I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt. My car? Not so much. A headlamp and front quarter panel lost a high five with the reinforced back of a panel truck somewhere down South on the way to visit family. My service coordinator, Alex, always kept me up to date on technical proceedings with my car. When it finally came time for pickup, my car nearly looked brand new. However, this time the cost to repair a…read morefender crease from a side swipe on I-270 was just a bit too much, as we are looking to trade this 2007 Volvo S-60 after 14 years. Thus we didn't want to spend a lot. Since I was a loyal customer for over 25 years, they helped me out by referring me to DentKings; specifically the owner: Cyress Javid. Cyress took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what would be done for the price range we were looking to spend on a repair. It wouldn't be "perfect", but it would look a LOT better than the nasty crease on the right fender. Lo and behold in less than one day!
