Tony and crew responded quickly both times and have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick, knowledgeable, and a very reasonable price for a mobile service! Thank you Tony and crew for the great work, again!

My sister got a flat tire on the highway, and after waiting almost 2 hours for roadside assistance…read morethrough our insurance company, we gave up and started looking elsewhere. We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

Each time I called, I was told the driver was "on the way" or "stuck in traffic." I stayed with my car until 6:00 PM, when I was told--yet again--the driver was just 20 minutes out. Not once did anyone proactively call me with an update, and when I asked for information, I got vague responses clearly meant to stall. This company completely wasted my time and showed zero regard for basic professionalism or accountability. However, this information was kept from me (I arrived on the 4th day) and I was forced to pay the fees with my car held hostage by this unethical and predatory company. Three years ago my Hyundai was stolen by a stupid kid and I suffered financially because I was working 3 jobs and two of them required driving. I couldn't pay rent and I had to starve. My car gets recovered and towed unfortunately by these criminals. I literally did not have the money since I suffered a financial loss. But the ugly black girl who runs the front desk thought it was funny and was laughing at my misfortune because extortion is hilarious apparently. I had to get a loan from my employee just to get my car back. I hope every single asshole in this establishment starves and becomes homeless for the trauma and hardship they put me through. These pieces of shit shouldn't be allowed to run a business especially with their sketchy practices. Rot in hell.
