I mean , yeah, I may be a MIL* but they don't make me feel uncomfortable- just taken care of... Anyway, everyone is usually in a great mood at this location, making jokes and greeting customers. It's all about the up-sell, not the service. Many times here and each time parts of the "signature" service were missed. But there was no missing trying to up-sell. Pretty much had it while listening to the "service" guy lying to an unsuspecting customer about synthetic and conventional. When I come in and state clearly that I want *just* the signature service and that I am fully aware of all of the conditions of my air filter, wiper blades and other fluids and am fine to skip those before you go through the up-sell, then listen to me. Came in for an oil change for my company car.. Told I needed rear brake pads that they noticed when the rotated my tires. The mechanic told me they didn't have the part but he can order it and just to stop in anytime during the week to have them put on. Simple enough right?? Wrong They never ordered the brake pads and when I came back they made me wait over an hour for them. But that's not the worst part. While I waited they "discovered" I needed a caliber and needed to order that part too. I was two and half hours in at this point and my car was on the lift without tires. Told them to put on my tires and I needed to leave. I was told that wasn't an option and I had to wait. Well two hours later I finally got my car and left. Four and a half hours later!!!! Never replaced the rear brake pads because they were unable to?? My front pads and caliber were "replaced" but now my brakes are extremely soft and making funny noises. Called my company made a complaint and I have to take my car somewhere else because there is no way I trust this bs work they did. Oh btw after all this they never topped off my wiper fluid! I ate my pile of biscuits & gravy, then headed on down to the local Jiffy Lube. Let me tell you, the drive out here to get the oil change was worth it...I was in and out in under 30 minutes. And these were no ordinary mechanics...no, they were models of efficiency and friendliness. They changed my oil, replaced the filter, topped off my fluids, aired up my tires, cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car, all for a reasonable price. Guess what? No line, at all. Great fast oil change! They excepted the $10.00 off coupon for a yelp checkin. This helped out a lot off my signature oil change. Staff was friendly and courteous. They did a fast job for the change took only about 15min with one vehicle in front of me. The only flaw was that they did not vacuum the back floor they only did the front floor. Since I started coming to this particular Jiffy Lube a couple years ago I haven't looked back. I used to go to the one on Route 1 in Laurel (next to the Denny's) but I ALWAYS felt like I was being taken advantage of.............which is my #1 pet peeve when it comes to dealing with car maintenance, car purchasing etc. (ESPECIALLY as a woman). This was my first time ever going to a jiffy lube , and I will definitely be returning ! Today I got a transmission fluid flush/exchange. I was very amazed at the quickness and great customer service offered at this location . The mechanic was even nice enough to show me the new oil before he charged me and put my hood back down . The main thing that convinced me to give jiffy lube a try was their prices . My regular machanic charges $300 for the same service I got done today at jiffy lube for $145 ! read more

Avoid this location at all cost! I was wary of trying Jiffy Lube for any maintenance, because I know poor technician can end up costing you more money. I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and took it on this location for a quick oil and filter change. It's a fairly new SUV, so I didn't expect any major issues. I also asked them to do a tire rotation to prevent uneven wear on my tires. I usually take it to the dealership, since they are familiar with my vehicle even if I have to pay a little extra. I never had any problems with my car until I took it to this place. There was no wait time so they work on it right away. When they rotated my tires, they cross-treaded my lug nuts, because when they put it back in they didn't tighten by hand first, before using the impact wrench. There's a pretty good chance you can cross tread the lug nuts especially if it is not completely align to the wheel stud. I read other reviews and it looks like a common occurrence in this shop. The manager blame the dealership and mentioned that they did the damage instead of making it right. I had to drive without two lug nuts on one of my wheel which was very unsafe. There was no offer of any assistance or any alternative solution to deal with damaged lug nuts. I asked the Jiffy Lube manager to give me at least a discount or pay for the parts that they damaged. He even refused to do that and I was basically on my own to fix the damage that they did to my car. The reason why I went to Jiffy Lube was to save a few bucks and time because its near my house. Instead, it ended up costing me time and energy to go to the dealership (30 min away) to replace the parts they damaged . I found out when I put the two replacement lug nuts back that they forgot to tighten one of the lug nuts on the tire that already have two missing/damaged lug nuts. There are total 5 lug nuts on the tire (two they damage, 1 was not tighten and only 2 were securing the wheel). I could've lost a tire while driving to the dealership to pick up the parts, cause an accident or damage my car. I got the parts from the dealership and made sure that my other tires are secured. I checked to make sure they didn't damage my oil drain plug (I'll find out next time I change my oil) or the other wheel studs, but at least they replaced my oil filter. This is after paying over $100 to do a simple maintenance. They supposed to put pressure on all my tires, but after looking at the TPMS they only did the front tires. They charge for services that they don't perform. I checked the oil dipstick and it was still dirty. Please avoid this place at all cost if you value your life and money. Thanks! Update: When I took it to my next oil change, One of lug nuts needed to be drilled, because it was over tighten. Avoid this horrible business and take it to a better place. There's a reason why there's no wait on this place. People never go back! read more

These guys can't even torque lug nuts properly during a tire rotation, 60% of the nuts where literally hand tight. Never again!!!

I came in hoping to get a quick oil change and eh, not as fast as I'd like but only because both my brake light and turn signal light is out. However they said they can multitask , so we'll see. This is my first time with this vehicle and at any Jiffy Lube in years. The staff here are very courteous and don't press you too much about additional recommendations. Cons: The don't check everything they're supposed to, and they make false claims in an attempt to upsell you. One of my headlights was burnt out and they didn't even mention it. I was surprised, JL usually jumps at the chance to charge me for a headlight bulb. They also asked me THREE TIMES to change my cabin air filter. No means no. It wasn't dirty. On the third attempt, the man told me that it's hurting my gas mileage to drive with a dirty cabin air filter, which is a complete LIE. After hearing that I couldn't leave quickly enough, and I won't be back. Pros: Fast, friendly, waiting area was clean, oil was changed, car was half-assedly vacuumed and windows washed. Wifi was available but it's uselessly slow, not that I go to jiffylube for the wifi. read more

The service was super fast, like ridiculously fast, for how much moo-lah I dropped! They have coupons and offer military discounts though. They showed me how disgusting my filters were, which I absolutely appreciated. Ga-ROSSsssss! Seeing is believing folks! Omg I've had my car almost 4 years and I don't recall ever having these thangs changed. I asked how often these filters should be changed, and I was floored to learn they recommend changing them annually... What the!?!?!? :( Head hangs in shame :(. I'm better for the knowledge though. ;). I gave them 4/5 only bc this particular location is a lot further away than I expected it to be, which of course is not their fault, but later I realized there is a jiffy lube literally 5 mins away from where I live. SMDH. HOWEVER, when I called for an estimate/ to check space availability for the day, I was misquoted. I told the person I had a Prius and I know my car takes synthetic oil... But. Les'be honest I'm a real typical lady in the fact that cars are not my forte. So I explained to the person that I needed this 'synthetic stuff' and inquired how much would it cost... The gentleman said so long as I wasn't within the warranty my car would be fine with the cheapest package. -which was pretty comparable to other businesses AND they could get me in ASAP... Toyota has a week wait... When I got there I anticipated spending roughly $40 after discounts/ coupons. BUT bc my car DOES need the expensive synthetic stuff, AND my filthy filters needed changing I spent $125 total. And I seriously didn't even have the time to finish a phone call... They were that dang fast!!!! I was both impressed and skeptical that they could have completed the tasks that fast, and managed to do it well... I'm used to waiting FOREVER at Toyota. I loved how quickly I was 'in and out', but again I was skeptical of it too. I definitely appreciated the filter info and I'm a sucker for any savings, but I hated that I drove 30 mins out of my way and paid way more than anticipated. Overall, if I wasn't in a hurry to get my oil changed I doubt I would have gone to jiffy lube. I generally always go to Toyota. But I'm glad I had to 'switch it up'. I have been needing an oil and lube on my car for a while and was not looking forward to paying the high dealership prices. Thanks to a coupon and the great reviews on Yelp I decided to give Jiffy Lube a chance. It was a great experience! There was no line, I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Everyone was courteous! That's a quality that's sorely lacking at many businesses today. The waiting area was very nice. I was offered coffee or water as I was shown into the area. There were plenty of recent magazines. They were not just male focused either. And, I was there for maybe, half an hour. I didn't finish reading through the People magazine. I will definitely go back again. read more

My wife brought her car in running great. She needed an oil change, tires rotated...basic. She has only taken the car to them for service. They charged her $697.00 for additional services, sold her a battery which she did not need. She knows nothing of cars and trusted them as professionals. She now has NO CAR!!! She drove there in a perfectly good vehicle for an oil change & now has no car & is out $700! To make it worse she is a full time student. She took it in on Saturday because she has no time during the week to deal with anything but school. The whole point of JIFFY Lube is to get in & get out quickly. She got there at 3pm, was still there 2 hours after the store closed because they couldn't start her car!? No call from the owner, the manager asked her to get a rental car & said they would reimburse her? She gave them all her Xmas savings to pay for the SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS OF EXTRA SERVICES & she can't afford it so the manager got a friend to help him rent her one?? What kind of business are you guys running over there, my god! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE IF YOU NEED IT...we have both always taken our vehicles there but never again. Fast and friendly. Came on Saturday morning for an oil change and was attended to immediately. They did the standard selling of profitable side jobs, which I really can't blame them for. Such things are expected at these sorts of chain joints. I politely declined all the extras and they were completely fine with it. They took the Yelp coupon without hesitation. My only complaint is regarding the oil drips and splatters beneath the oil filter. The angle and placement of the oil filter in my SUV does not lend to easy removal. The only way to cleanly do it is to remove a few extra parts and make sure the oil is well drained prior to removal. That hassle is why I chose to take my car to a shop versus going at it on a lazy morning. They unfortunately did not go the extra mile in this regard, probably to save time. The speed (with a little sloppiness) showed, was in and out in about 15 mins. Overall, a fast and decent job, I just wish it were done more cleanly under the hood. read more

So I went to jiffy lube on my lunch break yesterday and had the best lunch break ever! I had to get an oil change... My husband usually takes care of it but he was out of town. I get there tell them what I need and they went straight to work on my car. While the mechanic had my car I was chatting with one of the other cashiers there. Them my stomach started grumbling... It was my lunch time after all. She went to the back and gave me her sandwich she brought from home, and offered me some water too! 30 minutes later my oil change was done, and I was out the door. Price was just what they told me when I got there and I didn't get any other sales pitches when I was there.
