Wasn't impressed. Communication was great but a month later I had to go back and they still didn't resolve the problem. CollisionPro did not align the front correctly. and that explains why it kept looking off to me when I got it home and stared at it from a distance. Spent $1100 out of pocket at another body shop to get the front part of the vehicle fixed properly . If you have a mid-luxury foreign vehicle you might want to go to a body repair shop that specializes in that vehicle type. read more

Took my wife's car here a couple years ago and we had a great experience. I stopped by again so they could do work on our hotrod and was told it was too old for them to take in. After asking why I was told, and I quote "Get out, there's the door. We don't want your business." Rather odd and unacceptable behavior from such a great auto body shop so we will take our business elsewhere as I recommend the same for anyone considering using Collision Pro. The same woman who was so nice and helpful to us the first time showed her true nasty nature this time. Last year I had some work done at Collision Pro after a hit and run and they did a great job. I recently went back to them for an estimate on a paint job as I have some rust developing. Instead of just taking my money they advised me not to bother repainting as it would be many years before the rust became an issue (beyond anything cosmetic). My family has been using this place for years; it's great they take USAA insurance. The technicians who came out and did a walk around with me to do my estimates were very helpful and professional. They answered all questions I had about what was needed. Shannon, the front desk receptionist is also amazing, she called me many times to keep me updated on the status of my repairs. Also explained all questions I had on my repairs receipt. She's quick and straight to the point to help you get out of there as efficiently as possible. I took my 2006 Honda Civic in for a front bumper replacement estimate. I was in a minor fender bender and could no longer attach my plate to the front. I explained that this was the main reason we were looking at replacing the bumper. The technician gave me the estimate, then offered to screw the license plate into the bumper. I decided to have him screw the plate in the bumper, due to the age of the car and not wanting to invest a lot of money in it. No bumper replacement required and he did this at no charge! What great customer service! I will bring my cars there in the future for auto body work. My coworker recommended them and was pleased with their service also. read more

I had my Jeep repaired here after being rear ended last year. Service was on point and they kept me notified at every step of the way. About 8 months later, one of my parking sensors stopped working. I called Jeep for an estimate and was given the runaround, but then I realized that the parts were still under warranty. I called Collision Pro and they handled everything with no reservations. They even have a direct line to the local Enterprise rental in their lobby and you can leave your rental there for them to pick it up once your car is done. Unfortunately, someone rear ender me again last month, and my Jeep is currently back there for repairs. I really should have them on speed dial, but I would rather people stop running into me. I need it a quote for my front bumper to be painted, I didn't have an appointment , when I arrived, I was the only one in the shop, the receptionist gave me some paper work to fill out, once I was done, I was told it would take 15-20 minutes, before someone could see me. I have had three unfortunate encounters with deer over the past ~4 years. This most recent incident, I took my car to Collision Pro and could not have been more pleased from start to finish. The damage was pretty extensive (~$6K!), but they had car repaired good as new in about a week and a half. The last time a deer took me on, the damage was very similar (right front fender), but Lindsay Collision in Springfield took 3 weeks just to get the parts in and then several more weeks to install them. When Collision Pro called after a week and a half and said it was ready, I thought they were joking. The icing on the collision cake came when I told them I work in DC and did not think I could get there by the time they closed. They told me they would wait for me. And did. Wow. I could not get Lindsay Collision to return a telephone call for weeks - much less hold the office open until I got there. Collision Pro made me feel like I was their only customer and their work was first rate. I cannot image better service than what I received at Collision Pro! read more
