenty of other car washes around.
