The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

He put on his hazards and started directing traffic. He asked if I had arranged for a towing service. I told him I hadn't yet. He told me that they didn't use AAA and told me what the amount would be for a tow. He also told me that he could get a truck there in 10 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was already providing great service without me being a customer. I'm thankful that Airpark Towing was in the area. I highly recommend.
