My car went from being beyond dirty to looking brand new! I'm so happy I went with Yes Detail. They were extremely professional and timely with their responses. I love that yes detail will customize your detailing experience and come to you. They have many additional services that allows you to get exactly what you want and need out of their company. Don't pass on working with them! I had a big scratch on the side of my car and broken glass from my car being broken into and the fixed it up like nothing had happened. I was shocked by the difference before and after. I wish I had taken more before pictures of how firstly everything was. William is who cleaned my car and he was so sweet. He really took his time and was proud of his work which is expected for how great of a job he did. The pictures don't do it justice. read more

Yes Detail - My car has never looked better! - Auto Detailing Near Me

What a great find! I was preparing my car for sale and sought out a local female and/or minority owned business to support. To my surprise and delight Candace put together a quote and had a detailer from her network sent out to my house within hours of my inquiry (on a holiday weekend no less). I don't know how long their scheduling typically takes, but Candace clearly called around to accommodate my request ASAP which was not necessary but very much appreciated! Timeline: 9:28 I contacted Candace to see if she had availability that weekend 10:17 I had a quote for service in my email 11:12 Detailer was confirmed 11:38 Detailer was en route 12:03 Detailer arrived 2:45 Detailer was done Everything was communicated clearly through text and email; I was able to confirm scheduling and provide payment online. Candace even kept me updated before, during, and after the appointment - letting me know when the detailer had arrived, was done, etc. and she relayed all of the information he needed to access my gated neighborhood on my behalf. The price was more than fair for services rendered. I handed off a pretty filthy car to Jerome ("Rome") that had been sitting unwashed and undriven for months during the pandemic. While it is a relatively new and very lightly used car, it was in need of some serious TLC after pollen season to be photo-ready for listing. Jerome looked the car over, asked me about my specific preferences (e.g. did I want the leather seat covers cleaned or taken off, how did I want my floor mats to be washed, etc.) and gave me a time estimate for the work. He was very friendly and polite - a pleasure to work with. Jerome brought everything he needed to do the job (including a water tank for those of you without hose hookups!). Jerome put extra elbow grease into my vehicle and really did an outstanding job for me. It was no surprise (as we got to chatting) that he has regular customers that schedule him routinely to care for their vehicles. I have had some really horrendous experiences with washes and details in the area. I do not have an exterior water hookup to wash regularly myself and don't trust the "touchless" drive-through washes with my luxury cars. I have tried a few of the local hand wash services and "express details" and they have all been subpar at best. I also do not have heavy staining, buildup, etc. that warrants a very costly or lengthy detail job. Jerome did more than expected at a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere - it honestly felt like I got the value I was expecting of the signature package for the price and time of the superior package. Quick Tips: - There's three basic levels of service to choose from for an interior/exterior detail. You can also pick just interior/exterior. - They have a motorcycle package - You can add extra services to your detail a-la-carte - You can request a specific detailer - You can set up recurring services in intervals from weekly to every six months (10% off) - They offer gift cards - You're not charged until the job is done - Tips appreciated in cash (or you can add to online payment) - There's a two hour arrival window for your appointment Tidbit: This is a new business and their website is templated for a home cleaning service - so when you check out you will see that in some places it mentions bedrooms, bathrooms, or house cleaning services. I didn't even notice the first time I booked and it did not impact my service or experience. Just something to note if you're thrown! Will absolutely be using Yes Detail in the future and would recommend. read more

I was on a right timeline to get food stains and smells out of my passenger seat. I chose Yes detail because they were professional, responded quickly (I messaged through Yelp with the owner), and had fair pricing. Jerome was the professional who serviced my car and he was timely and got to work right away. He did a spotless job why my interior detailing. I highly recommend! read more

Candace was incredibly responsive, prices were the best quoted by 3 businesses, and my detailer Jerome did a fabulous job on my 2020 Ram. All my neighbors came and asked who did the work. They came to the house and I will be using them again! read more

Yes Detail - Auto Detailing Near Me

Yes Detail was easy to schedule, and, in fact, I was worried that the quick availability could be an indicator that the quality was lower than that of competitors with 2 week waits. As it turns out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Jerome came the next day, and he provided great attention to a very dirty car. Immediately after he finished, we contacted Candace to schedule Jerome to detail our other car. read more

We live in an area with a ton of construction going on right now in our neighborhood so our car needed a good wash asap since it's black . We didn't want to do a full detail since the car was recently detailed inside so we went with an exterior wash. "Rauf" was our detailer and he and his assist were spot on with a really detailed exterior wash. What made them most impressive was the flexibility that the owner Candace showed in light of my own inability to make certain of the time I had originally scheduled. Rauf was more than gracious to accommodate my time needs. I really appreciate it and will be signing up for a full detail in the coming weeks! read more

Did a really excellent exterior detailing for me. Significantly improved shine and the coating lasted for a long time. The scheduling and service is very convenient. I did a waterless wash and detail. read more

Excellent service! Rauf was awesome. The car is still clean after 4 weeks demonstrating lasting quality.

William showed up when scheduled and diligently worked for hours on our car. He did a fantastic job! Our car needed it so badly too. It was very dirty. And I was able to book him very quickly and easily through Candace. Candace worked with me every step of the way and managed the process very well - I felt taken care of from start to finish. Also, William wore a mask and seemed very COVID-conscious. read more

They did a great job on the truck detailing of my Nissan Armada SUV with inside and outside cleaning. It looked and smelled great. However, when the detailer arrived he recommended a deep cleaning. It created all kinds of confusion because I had already paid for their highest cleaning and now I'm being told that what is recommended is double what we're paying. I just wanted the best detail job as this was the first time I had ever gotten a vehicle detailed. When I declined the detail, I learned that this company (Yes Detail) is just the middle man and I could've gotten a deep clean for the same price without a middle man. That was irritating. The person who did the detailing did an excellent job, but I could do without the personal small talk. But he seemed like a good guy though, but I just want my truck washed. I'll probably go with someone else next time. read more

Can't thank Candace and Rauf's team enough! After an unfortunate incident with a nauseous passenger my car really needed a cleaning and odor fix. They were able to come out same day to my residence to clean and de-funk my interior. It looks and smells great and I love that they will come back out if the smell returns. Pricing was about average for the area (which is a bit more than I like to spend, but I normally like to wash my car myself) and only took a couple hours. I would definitely recommend them read more

Thanks Yes Detail for resetting the clock on my car. My car is relatively new but I drive a ton which for me can mean..lots of mess. Thanks for making my car look brand new again. Spotless. read more

My car was quite the job for the detailer who came to clean it. I have been admittedly less than kind to my interior. The technician did a great job vacuuming my seats and carpets. He even gave me nee floor mats. The car is older and I know the seats will never look like new but they are 10x better than where we started after he shampooed them. The exterior hadnt been washed in quite a while but he was able to get it shining. I am pleased with his work. The best part was they came to my home and did the work while i remained in the comfort of my home. Will use this service again. read more

I unfortunately do not recommend. Scheduling was difficult with times changed a couple of times leading up to my service. Upon arrival, my provider exhibited a strong odor that resembled a very recognizable smell. The service provider immediately told me that my price quoted was going to increase because the booking service and he have different rates and that he would need to provide that additional commission to Yes Detail. The First increase quoted was because the car was white, and the second because pet hair was observed in the vehicle. Not excessive hair, just presence inside a single area. The increased price was pretty substantial at about 20% but ultimately we agreed on reduced work for same cost. In the end the work that was done was very good and met or even exceeded my expectations in some elements. I was pleased with the Yes Detail customer service through the ordeal, and The service provider worked hard and did a very good job. However, I would probably look elsewhere next time due to the scheduling challenges, last minute haggling, and the odor present that gave me cause for concern. read more

I have to say I wasn't really impressed with this mobile cleaning service. The gentleman that cleaned both our vehicles did an okay job. More specifically, we had requested deep cleaning for double the cost. At that rate, we expected more out of it, but to be honest it seems like it was quite basic cleaning. In fact, he missed vacuuming/cleaning underneath the back seats. In addition there were still some small loose bits and pieces that were still on the back seats and all the compartments. The exterior seemed cleaner than interior. We did follow up with the service and were offered a discount to be used within 6 months which we probably won't use because of the dissatisfaction of the service. Although very communicative, I would look elsewhere to get your vehicle cleaned especially for the price paid. read more

The whole process was easy. After receiving my quote, I was able to book my appointment online for the next day. Calvin did an amazing job on both of our vehicles, inside and out. Looks as clean was when we took them home. Highly recommend! read more

This was a fantastic, seamless way to get a much needed service. Highly recommend Kevin who was super easy going, helpfully volunteered his vaccination status before air high fiving and was up front and honest about just how easily the dog hair would come out of the back seat. I will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, efficient and hands free way to get your car sparkling clean. THANK YOU! read more

Jerome did an excellent job doing the interior detailing. Cleaned out the vehicle nicely and touched up on some of the rough spots of our vehicle, including the trims in the trunk. They also serviced my vehicle the same weekend as requested which was definitely useful. If you need an effective and last-minute detailing of your vehicle I highly recommend. read more

Yes Detail did a fantastic job detailing both of my SUVs. If you're looking for a business with customer service, professionalism and the skills to detail your vehicle properly, look no further! Thanks for the great work Jerome. My car hasn't looked this nice since I drove it off the lot. Extra kudos because I forgot to grab my key back from you (which turns out was dead and of zero help to you) you held onto it until I was home and personally returned it to me. If that isn't customer service idk what is. Thank you sir. Appreciate it. read more

Fantastic service. Jerome took his time and properly detailed my vehicle. I was definitely impressed by the results!

After a cross country road trip (during Covid no less) my car was in need of a solid detail. Yes responded quickly and provided a fair quote for the services I needed. The communication was great. Khalil was the detailer they sent and he did a great job - the car looks better than when it was purchased new! He took the time to walk around afterwards and show me some of the difficult spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the district needing a solid detail! read more

I was having water and mold problems with my interior carpet after an AC leak and didn't need a whole package of services, but Candice was so helpful in creating a custom service quote for exactly what I needed. She was very nice, patient, and responsive to messages even over a holiday weekend. Jerome drove out to my apartment to do the detailing work and patiently explained the process and what I could do afterwards to keep my car looking great. He finished the job faster than I expected and did an amazing job! He shampooed the carpet and mat 3 times to make sure no mold would grow after he left. It's been a week and I'm so happy with the results so far. Will definitely go back to Yes Detail if I need another detailing job. read more

We have a 2004 Land Cruiser that has seen better days and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. William transformed the car and we couldn't be happier.
