Came in mid afternoon today and was in and out within an hour. I thought for sure I would need 2 tires when my one tire blew out but they fixed me up with a used comparable tire so I only had to replace the one! When I come back to replace all 4 they also have a Community Hero's program for free installation! Glad to know there is a trustworthy shop in the neighborhood. read more

Don't Go here unless you want to get ripped off and scammed. Very dirty place and will overcharge you for simple repairs

What a terrible experience! Starting with the person at the front desk. Extremely rude, yelling and swearing, dropping f-bombs. She was talking to us while being on the phone. Being extremely impatient and distracted. We wanted to drop our car off for repairs but she started yelling at us that we can't leave the premise because they have no parking to park our car and we have to wait on premise. Well the lack of parking should be their problem and not ours. We ended up having to wait for over an hour idly. What a terrible service. read more

Ishmael and his team are all pro! I have all four tires from Clarendon Tire and the service is outstanding. Excellent value for your money and they keep their schedule, too. You will not regret choosing to work with them. Go team! read more

Great, kind, quick service with a dangerous and crucial mistake I'll break this review into two parts. The first part will be about my experience getting serviced by Clarendon Tire, and the second part will be about what resulted. Service experience itself was great. I had noticed a slow leak in my top left tire this past week. At first, I thought it could wait for my regular mechanic to see, but I decided to get it checked ASAP at Clarendon Tire. If it was a nail, maybe it could be patched. I called ahead of time in the morning, and the woman on the phone let me know to bring it by that day before 4, or else maybe it would be too busy. Sure enough, I show up at 3:45, it's getting busy, but they make an effort to take my car in immediately. The mechanic gets to work checking the tire, and the woman behind the desk lets me know a patch fix takes about 40 min and $60, reasonable to me. I go to the bathroom, and by the time I'm out, they flag me down and show me my wheel--no nail, but in fact a small crack near the edge on the inside of the wheel. I really appreciate that they worked so quickly and saved me from preemptively buying a new tire for a non-tire problem. They gave me good suggestions for nearby places that could fix the wheel if I didn't want to replace, and they didn't charge me for their service. I gave the mechanic a $40 tip for his quick and helpful work, and he offered to fill my tire air up before getting going. Overall, very positive experience, and I would have happily returned any time I had tire trouble. 5 star visit, so why the 2 stars overall? Didn't drive for a couple days after, but before I left for work, I went to check my tire pressure to see how much I should fill up to for the day. My tire pressure was more than 60psi. The tire mechanic filled my front left tire up to more than 60psi. Most consumer vehicle tires are rated for around 30psi. My tire pressure meter only goes up to 60, but it stayed at 60 for a while when I was letting air out of the tire. This is insanely high, and dangerous to drive on--my friends exclaimed they're surprised my tire didn't pop on my way home. I would hope that tire mechanics would know the right psi range to fill up a front tire. Instead, I think he filled it up as high as possible or kind of without looking, and it could have caused a really dangerous accident, and cost me a lot of money. The psi is clearly marked in the driver-side door, and I'll need for this place to read that number before filling up tires. Until then, I will not be taking my car here again out of precaution. read more

This is a unique business which delivers completely on its promises in terms of time, service and transparency. Have brought two vehicles here in last several months and first positive impression reinforced and validated with the second. The process is straightforward, no effort to "upsell" quality tires to choose from and quick work. In fact, they finished my car a full hour before they said it would be done, which, again, is not the usual experience with auto shops. Highly recommend! JohnG read more

Ordered tires from Tire Rack shipped direct to Clarendon Tire for the install. Their work was fast, and thorough - in and out in less than an hr for a full set. Couldn't have been more convenient. Will be back. read more

Ishmael and team were outstanding. Came in with a flat tire. They promptly patched the tire and reinstalled my temporary spare back underneath the vehicle! I would go out of my way to visit them again if I'm ever in the Arlington area and have tire needs. Many thanks to Clarendon Tire!!! read more

Another great experience. I replaced tires and the price was reasonable. Service was exceptional. I won't go anywhere else.

From the very beginning to the end, our experience was top-notch! I got a prompt response to my inquiry about walk-ins via text, and they were able to accommodate us. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, all our queries were addressed, and they efficiently replaced our flat tire within an hour at a fantastic rate. I highly suggest their services! read more

After having a painfully exhausting experience with Costco, I decided to look elsewhere. I came across Clarendon Tires through my search and given the positive reviews, I decided to give them my business. The services was Top Notch! I needed all four tires replaced and there were no upsell attempts. They asked if I wanted my tires aligned, and after an honest conversation, they decided it was not needed. I highly recommend this store. read more

Awesome service, friendly and helpful staff and one of the coolest buildings left from old Arlington.

They took me as a walk in with no appointment for changing out a flat tire. Super easy to deal with and fair pricing, will go back again.

Came here to replace 4 tires after one blew out. I don't remember who serviced me but the customer service was excellent. Not only did I get all new tires, the tire pressure gauge that lit up on my car finally disappeared, which has been a long time issue ever since I added a auto start, and even the dealer couldn't figure it out and wouldn't touch it. They even pumped up my spare and put it back in the trunk. The only thing that would of been better would be if they had a catalogue of tires to review rather then just pushing tires that were on sale. So far the tires are performing good so 5 stars for great customer service, pricing, product, and after care service. read more

Another great experience at Dominion! I seem to be in there a couple times a year and they always stay with the top notch service. Last time it was new tires. This time it was fixing a leak. No matter what it is, Ishmael and his crew always got me read more

This place is amazing! The owner responded promptly to my yelp request about new tires and when I got to the shop, they gave me a super fair price and did not try to upsell me which I really appreciate. The lady at the desk was also super helpful and kind. I will be going there again next time I have car issues. read more

Great service, delivered car back when they said they would, and tires were a reasonable price - and well-balanced!

Ishmael and his team provided excellent service, getting me in and out quickly. Ishmael went above and beyond to ensure I got quality, affordable tires. I left Dominion Tires with more knowledge about my car, tires, and brakes than I ever had before. It was my first visit, but I will absolutely recommend Dominion Tires to friends and family. If you're looking for fast and efficient service, I highly recommend getting your tires here! Thank you again! read more

For all my ladies out there with tires needs, this review is for you! I had an amazing experience here. My check tire light had been on for maybe a few weeks but I pushed aside since things seemed fine. I had a doctors appointment near by and found this little shop that could check my tires for me. They were super sweet upon arrival. Outstanding g service and explained everything to me that was going on and what was done. They educated me on how to check when I need to change my tires, were really respectful, and genuinely a nice group of guys. They were personal and admitted mechanics don't have the best rep but were here for us and I wholeheartedly believe them. They all were introduced to me and they asked about how much I drove to get an idea of how much life my tires had left in them. All this to say.... I highly recommend going to this tire shop. You won't leave disappointed or with dry pockets. They have fair prices with great service. You can't beat that! read more

So, one Monday, I showed up after securing the tires I wanted on their website. No tires were there for me. They would have to order them. Come back in a day or two I Showed up on Wednesday at 8 am, and the tires weren't there; they would need to order them(?). At 3 pm, I received a phone call that the tires would be there at 5 pm, so I asked if I could come at 8 am the next day. Sure If I show up on a Thursday at 8 a.m., they tell me that they still don't have the tires, but if I come back at 10:30, they could get me in / out in an hour. Three strikes and no more ball. I will be shopping elsewhere for the $800 worth for four tires. read more

I haven't bought tires here yet, but I will definitely be stopping back next time I need tires. Today I visited the shop and interacted with Josh after my EV'a tire pressure alert lit up. All the tires needed air, but that solved the problem. No leaks or other problems to fix, thank goodness! Josh answered a bunch of my questions and the shop was pleasant with a nice waiting area. It's excellent to have this store in my neighborhood! read more

Quick and painless service. Good price. Got a quote online, and then called about a tire on Tuesday, they ordered it the same day and I brought the car in Wednesday to have it changed. They let me know the old tire could be patched and I didn't need to buy a new tire, which was great. Friendly service. There's a coffee shop next door that I hung out at until the tire was done. About an hour total. read more

These guys really saved me today. I travelled up from NC late last night and ran over a nail along the way. Tire was all but flat this morning. Showed up here when they opened and Marley and Joel took great care of me. $50 and thirty minutes later my tire was good as new. It would have impacted my DC plans tremendously if not for these guys. Highly recommended for all of your tire needs. read more

After reading so many awful reviews of Mr. Tire in Arlington, I followed the advice of others to Dominion Tire nearby. I couldn't have been more pleased. The tire cost $10 less than the others I recentlyBought. Marley gave me the price on the phone and kept to it precisely. A half hour in and out. No upselling or add-ons. Unbidden, they adjusted the air on all my other tires including the spare, put my jack and spare, back into the trunk neatly, and gave me a fully detailed receipt. My go -to tire place from now on. read more

Scammers! Be Warned!! They patched my tire poorly and within 12 hours it was deflated again. I was stranded and brought it to another tire store the next day. The new tire store showed me how it had incorrectly been patched previously. Major hazard, which put me in danger. I called the store and they confirmed I was there the afternoon prior, but that they could not be blamed and that I could not prove it was them. LOL - please don't go here - they will steal your money and damage your vehicle. Truly a dishonest company. read more

Friendly, fast, and excellent service. After waking up to a flat tire on a Saturday, I called Dominion Tires to see if they could assist. After asking me a few questions, they said, "yes, come on by". They were great about assisting with my budget (of course this happened the week of Christmas). They put on my new wheels and had me ready to go, all within the timeframe they promised. Which was just enough time to walk down the street to pick up a coffee and pastry. While I hope I don't have to replace anymore tires before it's their time, I am glad to know Dominion is here to assist. I will definitely be back when I need to replace the others. read more

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to. I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak. After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole. Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on. read more

The team at dominion are great, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. I called in to the shop to request a quote and they had the best price in the arlington area easily. Not only that, but they were very quick and efficient with the install. Being that it was a new truck, I wanted to work with a local shop in case I ran into any issues. The shop is also service member friendly. Ask for Marley and he will take care of you. read more

Were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Seemed to think it was an imposition to look up the tire size for my vehicle. Were either not listening or just impertinent when questioning how long I had been getting tires for my vehicle (when I mentioned that in almost two decades of purchasing replacement tires I had never had such difficulty), as I had already given them the model year. read more

Very good, or even Great...but with qualifications. First off, the Positives: Rolled in after the team replied to my request Yelp request. Within 2 hours of sending out my request, I had an appointment. They provided a bid for a nail in a tire repair of $43-55 (no further details or specifications). I was greeted by an exceptionally nice and welcoming young lady at the front desk. She was eager to help and got me going. I was interrupting her breakfast of Cup-0-Noodles, but she was kind and eager to do her job. I pulled the car to the repair bay and a mechanic took my key. 20 minutes later, I was out and paid. Negatives: *Bid was from $43-55....yet I paid $60. Not beefing about $5, but c'mon, if you make an estimate, you should honor it. It's not a good business practice to say you will charge one thing, then charge another price. I get it, I needed a patch instead of a plug. I wanted a patch instead of a plug. This could have been clearly written out in the estimate. Makes me wonder if I could trust the company with a more significant job, where $150 metastasizes to $200. *When I arrived, my appointment didn't migrate from the Yelp registration (even though it had been sent nearly 2 hours prior). The offered time apparently didn't make it to their paper appointment notebook, yet pleasant lady at the front desk handled it with alacrity. I was able to be seen at my appointed time. No guarantees that this would have been the case on a busy time when there were numerous other customers around. *Signage is poor. There are no Dominion Tire signs (they may even be in the process of a name change) and your SatNav may likely take you to the back area, where you'll have to pull around after being told that your car is in the wrong place. A handy sign on the back entrance would be great to direct customers around the block to the proper entrance and save them time of having to move their car *Sign of the times, perhaps?...Cash not accepted. You'll have to be part of the Visa/MC/AmEx tyranny if you want to do business here. Cash no good here. No word on whether they take BitCoin, which is supposedly better than cash. *Bill/receipt....Mr. Monocle always asks for a receipt, even though I was promised that an email copy would be sent. It wasn't, so I'm glad I asked. I won't be able to say "but they didn't email me what they told me they would!' to the IRS.... In conclusion: solid work, prompt, but rough around the edges. My rec to customers: if you are asking for an estimate, please be certain they will honor this price and ask as much. And to management: please....honor the prices you quote OR be specific and explain when/why the estimate would not be honored. Word is bond! read more
