He texted me at 8:30pm last night and after I requested to cancel it because I needed my car this week, he pressured me to pick up my car late that night with almost no notice saying he "doesn't have room" now that he's not making any money from this. He said he will leave my car key inside my car which was parked on a busy and trafficked street. After specifically requesting for him not to leave my key in my car and that I do not agree to that, it was still left inside my unlocked car overnight. Thankfully nothing happened to it, but this was negligent and irresponsible. There was also plenty of room as the street was almost empty. He also never fixed my mirror as promised. All of the one-star reviews are accurate - don't trust the fake five-star reviews. If you value professionalism, honesty and the safety of your vehicle go to a different body shop. Work done was less than 50% of what was promised. After getting paid he said the door can't be fixed and needs full replacement -- conveniently requiring another $1,250. Paid a $600 deposit toward that. Three months of chasing followed -- wrong door ordered (Model Y instead of Model 3), repeated broken promises, and having to call 5 to 6 times every single week just for him to pick up once. Every answer was a new excuse and a new date. When he finally showed up he asked for an additional $450 for sanding that was never part of the original agreement. The total came to $3,100 -- significantly more than what was ever discussed upfront. The job is done but the price in money, time, and stress was far beyond what anyone should have to go through. There are other reviewers here with similar experiences. Go in with your eyes open.

There is a sign directing you to service in the back, so if you're a first timer you'll automatically follow that in only to get waved back and told to get in line behind the regulars who know how their operation works. That was a little annoying as with all the cars everywhere there was no real way to tell the customers apart from the workers or even the neighbors. However, from the time I arrived to the time I spent in line to getting worked on and paying and leaving was exactly one half hour. My tire had a nail in it and I figured I would be spending my entire Saturday waiting for it to get fixed. They have an impressive and efficient operation, and they had that tire off, examined, and patched - not plugged - practically faster than it takes me to pump my gas. I was also impressed at the ridiculously reasonable price they charged me for that service. Now that I know where they are, what they do, and how well they do it, I'm going to be happy to line up as one of their regulars.
