Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. DONT COME HERE if I could give 0 stars I would...Brought my q50 to this shop for a code diagnostic…read moreon June 29th or 30th, when I walked in and told them my issue...the first thing I was hit with is "i'm gonna be honest you should just replace the whole transmission, we've done about 8 of these and they all fail within a week" (Remember that for later)...conversation goes on and I have them do the diagnostic. I was assured that they have a technician with 40+ years of experience back there so I was sure I would be taken care of...About a day or 2 later they call and let me know it is my valve body (I had a feeling it was) they then quote me $6700 to replace the $2100 part, but I have a warranty company and I was just gonna let them cover most of so I told them to go ahead with the job. But get this, they call me back a couple days later and all of the sudden I need a new transmission BADLY, it's beyond repair and some more bullsh** ($13000) LOL at this point I knew I needed to get my car outta their hands...I obviously take my car somewhere else and in 2 DAYS what do you know my q50 is back on the road with the SAME transmission for $1300. There's so much more I could add but u guys get it just stay away from this business genuinely, it's a joke...either they're snakes or they don't know wtf they are doing in that shop but i'll let you all decide that.

Your first impression of this establishment is going to be negative, no question…read more The gentleman that works the front desk and answers the phones has no bedside manner whatsoever. It's actually quite entertaining to listen to him field phone calls while waiting for the service on your vehicle to be completed. He's a sweetheart when dialing out to vendors and business partners, but when the phone rings and a potential customer is on the other end of the line the elderly, unkept, stray dog of a receptionist shows his teeth. The work was finished in exactly the amount of time I was told it would take, the price seemed reasonable and the finished product is something to be proud of. I'm no stranger to taking my vehicles to the shop and the smells that come along with that, but when I hopped inside my vehicle there was a rather pungent odor that had to be aired out. Final statement: The seats in the waiting room have at least 200,000 miles + on them, my rear end was screaming by the end of the hour wait.
