We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I knew it was high but I didn't wanna go through the hassle of getting it towed to another repair shop. 2 days later I get a call from Columbia fleet saying they replaced the 2 sensors but it's still not fixed so it need to go to the dealer. And they would tow it to the dealer for another $450 after I pay the $3,600 for the repair that that didn't solve the issues. Place is a complete scam !!!!

The boat was great but the trailer appeared beyond repair. My plan had been to drive the boat back to Charleston, SC. The trailer was killing the deal. I called every trailer company you are now seeing listed on Yelp, yellow pages and google searches in the Annapolis area. All nice folks but none too interested or capable of fitting in a quick, but large overhaul of a boat trailer. Thank God I called Legandary Trailer! Chris and his team put together a quote and we worked it out that I would drive up and get the boat and trailer it back in 2 weeks. Chris was so helpful that he even went to the marina and picked up the trailer so he could get a jump on the work. I arrived at the day and time we had agreed upon. The trailer was completly overhauled and ready for the 9 hour drive down I-95! But wait there is more! We hooked up the trailer and unfortunately my 2019 F-350 was not wired correctly to handle the new hydraulic brakes on the trailer. Another hurdle in getting my 8,000 lb boat home. Once again who saved the day? Chris and his team (Miguel) quickly went to work and got my truck wired correctly. My son and I were heading South! We made it back safely. (11 hour trip home.) The trailer rode great and continues to be awesome as we use it each time we hit the boat ramp.
