Ron and Lamar were very helpful with securing the tires and making my appointment. Soon made sure I was properly checked in and my ordered tires were on site. One surprise ANTS! The little black ones are acquainting themselves with waiting customers seated in all the chairs. They are also on the countertop desktops where plugs and laptops plug ins are located. Mr. Lamar went into attack mode and sprayed down the chairs in wait area. The cost for the job was fairly calculated and the wait wasn't too long. It appears there were 3 persons ahead of me. Went in for an oil change on 05/11/24. My technician Seth left my engine cap off and closed the hood after completing the oil change. The following morning I noticed a massive leak of oil from my vehicle's undercarriage. I inspected underneath my hood and noticed oil had spewed everywhere. Things have changed for the better at this location. My previous experiences with this location had been somewhat less than desirable. The staff was friendly and professional and the service was good. The lobby was clean and the bathroom was very clean. They have a desk so if you need to work while you wait you can use your time wisely. My wait was about one hour and a half. Terrible place to get tires! Poor customer service. As you enter, you see no one around. It makes you think it's closed. I've seen people leave. I order my tires online, I got there on time, but didn't get out of there till 12pm. Replacing tires takes 4 hours long? I had no other issues with my vehicle going in, but leaving YES. They broke my wheel cap emblem which cost $48 a piece, they broke 3 and have no intentions in waiving the price of my bill. They didn't even say sorry. Additionally, the ruptured my ABS system. I took it back to them find out what they problem, and they had it for two hours and gave it back saying I need to take to the dealer, it seems loss of power. But they didn't fix what they caused. Corporation needs to take action, either make a visit. The manager (Jonathan Jennings) don't either! Who worked on my vehicle named Dion THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I came to this location without an appointment and the staff was very helpful. After visiting six other places this is the only place that gave me a realistic and honest price quote on the repairs that I need it on my car. The young lady at the front counter with the colorful hair, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was very kind and gave me a realistic time to get the repairs done and he called me immediately when the repairs were done. Had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change, guy answers his cell phone while trying to assist me, his cell phone rings and he walks off to go get it and talks on the phone for 5 minutes while I'm waiting at the counter to check me in. I went to this Just Tires because they are close to my church and open on Sundays. I had bought 4 tires from the one in New Carrollton and never had any problems with them. In November 2012, I bought 2 tires and in December, I bought 2 more. 2-3 months later, I was hearing a noise in the front of my car and decided to troubleshoot starting with the tires. The technician asked me if my car sits a lot. I said I don't have a commute like I used to so it sits during the day at a metro garage. He said that I had flat spots on my tires. I was surprised because I didn't have those tires that long, I do drive my car everyday and there was minimal sitting to me. He told me that I would need another one and that he would rotate it to the back. I told them that I had just BOUGHT those tires and that they should be able to supply another one. I spoke to a couple of managers and they agreed to give me another tire which they supposedly put on the back. Well after phone calls, 3-4 visits and supposedly another tire, I still had the noise with the tire rotated to the back and lots of car shaking above 60mph. I don't believe that I ever received a new tire and I actually don't believe than any of them were new. My 2 stars is for customer service only, not the merchandise which I feel was inferior. I won't be back. Now that I have COSTCO membership, I will be buying tires from there. read more

Walked in the building, man at the front desk immediately had a sneer smile and laughed. He kept on doing this during the transaction. We were told the tires were going to be done in 3 hours. After having to pay an Uber, when we returned, the man at the front desk asked my son " don't you answer your phone? With again the same sneer smile. He was dialing the wrong phone number. The shop needed the special key to charge the tires he said sarcastically as if we are mechanics and as if we would know this. We just bought an used car that needs new tires. We were not given a key. Don't you think that a shop that only does tires would ask for this special key needed to change the tires before letting the customers leave? Who's the expert? I did not appreciate how he was trying to make us feel as we were stupid for not thinking about it. Come to find out, they can change the tires without this special key. There was no apology, no sympathy or empathy. Now we have to wait for 2 more hours. I can deal with all the mistakes but what I truly disliked is his sarcastic attitude, sneer smile and mocking laugh. I've never seen this man or been in the business before so I can't understand what was this all about ?! But what made it even worse was that a white lady walked in, however, this time the same man was nice, polite, professional. He offered different options to help solve the customer's problem. Hmm... don't know why he acted different. I will never use this shop again. read more

I sat for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for ONE tire to be installed on my vehicle. After inquiring about the progress of the install, I am told that I the wrong size tire was installed in which I waited an additional 30 minutes for the mistake to be corrected. Scheduled an appt for an alignment, oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:30am for appt; waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. By 12:15pm I had to ask how far along were they. After 3 hours they hadn't done the alignment, only the oil change and tire rotation. I brought my car in on 6/18/2011 for an oil change, I do not know what those guys did to my car but now my ENGINE IS LOCKED! I had my car towed to PepBoys where they performed a diagnostics test and said that my ENGINE IS LOCKED DUE TO NO OIL BEING IN MY CAR! My Oil light had flashed on in my car about two weeks after gettin my oil change. I called them and they said "I mean it could be anything...." now thirty days later I HAVE NO VEHICLE!!!! & I had to QUIT MY JOB BECAUSE IT IS NOT METRO ACCESSIBLE AND I HAVE NO WAY TO WORK!!!!
