If I could give zero starts that's what I would give this company. I scheduled a tow with my…read moreinsurance the night before to be completed early in the morning 6 am . I was assigned this tow company at 5:41 am, at 7:14 I called the driver said it would be an additional 2hr wait on top of the 1 hr I had been waiting called agin at 8:20 driver said he would be 30 mins, called again at 9:10 driver said another 40 mins. Eventually I escalated this up to my insurance company to reassign to another tow company. Don't use them unless you have all day to wait they may show up the next day or the next week who knows

This is by far the best towing company in the business. Here's the background. It's mid covid, I…read morelive in Boston, and my sister is having a baby shower. Avis gave us a "new" car that broke down in Virginia and their customer service absolutely sucks. After 3 towing companies canceling and 16 hrs of no help from Avis, Millennial Towing saved our day and enabled us to see our pregnant sister we haven't been able to see for a year due to covid. He went above and beyond just to get a couple of strangers a car. He actually went to three different Avis locations and fought with us to get a car. He even missed his own baby reveal to help us. He's a local good man that deserves business especially during these difficult times. If you're looking for a tow, this is your guy. And if you happen to see this, thank you so much! My family is so appreciative!!

Just so happens it turned out to be Bryant's Garage. Initially the guy was really nice ( hence me not giving him one star), "offering" to bring my car to his shop where he would give me " a really good deal" and promising that it would cost "nothing" just to have the vehicle checked out. Anxious to get home, I obliged and had my car towed to his shop. This is where things took a turn. He called me two days later and told me I needed a new rear end ( something he diagnosed when he first picked my car up) and that I had two options. 1) I could replace the whole thing for $1700 or 2) He could do some investigation to see if he could simply swap the defective part which would cost $850 with the caveat that if he did some investigation and found that the part could not be salvaged I would be charged $1700 plus the additional fee of $150 for even exploring the latter option. This made me suspicious and therefore I consulted with my family mechanic who found me a new rear end and swapped it out for half of the price. When I told the mechanic I would not use his service he charged me $70 for a check out fee (remember he said it would cost him nothing) not to mention he was really rude. If you get stuck on the highway and get towed by this guy please have it towed to the nearest shop and not to his garage.
