When I inquired into why they hemmed and hawed until it finally came out that they broke my oil filter cap. They claimed "those break all the time." I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. I have grown up going to car shows and working with my dad on his classic cars and I don't appreciate this behavior. I will not be returning. The only reason they get 3 stars is for the previous experiences.

Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees during an extreme heat warning, he worked tirelessly and was very communicative on the progress of the installation. He was very transparent about any precautionary measures that should be taken before calling the job complete and made sure I was completely happy with the car before sending me home. To make sure I had my car back for the holiday weekend, Siwan worked late and even came in on his day off (Independence Day) to finish the job. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. Whoever the technician that did my tires was totally careless on placing and removing the weights as he scratched and destroyed the paint on my 22 inch BMW alloy rims. The manager reimbursed me back the cost of the installation and also offered to fix the rim but they need to keep the vehicle for more than a day which during the time I cannot manage since its my only commute. The cost of getting my rims refinished is eight times over what I paid for the installation. This is just a big regret on my part but also a big neglect on the shops part (at least on the tech that did my wheels.) Just disappointing.

The day I brought my car to him, it was raining so he suggested we not try top speeds in the rain and asked if I could leave the car with him. The next day he text me immediately to update me on the condition of the car and what needed to be done. One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires). I'd definitely trust him with any future work. He seems to care more about your safety than just making a buck. Never tried to upsell me on anything and explained each step. Transparent. Ethical.
