True to his company name, Keith really is "Top Notch"! I hired him to install a new digital multimedia receiver head unit, SiriusXM satellite receiver, and backup camera that I had purchased online for my 2006 Infiniti G35. Keith did a great job with adding apple car play to an older Hyundai Sonata, even when other providers said it was impossible. He recommended all the right parts needed and even was able to adapt what I had to make a smoother/flushed finish. I called him to hard wire a cable in my brand new Audi S6 and route it next to the rear view mirror. I had tried to do it myself unsuccessfully. He came to my house after calling him at 5:30pm on a Sunday night. He was at my place by 6:30pm, out by 7:30pm. Car looks perfect with no issues, cable works, cost $58, and he was clean. Professional, the whole experience was seamless and very good. Asked to make sure it was switched with the car on power, which he did successfully with no issue. Eric and Gary did an excellent job fixing the iPod connection in my 2008 Saturn Aura. I had a iSimple PXAMG (GM2 harness) that was originally installed by Best Buy. After it started skipping and kicking back to XM radio I went back to the same Best Buy but they couldn't fix the issue. I then took it to another Best Buy who also could not figure out the issue. These guys came out late in the evening the same day I called which was really convenient. They were friendly and professional. They took they whole thing apart, redid the installation and carefully read and reread the manufacture instructions, determining that there were several ways of installing one of the wires. They then tried each configuration testing carefully with multiple songs. After determining the best one they re installed the device and then tested again to ensure it worked. Finally, they took down all the information and offered to call the device manufacture to discuss the issue. Their rates were very reasonable. I wish I had skipped Best Buy and just called these guys first. 5 stars, highly recommended. read more

PROBABLY OKAY FOR SIMPLE JOBS, BUT BE CAREFUL. They seemed reputable and maybe it was the job requested, but they walked out of the work after 3 weeks of getting schedule where I even went out to go get the additional materials. Wanted to do a stereo install w/ CB below it, (2) component speakers to replace factory and move current placement of the Amp. After being very clear of the work (I told them that this was not a simple swap and replace job), we settled on a price w/ Bridget as well as w/ the owner, Mike. The installer, Keith, came out with Gary (owner- 2 Watts- see my review of 2Watts) and instead of starting the job, he took out a notepad and started writing notes. I then was told they wanted $200 more. Seems relatively strange that 2 different stereo installation companies met, and now price changed. Gary advised that this should be a 2 person job. Interesting enough, both had nothing to do with the pricing. They are probably real good w/ very simple jobs, but their overall price was now higher than estimates from the top area stereo installer stores. Will give them credit for trying to keep the original price, but then they said I had to reschedule for another time even when the installer was next to me. I gave them one window of time for next day and I would reshift my schedule, but they said that they were booked. Wasted a good amount of time trying to work w/ them and they just couldn't get their schedule worked out as well as very late call backs (less with Bridget- she did her best to try to alleviate the situation). Not happy at all, spoke with Keith numerous times over the phone and through the mails - quote to install navigation on my MDX (in dash) along with the back up camera. After I provided the pictures and sort of a guide on how to do the job, finally got a quote from him and time. Right before the day he mails me and said he can't make it because he doesn't have the required parts, I said which one and I found the similar one's at Home Depot and I notified him but he never ever responded now the best part is when I approached some other guys they told me that I need to get the ACURA OEM part in order to do the job. I went ahead and ordered it and got this thing fixed. You get what you pay for with these guys. They're the cheapest around because they're unprofessional. I had them install a set of component speakers in a Honda FIt 2012. My door panels were scuffed up, the crossovers aren't tied down to anything so they rattle in my car when I go over a bump, and I had to recall them twice because the left tweeter makes an audible humming sound when the music is muted. I should've done the installation myself but I'm a novice so thought to get a 'pro' to do the work. Maybe I'll just suck it up and do the amp install myself.. read more

I've used them twice: (1) they removed a stuck DVD for me, and (2) they gave me good advice on buying a car stereo and then installed it for me.
