Went to Roy's as usual (we're loyal because they are quick, friendly and effective) and went through the tunnel. When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence! I saw an earlier post that said they were expensive but worth it. I think that they are competitively priced and have to say that they are next level! Thanks Elvis! See you soon! Tim L.

I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

The cost was good and they scrubbed my front and back end of the car with only the second value car wash. I felt that I wasn't paying too much for the effort they put forth. I also was able to pull into their vaccum station and that was awesome!! The vaccum is strong enough to get a lot of dog hair out of my car too. And because it reaches on both sides it was super easy. There are clips to put your mats to detial them better and I also see that they have a blowing tool that was awesome to blow out the crud from small places in the car. I didnt' interact with staff, but they seemed professional about getting my bumpers clean.

If you need a quick and thorough wash then this place can't be beat. It's good value for the money…read more I had a great experience getting my car washed at this place. I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. All in all I still recommend it if you're looking for a fast, no-hassle wash with some nice perks. Just get there EARLY!

Today however I went through full service, and got the premium package that included the Rain X and tire shine. Now, let me tell you exactly how dirty my tires still are. I'll just go back to doing my own thing on the self serve side. The one guy was nice enough to go get my tokens for the free vacuum, after the other guy blew me off about it. So overall the service wasn't bad...just the wash itself.. Somehow after the wash I ended up with what looked like smeared bird poop on my window, and I went over all my windows prior to the wash. You can go thru the car wash while staying in your car and at the exit an attendant will dry you off. Another option is washing your own car in a stall which I've also done before. I was able to wash my Nissan Armada with all my normal cycles (i.e. rinse, soap, tire cleaner, soap brush, & rinse) with just $5. I'd say that's pretty good time settings in the stalls or I'm just really efficient which is also really true!!! If you opt for the car wash stalls, you'll have to pay to use the vacuums. If you go thru the car wash, free vacuuming is included! Remember to ask for the vacuum token if they don't give it to you. They also offer other cool options like towel service for one time $3 fee, a monthly fee for unlimited car washes, and VIP cards (i.e., a loyalty stamp card) which gives you a free car wash after your 10th wash. The 11th wash isn't just the cheapest wash on the option board either. It's the top tier wash!!!

The interior service was unacceptable! I asked to speak with an associate. This is an overview is the comments I made and the response of the employee. There was mediocre attempt to vacuum the weather tech floor mats were still dirty. We require extra payment to power wash the mats. I am a first time customer and this service was provided at other similar places. The vacuum service was subpar. Many places I could still see where they had not touched. The employee stated they could re-do the vacuum service. The arm rest had a coffee mark on it and was still there. No remark with a shoulder shrug. The seats still had crumbs in the creases. There also no attempt to wipe fingerprints off the center console where there is brushed chrome. And the outside was no better. There was no tire shine applied to my tires. And the rims were not cleaned and mud was still on the mud tire wells There was the offer of a redo of the vacuum. There should have been entire redo of the interior service. As a first time customer, this was a horrible experience. Not sure if this is the level of service that is typical or if the facility is poorly managed
