Wow! Just wow. I called Mobile Pro to perform an inspection and diagnose a parking brake malfunction on an inherited 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Mike was super responsive and did a thorough inspection and provided us with a detailed report of what needed to be done now and eventually. Definitely added to my contacts. read more

Great experience with Mike! He came over, did the inspection and gave honest recommendations on what I needed vs what I might need in the future. I already had a list of things to work on and he gave his personal recommendation on each item (some unique to Mazda things). Since he came to us we didn't have to figure out transportation which made things nice and easy. Came on time and got it done! read more

Mike could not resolve my no crank no start issue, after having tried for a few hours. He replaced a starter, still no start. After bypassing the ignition switch, the car started, but would not restart with the key. He tried his best and spent a lot of time. He's a big guy, don't try him.. Reluctant to say but he walked away without charge. He is a stand up guy (Very rare in this world but gratifying to meet one. Mike will go the extra mile to get you rolling. Much respect, Thanks, Mike. read more

Just a short blurb. Mobile Pro Auto Services did a great job. Was chill and efficient. very helpful in pointing out an issue with the timing chain cover that I wasn't fully aware of. Everything that I originally asked for was taken care of, and he took care of any leftover auto bits that needed to be removed. I appreciate the mechanic's expertise and efficiency, and will keep in mind for future repairs/projects. And yes, the price was very fair. Can't ask for better. read more

All in all a great experience and super convenient to have Mike come to us! He responded quickly to our request and was very accommodating to any add-ons to the services, including using the parts and products we provided. We were able to get on his schedule within two days of the initial contact. Mike was timely, efficient at completing the job (around 2 hours for 4 different things on two separate cars), and reasonably priced. The accompanying inspection report also made us feel more confident about the condition of our vehicles. We will reach out again the next time we need the cars checked out. Highly recommend. read more

Great experience! So easy! I called to ask some questions and get an estimate Mike contacted me within 10 minutes. He came exactly at the scheduled time. He knew what was wrong with my Subaru air conditioning leaking problem and fixed it (while I was comfy inside my air conditioned home) in 20 minutes. No waiting in waiting rooms, no having to drop off the car. The job only cost me $100. He did a great job and problem solved. My previous mechanic retired and I had been looking for a good honest replacement. I found him and now he is my mechanic! Highly recommended! read more

Contacted Mike yesterday and he was able to come this morning and get my back breaks changed in less than an hour. I am so happy with the job that he did and the communication he gave me. He told me exactly what service needed to be done and if there was any other problems with my vehicle. My family will definitely be using Mike in the future! Thank you again! read more

Being a bit of a skeptic--- to my delight-- the tech, Mike, was not very knowledgable...but he went the extra step of following up to make sure that using my extra parts were the best fit--for each issue on my car. Overall: I found him to be very intelligent, knowledgeable in what he did, but also time, very pleasant, happy answering all my questions I needed. This kind of respect and time he took was way was more respectful than I've found over the years being a female at most other shops, or dealerships. The option to have him come to my home, and not wait for hours or driving and then waiting at all, is so attractive, plus the benefit of lesser Costs than other repairs shops--and any dealerships for sure. The fact Mike gave me the option to bring supplies or let me provide them is also a choice most shops frown on...yet, he is thinking of the customer-not just the almighty $$$$. This person has his pulse on what people care about: Being treated with respect and trying to save a bit of expenses. What a wonderful experience and surprise to find both expertise and the extreme kindness he showed. me today as an auto mechanic! Highly recommend him, and will call him again in the future! ***********Many stars of gratitude for his high level of consciousness and most fair prices and excellent work. Well done Mike! I will call on you again! read more

The service was amazing! We had scheduled an appt for Thursday but when he had an opening on Tuesday he contacted me to offer that opening knowing my car was out of commission. The on site diagnostic was quick and accurate. Parts had to be filled but he was able to schedule me in the next day and my entire radiator was replaced right there in my parking spot in front of my home without any mess! So efficient and clean! My car is running great and I can't thank Mike enough for his caring service. 100% recommend! So affordable and I didn't have to take time off work to get it repaired, that to me was amazing! read more

Great service! Very professional, good parts, and fast. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed replaced on my brakes, and Mike checked in with me and showed me the wear on the different parts as he progressed. All very clear, open, and true to the quote. I will absolutely use Mobile Pro Auto Service again. read more

Tech that came out (Mike) was really laid back, the repair was easy and straight forward, honest repair price as well. Saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other local services for the repair. He even had an extra bolt I was missing and threw it on for me. 10/10 would recommend. read more
