After a long day of work, and fighting traffic on 95 south bound. My Tahoe decided to give me problems as well. After calling around and being told that I would have a long wait or the pricing was to high. Intense towing came right through for me. Very affordable pricing and great customer Service. The driver (Eric) was the best. Derrick read more

This company is amazing! I got into a minor accident and tried calling another tow service and was told I had to wait over an hour. I called Intense Towing & Recovery and not only were they able to help me in less than 15 mins but the driver Eric, made me feel at ease on the drive to my home. He was extremely professional, very kind and I def recommend this comp to everyone. Top Tier service!!! read more

DONT ACCEPT JOBS YOUR LIMITED RESOURCES CANT FULFILL!!!! USAA booked this company to tow my car from my house to a repair shop Friday morning (Feb 10), ETA was 2pm. Waited all day and called without any answer. Saturday morning called again, the owner Eric calls me back and says they were backed up. Okay cool, but you could've contacted me or rejected the request from the dispatcher. The repair shop is closed on Saturday and I have another vehicle so me and the owner agree on 9am Monday (Feb 13). Again, no call no show. I called USAA and the status magically changes to "in route", ETA 2:10pm. Again ZERO CONTACT from intense towing until 7pm when I get a call stating that they're at my house. 5 hours after the ETA and you don't even call to say you're on the way? The repair shop is closed so where the heck are you taking my car? The owner Eric again offers to come pick it up tomorrow morning like I'm seriously going to do this ridiculousness with him a 3rd day. Plus I didn't even see his truck outside. The status continued to update to "tow in progress " and "service completed ". So I guess he's trying to get paid for a job he never completed. Luckily my car is still here. I understand business gets backed up but at the very least make contact with your customers. Especially those that are patient and willing to work with you when you're short handed. I'm glad I was working from home and didn't have to take time off to wait around. read more

The quality of the service was outstanding and very quick. As soon as I called the towing company , they had a driver at my location in 10 minutes. After dropping my car off at the mechanic, they also took myself and my 2 kids home also. Service above and beyond read more

Aight service, my vehicle stalled out after a big job and intense took 3 hours to retrieve and drop my vehicle from Brandywine Md

Great service and prompt response time. Great communication. Will definitely use this company again for my towing needs.

HORRIBLE!!!! Was dispatched by my roadside assistance company at 6pm, it is 10:37pm and my car is still sitting on the side of the road. Poor communication and no concern for customers time or safety! read more

Nope they sucks I have been waiting since 416pm each time I call they say the driver is 49 minutes out and the time is 713pm and he still that's not come..... read more

After contacting my road side service, intense towing was dispatched. We waited patiently as the the 120 min wait time passed. They never arrived. What triggers this review is the lack of communication from this company. Upon calling my road side provider, they stated that Intense Towing was stuck in traffic and couldn't make it. This company #1 failed to cancel in a timely manner. #2 failed to inform the cancelation to the roadside provider. #3 failed to inform the costumer. read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. They got to the dealer to pick up my truck and I was in route there so the dealer would not release the vehicle to them. He told me he would be across the street and just call him. I called 10 minutes later and he said he would be over. Well, I called him again about 20 minutes later and he said they went to another job. Upsetting, but understood. He said he would be back in an hour. This was arranged through USAA. 6 HOURS later and about 4 phone calls and text messages that he WOULD NOT respond to, the vehicle was delivered to the location it was going to be worked on (the mechanic's home - they went to his home after midnight). DON'T USE THIS JERK. RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. read more

Eric came to my rescue last night. I was on my way to work at stadium and ended up having a flat tire. Even though he couldn't change my tire because of special lock on the wheel, he made sure I was taken care of. He drove me to the gas station near my house to drop the car off and even offered a ride home for me after. Thank you for taking the stress off me. I would recommend Intense towing to anyone. Thank you again Eric!!!! read more

This company was contracted to tow me from Branch Ave Hwy/route5 to a dealership on Crain Hwy/route 301--approximately 6 miles away. My engine was so hot I could not drive it more than a few yards before the alarm would go off. Nevertheless, with hazards blinking I inched my way back to my home in Clinton during the first 120 minute wait period. After 180 minutes I called my provider and was told that traffic was heavy and it would be another hour--a total of 4 hours. After 4 1/4 hours, I called again and was told the company had cancelled the job. I was never able to reach anyone at the company number and no one from the company contacted me. Extremely poor business practice. The job never should have been taken in the first place !!!! read more
