They never arrived. Customer service was dismissive and dishonest. Not once did anyone proactively call me with an update, and when I asked for information, I got vague responses clearly meant to stall. This company completely wasted my time and showed zero regard for basic professionalism or accountability. I scheduled this tow in advance and was met with four hours of silence, lies, and no service. I will never use them again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

He's efficient and his services are very reasonably priced. And he's available 24/7. Not only is Ali skilled in the technical aspects, he's terrific with customer relations. He's responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and, most important, honest. Unlike most towing companies, where you call and then wait for who-knows-how-long until they show up, Ali kept me updated regularly on when he would arrive, even alerting me when traffic was causing a delay.
