The owner is actually responsive and cares. I always got constant updates. I arrived with a unique install request in person, and he actually took the time to review it. Extremely fair price for the labor involved. I was quoted for a 2 week turnaround time. He ended up getting his whole team to work on my car, and it was done in 2 days. I first went to Twenty Wraps after my husband found them in Winter 2025. I decided to move forward with wrapping my 2023 Tesla Model Y. I'd had the car for a while and she'd been through a few things, so I thought a wrap would give her a fresh new life. I already had clear PPF installed on the front from another shop shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and when Twenty Wraps ran a special, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I chose a beautiful golden-flecked white wrap that still looked close to the original white paint at first glance; which was exactly what I wanted because I love white cars. I worked with Alex throughout the process. He communicated well, helped me set everything up, and the turnaround time was excellent: about 2 days plus a few hours on day 3. He also explained proper wrap care, and I added windshield tint while the car was there. Overall, my first experience was very positive. Unfortunately, my second experience was very different. In March someone hit my parked vehicle and caused significant damage to the driver side and front bumper. Repairs required portions of the front bumper, quarter panel, and both passenger doors to be rewrapped. I contacted Twenty Wraps for a quote because I initially trusted them based on my first experience. I stopped by in person to discuss everything, received an updated quote, and reminded the employee to send me a digital copy for insurance purposes. I paid the full balance upfront; not just the deposit - so materials could be ordered and my appointment secured. Originally, I was scheduled to drop the car off on a Monday, but late Sunday evening I was informed the material shipment had been delayed. I adjusted my schedule and dropped the vehicle off the following day instead. I was told the turnaround time would be one day. However, my car appeared to sit untouched the entire Tuesday. I knew this from both my Tesla Sentry Mode notifications and the fact that I live literally down the street from the shop and could see the vehicle still sitting outside that evening. By Wednesday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to ask about pickup timing because I had appointments scheduled that day after already rearranging plans due to the material delay. I was told the car would be ready by 1 PM. When I arrived, they were still actively working on it in the back, so I waited. Because I needed to leave for another appointment, I didn't have much time to inspect the work thoroughly before driving off and honestly, I trusted them based on my previous experience. Later that day, I noticed the front bumper appeared noticeably more matte than glossy and did not match the rest of the wrap. I reached out via text asking why the finish looked different, but I never received a response. I followed up again a few days later...still no response. I eventually called, and the person who answered said they would review the messages and call me back. I never received a callback. I'm genuinely disappointed with how this was handled. The second install feels rushed compared to the original work, and the difference in quality is noticeable when comparing the old wrap to the newly wrapped panels. More disappointing than the issue itself was the complete lack of communication and follow-up regarding my concerns. My first experience gave me confidence in recommending this shop, but after this second experience, I honestly can't recommend them to my car-loving friends or family. Alex and his team did an outstanding job on my Porsche Macan. I'm absolutely thrilled with her new look--the 3M Flip Winter Rose color-change wrap is stunning. It's amazing how the color shifts in different lighting and from various angles. The first photo was taken at 7 a.m., the second at noon, and the third at 4:30 p.m., and each one highlights a completely different tone. The final emblem photo was taken from directly above, showing yet another beautiful variation. Beyond the incredible workmanship, Alex was professional, responsive, and happy to answer any questions throughout the process. I took my truck to get roof and flares fender wrapped, I had to go back the next day due a misaligned wrap on one of the flares, then I noticed there was unwrapped gaps on my roof, i spoke to the guy Fernando he didn't even know what to say. My wife and I went here to tint our windows and left with hundreds if not thousands, in damages. The owner appeared to be agitated that we were pointing out the damages to the vehicles and the imperfections in the tint. He proceeded to say he spent way too much time helping us and that he could refund us our money and remove the tint, that somehow after removing tint glue from the front windshield was a $50 charge that he waived and a crappy $35 car that he waived for the inconvenience of having my car for almost 9hrs to tint my car, never in my life has it took anyone that long to tint a vehicle. I left with a chip on my Tesla model y front bumper, scratches on my A Pillars, a greenish residue stain on both driver and passenger interior pillars, I had liquid sprayed all over my vehicle dash, my seats, and my screen that controls all the functions of my car. We weren't asking for any kind of discounts we were only asking to have the damages addressed and the tint imperfections perfected, the tint had hair, lint, under the film, scratches in the tint and we was supposed to just accept it after paying almost $1000 to have the job done, because he was wasting time and product because they had to replace the damaged tints. My wife and I both believe they deleted video recordings from our Tesla's, sentry mode was active but there was no recordings. I do not and will not recommend anyone do business here unless you're Spanish, maybe they'll value you as a customer and treat your cars with care. UPDATE: The owner of Twenty Wraps reached out to me and offered to wrap my car for free ( valued at $3,000) if I removed my review from his page. I agreed that the only way that I will remove my post from HIS page is if they fixed my 2 windows again for the 3rd time while I watched them since they caused damage to my other vehicle and gave me a full refund back. Which he agreed to and he did refund me my money for both vehicles but what got me is that when we met up he tried to slide in and say that I have to remove it from his friends site too which is Viallalta which I never agreed to but my husband agreed to do it anyway since he gave us the money back . I told him no but he agreed to remove it anyway. Meanwhile they man that messed up our tints 2 times and damaged our vehicles was sitting in the car the entire time not once did he look up or get out and apologize. He was holding an attitude with us like a 3 yr old child like we did something wrong. When the cars was 1st done NOT ONCE did we ask for any type of discount or anything all we wanted was for him to acknowledge the damage and bad work, but everything we pointed out. He tried to flip it and say oh it was this because of that or we did not do that. We know what damages we had on our cars and would have noticed it if it was there, but we know for a fact it was not there, and it was done by their company. The owner of the wrap shop said that he will contact me the next day on when I can bring the car in to be re- tinted. Note he did NOT reach out to me I had to contact him. I even sent pictures of the bad work. Along with me showing proof that they did not tint my window or my windshield in the same tint or color that I asked for. I believe he was upset that he had to do it again and gave me a cheaper film and different color on purpose. You can clearly see that it's not the same and it's not the same as the one of the took off before. Even after all of that, I reassured the owner of the tint shop that he do not have to worry about me re-posting my review. here it is six days later and he still has not reached out to me regarding getting the work corrected. I even text him multiple times with no replies. Well, he called me once but hung up before I could answer. I text him letting him know I was at work for him to text me that was two days ago. He still haven't text me or called back. I even told him that all I was looking for was communication and updates, and he still has not replied. So at this point, I am not reaching out to them anymore and I am re-posting my post. I completed my part of the deal by deleting the post from not one page but both pages and since he did not follow through on both parts of the agreement for me to delete my post. Here I am again reposting because it's not fair that I did my part and now he want to be MIA without following through on his part. But I'm quite sure after seeing that I've re-posted my review he will reach out in the next few hours and I will not reply or answer any of his phone calls. I been using Twenty Wraps since day one! I gave a new shop a shot and it worked out. My 1st wrap I kept 2 years still looked new. Then added a design to that wrap. They then removed that wrap to install the wrap I now have. Also took the time to do my wheels which are very hard to do. They also sell their own detailing products which I recommend!!!
