I misplaced the key to my storage unit and I needed a locksmith to remove the lock so I could access my belongings. I put out a YELP request, Asad responded quickly with a reasonable flat rate and he was able to arrive within 15-20 mins. He tried to pick the lock but he end up drilling it and removing it. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. If you are looking for a locksmith in the Arlington area that is speedy, reliable and has competitive pricing, consider Anytime Lock & Security. I highly recommend them. read more

I was in a pinch in which I needed a new key for my door that currently had a smart lock and through the use of Yelp Projects it pointed me to the perfect company! Asad was very timely in his responses and had great customer service through the process. Within 48 hours of putting out the request we had a time and date set, and within an hour of arriving he was able to rekey my door and provide me with a spare. Also giving me tidbits of information throughout the process (which as a person who likes to ask questions for a better understanding) was very helpful and beneficial. Lastly, He was able to help ensure the lock was probably aligned with the door so there would be no future issues. As you can probably see from not only my review but all of the other previous reviews This was an overall great experience and good value for what I understood the going price to be in the are for rekeying a door. read more

There is only one word to describe Anytime Lock and Security, AWESOME!!!! I locked myself out of my house. Without going into details, my house has pretty tight security. I call Anytime Lock and Security and Asad showed up at the time he promised and within minutes he had opened the door. His knowledge of Locksmithing is second to none. He is extremely professional and very customer oriented. I made sure to get his business card before he left, and he is in my contact list on my phone. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH Anytime Lock and Security. read more

I'm so grateful I found this company. I got locked out of my apartment around 2 am and was calling a bunch of places that claimed to be "24/7" on Google, but all of them were deceptive and said they couldn't come until 7 or 8 am so not 24 hours. I finally found this company who is ACTUALLY 24/7. It was such a relief. He came 15 minutes after I called which was such a quick response. (Unfortunately, I had given up for a while and finally started calling places around 6 am, so I had been locked out 4 hours.) Getting back into my apartment during off hours was $200. He said it's usually $250, but cut me a deal since I had been locked out so long. I've never used a locksmith and I was desperate because I was locked out 4 hours, so I was fine with the price. He was sooo nice and helpful. Hopefully, I never get locked out again, but I would definitely call him again. read more

Asad was an amazing communicator and was very responsive. I called for a re-key of about 6-7 locks for a new home and we found that there were several miss-matched locks, multiple keys needed, and a few hardware issues. He walked me through plenty of options depending on a budget I was comfortable with, and I decided to go ahead and replace a majority of the hardware vs. re-keying. While this was more expensive than I had originally planned, the job was cost-efficient vs. other quotes. He went to two different hardware stores to ensure he got all matching hardware and made additional adjustments to the doors on a flat-rate (during a very hot day). He was also dog-friendly which was a plus! read more

So glad I found Asad, after talking to several other locksmiths about rekeying my locks. He came right away, was extremely professional and polite, did a great job, and was fairly priced. I am looking forward to using his services again. Highly recommended. read more

Amazingly fast response and project turnaround. The jamb on my metal storm door was not allowing the knob to catch. Asad adjusted the opening without the need for a new knob. My tenants also wanted a new deadbolt on the storm doors, which he installed quickly and matched the existing keys. Highly recommended and would definitely use again! read more

Asad was great and easy to work with. He was the only person I contacted that didn't require an onsite visit first, which was great since I have limited time. He showed up on time, explained exactly what he was doing, and gave me a really good rate. I need to do set up some cameras too, so I'll definitely be reaching out to Asad again. He even took all my old keys and locks to recycle them. read more

Asad was fantastic. He responded almost immediately to my Yelp request and we set an appointment. He confirmed his ETA when he was on his way and showed up on time, which I appreciated. Upon arrival Asad was very personable and professional. He understood the issue and how to tackle it immediately. He tried a couple of approaches before ultimately being successful. Frankly, I wouldn't have cared if he just drilled the lock but he was persistent in opening it without damage. Upon opening the lock (door), I asked about how to idiot-proof this so I wouldn't lock myself out again. Asad disassembled my lock to remove the little push button so it's impossible to bump it to lock the door; above and beyond!! Overall, incredible service for an extremely fair price. Thank you! read more

I had an emergency situation in my airbnb, the doorknob was just spinning and spinning. We were going out of the country and a guest was to check in after we left. I called Assad and he drove one hour to get to my home that same day. He knew all about the doorknob (which according to him was a valuable antique) and he fixed it. That is amazing service. I have many similar doorknobs and locks at this house and I will always call Assad in the future. Can't recommend him more highly! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed to install a special lock for my mother who is suffering from memory issues and would sometimes wonder out without her keys in a confused state. I needed a lock that I could lock and unlock remotely for her safety. Although Mr. Khan did not have much experience with such locks, he researched the topic for and made many helpful recommendations and suggestions. This was an especially stressful situation because I was dealing with my mother's health and safety, so I really appreciated Mr. Khan's patience and prompt responses. He did an amazing job and had such a great attention to detail. I am so grateful. I very rarely write any reviews but the service was so over-the-top good, I had to. Will definitely work with this company again if I have any lock issues. read more

While traveling internationally we realized we had locked the storm door so that our petsitter couldn't access our front door. It was after 9 pm but Asad responded immediately to my panicked message with a quote for picking the lock. He was so responsive and also gave the best price for the service. I appreciated that he asked for ID to confirm that I wasn't asking for a random person's door to be opened! He was also very diligent and tried multiple doors because he was avoiding drilling any locks. After he was done he called us with an update. All in all it was such a good experience and he really helped us in a stressful situation. I would recommend to anyone who needs locksmith services. read more

Asad is great! The tenant renting out my shed was finally leaving. The tenant was threatening me and being aggressive. I needed someone to change the locks immediately. Needed a new smart lock installed at my home and Asad went ABOVE and beyond!! Not only did he install and then uninstall the lock I had already purchased (lock turned out to be quite flimsy and tech wouldn't work), he went to Home Depot to buy me a new lock and installed it. He stayed to help me get the tech set up and made sure it was functioning in every way before he left. And he only charged me for 1 lock install when really he installed 2 different locks! read more
