The little black ones are acquainting themselves with waiting customers seated in all the chairs. They are also on the countertop desktops where plugs and laptops plug ins are located. Mr. Lamar went into attack mode and sprayed down the chairs in wait area. The cost for the job was fairly calculated and the wait wasn't too long. It appears there were 3 persons ahead of me. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called.
