I was in a pinch in which I needed a new key for my door that currently had a smart lock and through the use of Yelp Projects it pointed me to the perfect company! Asad was very timely in his responses and had great customer service through the process. Within 48 hours of putting out the request we had a time and date set, and within an hour of arriving he was able to rekey my door and provide me with a spare. Also giving me tidbits of information throughout the process (which as a person who likes to ask questions for a better understanding) was very helpful and beneficial. I'm so grateful I found this company. I got locked out of my apartment around 2 am and was calling a bunch of places that claimed to be "24/7" on Google, but all of them were deceptive and said they couldn't come until 7 or 8 am so not 24 hours. I finally found this company who is ACTUALLY 24/7. It was such a relief. He came 15 minutes after I called which was such a quick response. (Unfortunately, I had given up for a while and finally started calling places around 6 am, so I had been locked out 4 hours.) Getting back into my apartment during off hours was $200. He said it's usually $250, but cut me a deal since I had been locked out so long. I've never used a locksmith and I was desperate because I was locked out 4 hours, so I was fine with the price. Asad was an amazing communicator and was very responsive. I called for a re-key of about 6-7 locks for a new home and we found that there were several miss-matched locks, multiple keys needed, and a few hardware issues. He walked me through plenty of options depending on a budget I was comfortable with, and I decided to go ahead and replace a majority of the hardware vs. re-keying. While this was more expensive than I had originally planned, the job was cost-efficient vs. other quotes. He went to two different hardware stores to ensure he got all matching hardware and made additional adjustments to the doors on a flat-rate (during a very hot day). Amazingly fast response and project turnaround. The jamb on my metal storm door was not allowing the knob to catch. Asad adjusted the opening without the need for a new knob. If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed to install a special lock for my mother who is suffering from memory issues and would sometimes wonder out without her keys in a confused state. I needed a lock that I could lock and unlock remotely for her safety. Although Mr. Khan did not have much experience with such locks, he researched the topic for and made many helpful recommendations and suggestions. This was an especially stressful situation because I was dealing with my mother's health and safety, so I really appreciated Mr. Khan's patience and prompt responses.
