They jacked up my car with a portable hydraulic jack, took off the tire, diagnosed whether I needed a plug versus a patch, patched the tire, and put it back on the car in 20 minutes!!! Pricing was extremely competitive: Feb 2025 price was $20 for a plug or $50 for a patch. Convenience, fast, quality work, and a good price. Well i left with 4 tires mounted but not balanced at all, my wheels never even touched the balance machine. Now if you have common sense you would know that driving on an unbalanced tire is extremely dangerous, let alone all 4! I have called them since and explained to them that my tires weren't balanced yet i paid $62 to get all 4 balanced. The lady on the phone told me that since i took my vehicle to another tire shop closer to home to get my wheels balanced correctly (come to find out that a tire they sold me has a flat spot and is also not safe to drive on) so i could drive safely with my infant in the vehicle, that my 30 day warranty is automatically voided... yet no where on the invoice does it say anything about that. Then i told her they shouldn't charge people for work that WAS NOT done and she kept arguing with me. A FAILURE TO COMPLETE WORK IS A BREACH OF WARRANTY AND SHOULD BE COVERED !!!
