The waiting area is small but nice and tidy...and they had a few bottles of hand sanitizer available. They adhered to COVID social distancing guidelines and required everyone to wear a mask. New car. $50k. Took it in for MD state inspection. It left with a scratch on the driver's door they couldn't buff out. Got hand and greasy fingers all over (my just detailed two days before my service) my door instead of using the door handle. They put down my top down and used the frame of the windshield to pull themselves selves out of my car. Who in the world does that? As soon as I left, my car wasn't driving the same. Now it pulls to the right. Jerk kid who took it for a test drive must have driven my low profile tires over potholes and whatever other defects were In the road. Right now I hate my new car. I came to Master Tech because my car had some electrical issues that I had been avoiding getting fixed for over a year. My main concern was that the place I took it to would overcharge me and not do a quality job worth the price. I can tell you that was not a problem at Master Tech. They diagnosed my car thoroughly but swiftly and were able to find the problem within an hour. Luis gave me a clear description on what needed to be fixed and he gave me options on how to proceed. Never did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of or anything like that. They were able to take care of the problem for me in no time! I greatly appreciate their expertise and attention given to the issues my car had. Not only that, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it! I called in the morning and asked about getting an inspection done that day. Tony said he could fit me in so I headed right over. Nice clean waiting area with coffee (a must for me) when I walked in. He is very friendly and the price was right. They got the car right in and did a full MD inspection. There were no surprise mystery car ailments, which has been a concern at other shops. Great customer service. Found the issue that the dealership couldn't find and was 1/2 the price! Both Tony & Daniel are responsive and able to explain issues in detail so I could understand (without the tech wordings). For unscheduled oil changes, can wait up to 30 minutes, but are honest if then can get to it, when they can do it or best time to come back. read more
