This is by far the WORST body shop I have ever experienced. I brought my car in for front bumper damage. The appearance of the shop waiting area was terrible, very dirty and dingy, also cluttered.I was greeted by a girl named Marisa, who seemed clueless and inept at how to do her job. Not only that she had an attitude as well. he asked me for my information, I filled out the paperwork, and proceeded to wait for my estimate..thirty long minutes while they assured me a guy named Matt would be there shortly. When he finally came, we was all sweaty and out of breath, asked me to show him my damages, he told me i just needed about 3 hrs repair and paint time, no replacement needed. I told him I was paying out of pocket and i wanted to keep costs down, as it was just surface damage. Im like cool. I felt comfortable with Matt, so i brought the car in a week later. I dropped off my car on a Monday, i didnt even receive an update on my car. I had to call them, which I did on wed. I stated who I was and my vehicle and im checking on the status, I was put on hold for a very long time..when the girl Marisa came back, she tolld me she would need to call me back. Im like ok..she calls me back the NEXT DAY, and told me they hadnt even started my car yet,to which i was very annoyed with because initially I was told two to three days. I was then told they were going to have it done by FRI AFTERNOON..fri came, no call or anything, I called them and asked about my car, she seemed frustrated when she answered the phone, and as she was putting me on hold i culd hear her say "I wish he would stop calling"...then she told me that now they needed to replace my bumper instead of repair, " additional damage found", which i knew was bs. I asked her what these damages were, and she couldnt even tell me, I asked for matt and supposedly he had left for the day. I went ahead and authorized the replacement but asked to keep the old bumper. Finally my repairs were finished on tues the next week, and again no call to even let me know. I went to pick up my car and my old bumper, and immediately noticed a distinct non match of color. I asked them about this, and was told oh it happens, not our responsibility. I was very unhappy and asked to speak tio the owner. The owner named GEORGE DONALDSON, came out i told him about my whole experience from the moment I came in, he just looked at me with this look of disdain and not once did he apologize for his staff, or for the poor work...he was like well what do you want me to do about it?..I told him that i would like my bumper repainted to match my car better. and he told me this..well its not my fault you have an older car that doesnt look good so im not doing anyhting.I was floored..and as he walked off i heard him utter the words//ungrateful nigger...Terrible experience and i would advise no one to EVER go there. read more
