Booking was pretty easy and seamless; I reached out for a quote through Yelp and booked my appointment through their website. Traverse did an incredible job! It's not easy to remove stubborn pet hair and mold from carpets, but he somehow made the interior look nearly brand new! He has great attention to detail and really takes great care of your vehicle. The most convenient part is that he's fully mobile, so I was able to go about my daily routine without having to take off work early to take it into a shop. It was our first time getting detailing done and Traverse did not disappoint! Highly recommend!

There is so much room for improvement with this business. I paid for the cheapest wash, which was…read morestill $40. My car was not that dirty on the inside but could use a good vacuum. To say that I was unimpressed is an understatement. I was downright disappointed in the quality of service. They spent all of TWO MINUTES cleaning the inside of my car. They left my floor mats soaked in whatever liquid they used. I had to use a rag to mop up the liquid off my floor mats before I drove off. Also, I had to grab rags and clean the rest of my car myself before I left. They could have spent maybe two more minutes to make sure the car was actually clean. I will never be back to this location. And I will also make sure my friends know to never go here. If I wanted a crappy job done, I wouldn't have paid $40 for a crappy job. DO BETTER.

I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!
