Ladies beware! The oil change service was fine, no issues there but I was given several recommendations that were outright false/inappropriate. I was told my brake pads were dangerously thin and needing an immediate change, something they could do for $500+ so I took my car to a trusted dealership instead where the owner let me know that my pads are perfectly fine & do not need to be changed at this time. I was also asked by this Jiffy Lube if I wanted my air conditioner filter changed bc they said it was dirty, which is something I know how to do myself so I went to do that today only to find that the filter is not at all needing a change yet. I truly believe they targeted me as a woman because my husband has never once been recommended so many additional services after his oil changes, but after my first time I got quite a few despite having a fairly new car. We will no longer be using this location or company. read more

Been here twice for my oil changes and they do a good job! There is usually not a wait, so I am serviced immediately and they go through any further need with you as well. Like their servicing and will be back. They forgot to give a new sticker to let me know when to return but when I asked for it, I had already been printed out just not in my car. They are nice and professional. read more

Had my oil changed on Saturday, March 16 was very disappointed in the quality of the service. The customer service advisor should identify his customer my their name not the model of their car. When the tech finished the signature service oil change please make sure the windows have been washed and the car was vacuumed. I paid $120 for and oil that was done half ass. read more

I came here on a weekday morning on my way to work, and the guy not only filled my tires with both speed & diligence, he did so with a smile. Eh - 2nd time & not sure I'm coming back. I know the dealership markup is crazy high BUT I do believe Lexus use of premium products for their vehicles makes a difference. I'm not sure JL puts that much effort in producing or carrying top premium full synthetic oil to do what it should vs Lexus or any other premium brands. Trust I feel the difference from the oil changes. Plus the attention to details. It annoys me that mechanics miss putting your tire caps BACK on after air. That's something every day ppl forget - it's their job NOT to forget. And I must say for 2 years of service- never did the mechanics at the Lexus spot forget and my car ALWAYS felt smooth as butter. I'm not sure where I'll end up for routine maintenance outside the dealership but JL with it's less than premium products isn't the answer. read more

You know I believe hairdressers should stick to hair; chefs to food prep and plumbers to plumbing. You understand my point right? That said Jiffy Lube began as car oil specialists. It was founded in the early 70s by a football coach. Now they've branched off into every conceivable area of car repair, for which most are not prepared or knowledgeable. Why I brought my trusty Honda to them for rotors, the good Lord only knows. What a nightmare. They were clueless. Rotors and pads warped and damaged within six months. Make matters worse, I had to take them to court for not owning up. here's the lesson folks: Don't go into a card shop looking for bananas. It will be deadly. Stick with the pros who know their lane and stay in it! read more

Bottom Line: Excellent and prompt service from Seth and the Jiffy Lube team. I really like this Jiffy Lube. Service is friendly and fast and they don't try to upsell you on extra stuff here. I like that when I pull up the service team walks to my car to welcome me and then walks me inside. They also walk me to my car when I leave, just like you would do with a house guest. I wish the waiting room was a bit nicer, then again, I don't think I've ever waited more than 20 or so minutes. read more

While changing my oil another customer paid one of your attendants to take off parts to my exhaust to my truck and they were two nuts that held my exhaust together, the attendant that I witness negotiate with the customer who paid him was Cameron- i use to think that this jiffy lube was my favorite place to get things done on my cars but now I can't trust to bring my vehicles here anymore, and the fact that these people negotiated this theft right near where I was standing and didn't even consider that I could hear them is disheartening. Won't be coming back and I will tell others. read more

On 1/31/24 I had the occasion of getting my oil change at approximately 11:30am upon arriving at jiffy lube in elkridge Md the first tech that come out to me was great answer all my question so while I'm getting my oil change this employee who called himself an adviser came in with my air filter which I knew it was dirty stated I needed it change i told him that there is one in my back seat he immediately told it would cost me 21 dollars to put it in I understand we all need to make money but that's ridiculous for 3 minutes worth of work lastly he said the tech who checked my oil stated there was no oil on the stick you think the advisor would have shown me because that is pretty critical he didn't but try to sell me some kind of stop leak again totally ridiculous believe me being a first responser I know times can get tough but this advisor needs to be trained or shown a better to handle customers read more

I came here for my 5,000 mile service for my car after a cross country trip. I got in line even before they opened. They rotated my tires, changed air pressures, changed oil & filter, topped off fluids, etc. Kevin and his manager are nice and helpful. They even changed my speedometer back to miles per hour, after my last jiffy lube mechanic accidentally changed it to kilometers per hour during my previous 5,000 mile service. The manager explained to me how to change it back and forth. Free coffee in the waiting room. I didn't wait very long at all. Since they were rotating my tires, I asked them to put the correct pressures of 40 PSI in the front and 35 in the rear tires. Much later, I checked to see if my tires needed air. Only one tire had the correct pressure. The two rear tires were overinflated to 40 . And one front tire was under pressure at 35. obviously, they did not follow my instructions of putting 40 in the front and 35 in the rear. Nevertheless, I would go back to them for another 5,000 mile service. Kudos to Kevin and his manager. read more

Supposedly they only had the expensive oil in stock. Charged 93 bucks for an oil change. Next time ill go somewhere else.

We have taken our cats here for a number of years now and I trust this team. They do an excellent job explaining things and providing options. I never feel upsold or pressured to buy additional services. Honestly I've had way fewer issues with my car since I started bringing it here instead of to the dealer. I took my car to get an oil changed on wednesday morning and they were super efficient and nice. I was there for less than an hour while there were 4 other people in there with me. The man doing my oil change was very nice and did not pressure me to make any decisions or try to sell me anything else. very professional and will be coming back!! read more

My tire pressure light came on as I was leaving my house this morning. I went to this Jiffy Lube location and was assisted by Seth, the store manager. Fantastic service here! My car was in storage for about two years and I took it in to have the oil change. I have full faith that their recommendations were actually needed. After being in storage the rear bumper was damaged and falling off. I asked Dennis to take a look and see if it could be reattached and he went out in the rain -- above and beyond -- and took a look with no additional charge. Wow. Brought my car here for its first oil change (dealership was booked solid and I had waited a long time). Turns out the bolts on my skid plate hatch were stripped so they couldn't do the service. Do they topped up the oil and coolant for free. Fantastic customer service - thanks guys! I'll come back when the skid plate is fixed! read more

Tried to overcharge for everything. Put up charges on minor things and for a simple oil change it was going to cost $100. When I told them I would take it else where the put the filters back in they had already taken out, but then there was a mysterious rattle in the interior. Typically I have had decent experiences with Jiffy Lube's, but this one ruined me. Not much chance I will go back to one. read more

I needed to get my car checked out before a long road trip recently and after calling a few Midas locations without much luck, I randomly chose this Jiffy Lube location on my commute home. With the risk of sounding silly, I felt like a race car driver that was pulling over for a pit stop. They guided me in like an airplane into the hangar , and before I was even out of the car, there were 6 men hovering around the car. Protective side panels were applied to my car and as I was giving my information to the guy in charge, the team was already checking out lights, fluids and the engine. I was given the option of different levels of service and given a good explanation of what the difference in the price meant for my car. I felt safe leaving my car in their hands and walked down to the nearby McDonald's/Burger King for dinner. 20 minutes later my car was already parked outside, tires rotated, the inside vacuumed and good on fluids. The pricing was reasonable and the service was outstanding.The facility is clean and located in a relatively safe neighborhood for a girl not to feel uncomfortable- don't be scared by the Tip Top Motel and Tattoo parlor across the street. read more

This is my first car and I didn't know what I was doing . But everyone was 1. Kind 2. Really helpful. Also it wasn't a long wait. I came in at 1pm on a Wednesday. And was out before 2pm . It looks clean , the people look nice . There was a woman mechanic so that's nice . They had coffee and cellphone chargers so that's great . 10stars but obviously can't do that . I've been coming here for years. After my oil change last week my car was running really weird. They told me my transmission fluid was low and they were going to put more in. Instead they emptied it and didn't put any more in. Aside from actually changing the oil, they didn't do anything else on the included services list. I've trusted this location for a long time and now I have to find somewhere new to go. I would be very cautious bringing your car here. Could've been a lot worse if I hadn't been able to get it checked out elsewhere as soon as I could. read more

Oil changes here always tend to go pretty quickly, and getting your car vacuumed and having all your fluids topped off is always nice. I only take off the one star because of the upselling, but I would imagine that happens at every Jiffy Lube. read more

I go to this Jiffy Lube in Elkridge all the time (well, every 5K miles or so.) It is located on US 1 in a strip of fast food restaurants. The service is always top notch, and I am pleased at how friendly they can be. I also like that aside from the oil changes, tire rotations and other jobs they have listed on their price menu they also do small things like changing burnt out lights and replacing windshield wipers. If they had a way to make the wait more pleasant, like complimentary coffee that isn't lousy or a bar next door where I could wait, I'd probably give them five stars. That stretch of US 1 can be busy, but if you're making a left in or out you just need a little patience and to aim for the center turn lane. read more

I would usually go to the dealership, but needed a quick oil change for an out of town trip and must admit I am quite satisfied with the service....hoping the oil change is as great as the service. This was the first time I went to this Jiffy Lube during my lunch break. I went in and they told me 20-25 minutes and there was one person in the waiting area and then they left. I didn't leave until an hour later. Two other people came in after me and left in about 20 minutes. No one came up to me after 25 minutes and let me know there would be a delay or at least apologize. Better communication, better accommodations and better customer service are needed especially paying overpriced prices and not great customer service. read more

I had no idea this Jiffy Lube was here, I'll never go anywhere else now! I was in and out in about 20 mins. It was the quickest oil change I've ever had. They changed my oil, topped off all the fluids, inflated my tires, vacuumed and cleaned the windows (and checked my filters). The inside was pretty nice too, the tv displays all the prices, there's a water and coffee station (with coffeemate creamer which I really appreciate), and a charging station. The staff was so friendly and they didn't try to make me get unnecessary things (def the cheapest visit to a Jiffy Lube I've ever had.) read more

So slow. Was told 20 minutes and then around an hour later my truck was done. Don't come here if you have anything to planned.

This location is alright, although you have to tolerate the standard pitch to spend more money on things you probably don't need. I was disappointed that I had to spent $10 more because of some plate I had, they have an old type written sign up that states they will charge for it. Please state all of your prices on your website. I've been here a few times and it is usually pretty quick. read more

Been coming here for the past 2 years, and they never disappoint. Oil change is pretty quick and smooth. Dennis will recommend to you any work that needs to be done, and won't force you or pressure you into paying for something you're not sure about or didn't go in for. I got there with only one person in line and 5-6 workers. The first thing asked to me was "have I been to this Jiffy Lube, because all Jiffy Lube's have different prices, services, and oil types." This concerned me, but I decided to see. I asked two questions, 1. Will you honor the coupon I received in my email, they said yes after hesitation. 2. Do you do tire rotations? He hesitated and said yes if their jack can reach. I then said all that I ask was please be careful not to spin the air wrench and scratch up my rims. I had told them that I have had my rims scratched from a previous oil change elsewhere. The serviceman obviously went in and started mocking me because all of the 5-6 workers were gathering around laughing and kept looking at me through the window. Very laxed and unprofessional. They weren't being careful at all. They threw the vacuum hose through one side to the other. Afterwards one of the service people was taking payment and said that he was told I was too finicky and didn't want to rotate my tires because they knew they would scratch the rims up and that this was normal! I informed him that I have had wheels rotated plenty of times by stations that were able to. He said that I needed to get use to the fact that this will happen. Came in for an oil change because it had been more than 3 months but I don't drive too much so I had about 2000 miles left according to my sticker. The guy called me out and told me that he couldn't take my money because I didn't need the oil change right now. He checked my oil levels and consistency to make sure. They filled up my fluids, checked my air pressure, and cleaned my windows for free. Then sent me on my way. How refreshing to have someone looking out for me. read more
