The day I brought my car to him, it was raining so he suggested we not try top speeds in the rain and asked if I could leave the car with him. The next day he text me immediately to update me on the condition of the car and what needed to be done. One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires). I'd definitely trust him with any future work. He seems to care more about your safety than just making a buck. Never tried to upsell me on anything and explained each step. Transparent. Ethical. Fair pricing.

A very sketchy mechanic showed up to my house late, he brought his German Shepherd with him. I told him I needed an alternator replaced, he proceeded to incorrectly diagnose my car, telling me that it was just a battery that needed to be replaced. This incorrect diagnosis directly put my life at risk when my car failed again while I was driving it. I'd also put my business at risk because I was unable to drive safely. To add insult to injury, they want to charge me $211 for an incorrect diagnosis. I am disputing this with Capital One and I recommend everyone avoid these liars and thieves. Corporate is completely unaccountable.
