They did a great job on my filthy car. Price ranges for services were fairly standard. the only thing cheaper would be to do it yourself.

I paid for the deluxe package. After I got my car back I saw scratches all over my car from the workers dropping the microfiber cloths and picking them up from the ground and wiping my car after!!!! The rims weren't cleaned well and my vehicle wasn't vacuumed well. It's safe to say I'll never come here again. read more

Pros: middle of no where so you can avoid the large crowds, plenty of space so you don't have to worry about waiting in line in the intersection, play area for toddlers, monthly specials, yelp specials, friendly service, competitive pricing, avg. speed for car wash. Cons: the level of detail is not the best but out of 100% I can give them a solid 77%. The tire shine they use looked good while I was on the lot, but as soon as I got home I had to reapply. Other car washes throw in a complimentary air freshener, my car was still somewhat wet upon leaving so I had to touch it up again when i got home. Overall this isn't the best drive thru car wash I've ever been too but it will do when it comes to waiting in a line at another car wash. It's 30 mins from my house and I didn't mind the drive but I was somewhat disappointed when I noticed my car wasn't dry after the guys wiped it down I had to bring out my own towel to get the areas they missed. I'd be willing to give them another shot for sure. The overall experience was a 3 out of 5 but adding the play area for toddlers is what pushes them over to a 4 out of 5. read more

I was very pleased with my service here. The prices are clear and reasonable, and the staff did a thorough job, even got the windows done right (I'm pretty picky about car washes). I didn't have to wait at all on a weekday afternoon, and was in and out in 10 minutes. The location is pretty convenient, especially if you are familiar with the area. read more

The prices are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for! I stopped by this place as i was driving around Annapolis and was in desperate need of a quick car wash. . I had never been to this particular car wash before so i didnt really know what they wanted me to do. Instead of the outside employees being helpful they seemed more annoyed that i was asking them questions.. once i got my car at the end it wasnt as clean as it gets other places... i guess i will just stick to the places i know :( read more

Good prices, good service, and most of all my car always looks brand new afterwards. If only it would stop raining the day after I get my car washed! Best of all they offer various levels of service, including hand washing (also various levels of service). Even with lines, I never wait long. They did a great job cleaning the car. Most car washes just clean about 50% of the car to keep the line moving, but these guys really clean every crevice and leave the car spotless. Highly recommend!!! read more

This place definitely deserves more recognition than it gets. It's off the beaten track, located on Crownsville Rd near Defense Hwy. But its not overly crowded like the "other" car wash on Rt 2. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had an issue with them. Service is very friendly and they will generally honor special request -- I had a dead bug lodge in the rear window deck and asked if they could get it out and they kindly did. Definitely 5 stars for every day service. THIS review is more about the extraordinary service I recieved this week. My disabled father has difficulty cleaning his car and he let it go a little too long. It was filthy. I mean disgustingly filthy inside. I brought the car in for a full detail. I was afraid they would turn the car away. But, to my surprise, the owner graciously said "no problem, we'll do the best we can". He called to let me know the car was ready, an employee greeted me and walked me to the car and asked for feedback and if it was satisfactory and, again, no judgement was made regarding how dirty the car was. I was amazed at what a great job they did. It looked like a different car. They vacuumed and shampooed the floor carpets and seats and scrubbed the vinyl interior dash and center console. I know they worked their butts off to get the car clean. And I can't thank them enough for the hard work and professionalism. Cost was only $110 and tipped them $50. Worth every penny! Just moved to the area and with all the moving, hauling etc...my car was a mess. I stopped by to see if Annapolis Car Wash would agree to just clean the interior because my auto body shop did a paint job for a minor whoopsie incident and said I couldn't get a car wash for 3 months. Annapolis Car Wash happily cleaned the inside, without the exterior car wash, for a fair price. Great job, very detailed, and quick. Nice folks, TV and good magazines in waiting room.
