Whoever the technician that did my tires was totally careless on placing and removing the weights as he scratched and destroyed the paint on my 22 inch BMW alloy rims. The manager reimbursed me back the cost of the installation and also offered to fix the rim but they need to keep the vehicle for more than a day which during the time I cannot manage since its my only commute. The cost of getting my rims refinished is eight times over what I paid for the installation. This is just a big regret on my part but also a big neglect on the shops part (at least on the tech that did my wheels.) Just disappointing.

I appeared at just the right time and they took my car in immediately. They said it'd be about an hour, so I sat in their huge luxurious waiting area (kidding, but there is plenty of room compared to most other small businesses). (Tip - Bring something to read to kill the time.) Less than an hour later I was done. They gave me the paperwork and explained everything on it -- numbers both before and after the alignment. Our alignment cost about $83 or so for a smaller car. Per some buddies that's a pretty good deal. I am happy to say that forever more when we need work like this I have a great go-to place.

They have couches, water, and vending machine available if you choose to wait for your car. Restroom is available. Very clean waiting area, which is always a plus. One of the downsides is that they don't have wifi so you will just have to use data if you are playing on your phone. They seem like very honest people, not trying to oversell. They looked at my tires and was going to recommend that I didn't need to change them until they realized what year they were. For safety sake, we decided to get new ones. The oil change fee was also very reasonable. It's a bit out of the way for us, but we've been looking for a new auto shop that is honest with reasonable fees, and I think we found one here! The only inconvenience is they don't do oil change over the weekend, which makes planning a bit difficult. Larry was the one who helped us out and he was awesome!

However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate. If you're a woman, I would recommend you drive away as fast as your car can go.
