If you need a quick and thorough wash then this place can't be beat. It's good value for the money. I had a great experience getting my car washed at this place. I decided to get the Super wash service, which is their premium service. The wash itself was quick and did a solid job overall, especially when you consider it's an automated setup. In fact, this is the best automated washing I've experienced. What really stands out is the added value of the complimentary towels that are available. Also, the vacuums are free to use, which is a huge plus, and the hoses are on either side of the car so you get two long vacuum hoses to use. Being able to touch up the car afterward without being made to pay an extra cost makes a big difference. One big problem that I have is the limited number of vacuums available. And did I mention that they are FREE to use? Not just for paying customers, but also for non-paying customers. I can bet that half the people using those vacuums did not get a car wash. So after my first car wash I was disappointed that I couldn't vacuum my interior because all the vacuum spots were taken. I recommend getting there early before the vultures come in to vacuum their cars for free and hog up the spaces. I have a longtime membership paying $44 a month. Every time I go. They can no longer detect my membership with my tags. My tags haven't changed. It's their new AI system. It doesn't pay to go to the membership gate. You will be just sitting there waiting on a staff member to come out just to ask if you're a member. Then they finally type in a code. How about fix this issue for me. Even the manager said it was fixed but that's not the case. I am losing patience and want to cancel my membership. I hope someone can finally figure out how to get this resolved. It's frustrating to say the least. read more

I used to handwash my black cars but now that I have white cars, I'm OK with the brushes. What I like about this car was is it has a conveyor belt system. Meaning you drive onto the belt and it rolls your car through. Because I have aftermarket wheels on my car, trying to go to a car wash that has metal rails where one roller ball pulls your car through means you're at an increased risk for scraping your rim when you first pull between the rails. With Auto Spa Express I never have to worry about that. This location has had numerous issues with their system and identifying my membership but they always get me taken care of. Vacuums are a little weak in my opinion (I took off one star for that). The suction is a bit low for my liking, but I do love the the air hose which most people use to dust off their inside (I guess) or maybe blow water out of little crevices, but I use it to blow the water off my rims and tires before putting on tire shine. The air hose is a plus. I'm a member and having nice cars I tend to wash them at least once a week. The membership EASILY pays for itself in one visit. What would be nice is if they had a membership package that allowed for multiple cars. I have two vehicles and SUV and a coupe and my wife has a sedan. 2 of the 3 cars aren't driven often enough to warrant a membership. So it would be nice to have a multi-car membership for the times when we do want to get the other vehicles washed. I know, I'm asking for a lot. read more

I washed my car here recently. It was a great experience. Since the business is very new to the area, I received a free car wash voucher. I have never had a car wash experience quite like this. The process was pretty simple. With the customer inside the car, the attendant navigated the car onto the track and requested it to be put in neutral, so the track could lead the car the remainder of the way. Depending on the type purchased, the vehicle is taken through a series of car wash steps that could include the basic up to the supreme level car wash. Upon completion, you follow the remaining steps and exit the car wash. The process was very thorough; my car was sparkling after emerging from the car wash. The final step involved driving to the side of the building, where the high-powered vacuum cleaners, fresh microfiber towels and trash cans were located. The best part is that the aforementioned benefits are included in the price. There may have been an extra fee for the mat cleaner, but that is such a great feature, if needed. Though this was my initial visit, it will not be my last. As previously stated, they do offer various levels of car washes, as well as monthly memberships. read more

Sadly, I am writing this review after one visit there last week. I drove my Range Rover there to get a carwash after receiving a free carwash coupon. (I should add that I have used Lube Center as a business for most of my cars for over 20 years. I have spent thousands of dollars with them as a customer.) After leaving the carwash I went to dry my vehicle and noticed that the third brake light was completely broken (with pieces of the reflector still in the light). I reported it and received a call back from their management a few days later declaring that my light must have had an issue before the carwash (it didn't) and the dryer blew it off the car. Of course this is ridiculous. If you know anything about this light, it is a sealed unit that would not have separated and just blown off the lense. Their machine broke it and the broken pieces may blown off during drying. Based on their analysis, they will not be covering its replacement. So now I have the $300 expense to do it. Most expensive free car wash I've ever had. Not to mention poor customer service!! I won't be using this car wash ever again to say the least and would advise others to be very careful. I will also not use Lube Center for my other car work either. This company has really changed over the years as they have grown. It's unfortunate. read more

Ok as much as I want to give 5 stars I've used a few auto spa locations and this one does not put the rear wiper cover on my truck. I know it's new and all but please add the wiper blade covers here. I've been here maybe 5 times and they've yet to do it not sure why? I appreciated that in other locations. The system runs as any other and the vacuum and mat cleaning stations are great. Visited last week. Very disappointed how they advertise vaccum and mat cleaning is available. Mat cleaners were covered and not available. Vaccum cleaners are extremely weak. My recent visit to this car wash was disappointing. After paying $26, I noticed an unpleasant smell upon exiting the wash, and the service left much to be desired.
