    I used to visit the Lube Centers in Columbia and/or Gambrills, prior to this location opening. This location is much closer to my home and work, so I was happy when it was finally built and open for business! When I stopped in today, I noticed that they are also building a Spa Center on the same road! Boy, is this girl happy!! I will soon be able to get my oil changed and car washed by a quality company in the same day! The staff here is always friendly and accommodating, offering your water and even juice if you have a kid in the car with you. They check all of your car's "vitals", making sure you don't have any burnt out light, bad windshield wipers or low tires. What's even better, you don't have to get out of your car!! That's convenient now more than ever with Covid 19 around. Today, there were two women working, which was very dope, seeing as this is a man-dominated business.

    Very clean and super easy process

    Drove in for a quick deff needed oil change, didn't even have to get out the the car. Everyone who helped were amazing was a lil pricy but worth every $$!

    Wouldnt go anywhere else. They always very nice and take great care of my car. This is by far the most respectful and caring place in the area. Have been taking my car for over a year now. Prices are very fair and they arnt trying to scam you out of every penny, they only tell you need. LOVE THESE GUYS! Plus the free car wash is a nice bonus.

    We were staying at Baltimore for a weekend for my bodybuilding show, so after I checked in we had a lot of time on our hands. We were driving around and saw The Lube Center, I told my husband "We do need to get oil changed let's go here" totally random and am I happy with this choice of what? We had THE most friendly service from our mechanics, he was very upbeat and helpful. We had a discount for our full synthetic oil change (thank you Robert!) and $2 off because we had our own oil filter. The way everyone interacts in the bays is so amazing, very happy workplace and I am definitely bringing my mustang back here even if I have to drive for an hour. Manager keeps walking around and motivates everybody it's just so wonderful to see such a great work environment. David was also super cool, we all chatted about cars, building cars, talking about our truck and such and made our experience here even better. I didn't know that you can have fun and genuinely enjoy your oil change experience, but hey you defiantly can at this location that's for sure. You guys rock and keep up the good vibes with your excellent work. Windshield wash is complimentary by the way, which is a great gesture. You can either stay in the car not, entirely up to you, but it is a drive through service, super convenient. Bays are very clean and tidy whole shop is well ran and well maintained, just an icing on a cake for our experience.

    Can you ever feel good and well taken care of by just getting your oil changed? They do a safety checks of your lights and brakes, tire pressure. Everyone that spoke to us was really nice and professional. Teron was our service tech and he was very patient and friendly. I recommend stopping to grab a coffee while you wait and chill while everything gets checked.

You pull up, they get you in, and everything moves pretty efficiently. No long waits, no overcomplicating things. What I appreciate most is they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. They'll let you know if something's worth looking into, but it doesn't feel like a sales pitch every five minutes. The staff is friendly and straightforward. They explain what they're doing, answer questions if you have them, and keep things moving. You can tell they do this all day and know what they're doing. The whole process is quick. You're in and out without feeling rushed, which is exactly what you want for something like this. Overall, it's a reliable spot. Honest service, good people, and efficient work. This is one of those places I keep going back to because I know what to expect every time.

From…read morethe guy at the front counter checking me to the office manager Morgan was so welcoming and nicemy cost was a certain amount for checking my A C. for leaks, and a recharge with freon and when finished I left happy that my A.C. was now working and the service was great. 5/14/24 I called and spoke with Morgan regarding my A C. was not putting out alot of cool blowing air and he suggested to bring it back in at no charge. The same afternoon I took my car back to them and the Tech looked for any leaks or other issues but all looked good, Morgan wanted to check my cabin filter inside my car and when he pulled it out he noticed it had been put in wrong by the last place that had changed my oil which was Jiffy Lube. They had crushed it when the tech at Jiffy lube took it out and put it back in. Morgan at Ft Meade auto center ask if I could go buy a Cabin Filter and bring it back to him and he will put the new one in the correct way and he did just that and my A.C. has been putting out much cooler air, im 100% satisfied and will recommend this place to everyone.

I had a dreadful experience with David Barbarito, found out his last name on a bill, who treated me in a condensing, disrespectful manner not to mention misrepresenting himself with a false charge$357. On 2/2/26 I went into Firestone located at 1492 Annapolis Rd., Odenton Md. 21113 with a problem with my EVAC system. On that date I was charged $2012.00. I waited SIX hours while they completed the job. The area manager that day was Mr. Lerman, who informed me that the EVAC problem was fixed and "you are good to go." He was professional and courteous. I thanked him and left. On Monday 2/23/26 the evac check engine light came on AGAIN and I went back to Firestone on that day, spoke with Dave Barbarito, who introduced himself as a "visiting manager" as Ms. Roche, Manager was on vacation for the week and would return on Monday 3/2/26. Please note that Dave would not give me an agent ID or ANYTHING to identify himself. It was at this point that I noticed his condescending, misogynistic attitude. When I came back "Sam" told me that "only" the tech that originally attempted to fix it would repair my EVAC, there was no one else to do so. I was concerned because he did not repair my 1014 Jeep Cherokee initially and was assigned to "fix repair" again. When asked for his name, that originally did the job incorrectly, Sam would not provide me with his name. This was the first time I contacted Corp and was given a case #2954674. Later that day, I called again spoke to Mr. Lerman who stated that Mr. Tek (sp?) who was the original mechanic's supervisor and he would "fix the error" and to come in on Monday 2/23/26 @ 9:00 AM. My appointment on 2/23/26 at 9:00 AM for "Mr. Tek" to handle the repair. On 2/23/26, Mr "Tek" was 1 1/2 hours late for work and Dave refused to contact him and see what the problem was and I was told to "sit there and wait for him or leave" would not give me an ETA . I waited for 1 1/2 hours for Tek to arrive and I told Dave that I'd like to speak to him, when he did come on and was told by Dave, that "that won't happen, but feel free to sit and wait "endlessly". Was irritated that Sam gave me a false statement stating only the one/original mechanic could fix it. I was also told 3x that Mr. Dwight, Regional mgt would contact me and HAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DO SO. When I came in on 2/23/25, Dave was irritated that I had found out about Mr. Tek and it was obvious the way he treated me. On 3/23/26 I waited FIVE hours and at the end of the day was told that there was NO PROBLEM with the EVAC (even though the code came up again) however Dave did diagnostics, and "discovered that" my catalytic convertor, left side was bad AND the right side "looked like it was headed the same way and "needed replacement" handing me a bill for $4300. I was taken aback by this and Dave immediately lowered the price to $4000, stating "I am your friend and will take care of this for you." PLEASE note that during the FIVE hours that I waited the EVAC system error WAS NEVER LOOKED, nor fixed and was told that system was fine. I left and immediately went to my private mechanic, Manny and Son's who ordered/installed a "PURGE VALVE" for $161, see attachment. When I came back to Firestone on Wednesday 3/25/25 Dave told me, once again in a condescending, misogynistic voice that "I told you Monday 3/23/26 that you needed a purge valve and had to order it "free of charge and stall it." FALSE STATMENT, Dave NEVER mentioned a Purge Valve and that he needed to order and install for no charge. I was amazed and said to him, "why would I go to my mechanic and pay for a purge valve and pay to have it installed if you had told me that?" He had no answer. So I know they overlooked at least on thing they say the inspected. I'm now worried they overlooked more items. I would not recommend anyone drop your car here for service.

Nicole was so good that she saved me over $200 based on the quotes I had received from Costco & Sam's Club who both had rebate options. I ended up ordering tires because they were out of stock but I had planned for this and it wasn't urgent to get tires same day. It only took a few days to get my items in. If it weren't for the snow closures I could've been rolling on my new tires sooner. I was even offered time to go grab a bite to eat & come back. I was hangry so I opted to come in the next day (it snowed) so a day later, I dropped the car off & Lehrman called & gave updates & upon pick-up gave recommendations for maintenance along with information on their current specials to save me money. He was not an overbearing sales associate. I didn't feel railroaded or pressured to get something I didn't want or need (run flat tires). This store is well maintained & all employees are easily identified by the name tags or their business cards they have for reference. I appreciate the fact that there were no false promises of when my vehicle would ready and follow-up calls were made for its status and completion of service. I can now navigate the roads safely and with piece of mind that I have reliable tires.

It's his car (he's out of the country) so this is where I bright it. But man! Ridiculous.

At 10 30 I get a call saying it was checked and can be picked up in a few hours. Huh? I will say the place was clean, easy to access, and reasonably priced. They sorely need to update their website and work on emails. The website still mentioned covid restrictions and had the price of state inspections lower than the actual price. I emailed them attempting to set up the state inspection but never received a response. If you don't want to deal eith email that's fine, but don't offer it as an option snd then completely ignore it. I would gladly go back to this shop again if they have reasonable rates.

The owner is professional polite, the shop is clean, and they were done in one work day. Seems like most of the complaints are about costs. Good maintenance/repair costs money. Wrecks and higher insurance rates cost more. Of course, no one is happy about a much higher bill than what they walked in expecting. That doesn't make this a bad shop, its means perhaps the person can't really afford a well maintained vehicle.
