These guys were out there within 20 minutes of our call and had her on her way very quickly. Fast, professional and friendly service both on the phone and when they arrived, cannot say enough great things about our experience. Going to keep their number saved in my phone in case of future emergencies. Highly recommend. I will only add: It was pouring outside, so Ty had me wait inside the car. He unloaded and loaded the trunk for me so that I could stay safe as a 38w pregnant woman. I appreciated that when he was done he said, "Do not drive over 50 mph with this donut tire and be safe." He is super friendly, kind and efficient. Definitely will use him in the future if we have auto problems in the DMV.

My sister got a flat tire on the highway, and after waiting almost 2 hours for roadside assistance…read morethrough our insurance company, we gave up and started looking elsewhere. We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.
