Of course when I got there the engine light was suspiciously silent. However they ran diagnostics and sent pictures showing my breaks (which had been feeling off) were in need of repair. They fixed the breaks, changed oil, put in fluids and whatever else goes on with a check up. They recommended new tires soon. They finished all the work in one day!!! Picked me up about 30minutes away from the dealership (just six miles but you know-upper VA/DC traffic.) and charged me less than what I expected for the entire deal. Every single person from receptionists, to mechanics, to appointment staff to driver was kind and considerate. I am quite pleased. Dealers and car repair people are often maligned. Go to Stohlman, you will not regret it. I am soon moving up there part time. You can be sure I will return.

Hats off to Carlos Coreas and his Service Department team at Stohlman Subaru…read more My 2025 Outback was suffering from a recurring parasitic drain of the battery. The Service Department of the dealership I'd bought the car from sends you into voice mail hell, promising a return call that never occurs. After two consecutive days of requiring jump starts, the car was trucked to the nearest Subaru dealership - Stohlman on Route 7 in Vienna. Carlos and his techs worked diligently to determine and rectify the root cause. I was kept well informed throughout the process. They were at all times professional, courteous and communicative. I cannot recommend him/them highly enough. As for that other non communicative dealership from which I bought the car, that will be a Yelp review for another day.

However, I noticed that Linda only wrote and didn't understand what she was reading. For example, I mentioned that I was looking for cars under $10,000. If I tell you that the three cars Linda sent after what I mentioned are also within the $18,000 range, you will understand what I mean. Thank you. They are definitely trying to scam you and are certainly not interested in your requests; they are only trying to impose what they want on you. What I got back was a completely different vehicle. The finish is smooth, deep, and actually shines. Not that quick spray-over look you see sometimes, this was clearly prepped right and done with care. You can tell they didn't cut corners. Even the areas that were in bad shape before came out clean and consistent. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Edges, seams, hard-to-reach spots, everything looks intentional. No overspray, no uneven patches. It looks like a professional, thought-through job, not a rush job. If you've got something older or beat up and you're wondering if it's even worth repainting, it is, if you bring it here. They brought my bus back to life. On top of great customer service. I would absolutely use them again.

Highly Recommended - Outstanding Work and Truly Trustworthy Service…read more I cannot say enough good things about L.B. Auto & Custom in Manassas and the owner, Lionell Bruton. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience wasted my time…read more I used K&W's online photo estimating system, submitted pictures of my truck, received an estimate, and scheduled a repair appointment. They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.
