Ok, so here is the update... they did fix the lights; turns out there was short caused by someone…read moreleaving the trunk open in the rain which is apparently why there was about a foot of water in the wheel well in the trunk. They did not however ever fill up the gas tank. So we took delivery of a vehicle with no gas... even after getting it fixed when they could have taken it next door and filled up they didn't. The tire sensor appears to have gone out according my BF - I guess when they fixed the short, it fixed that as well... The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't. There you have it folks. Cheers @

Please save your time and money and stay away from this place. They sold a Jeep to my uncle, and…read moreafter just two weeks, the car started having many issues. He took it back to them to check what was wrong, but they said they couldn't find any problem and were very unhelpful regarding the warranty. On top of that, we later found out the car is salvage, and they never disclosed that to him. This has been a terrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from this place. A lawsuit will be coming soon.

I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

This review is for refinancing an automobile only. I recently applied to refinance a vehicle loan…read morefrom another company through NFCU for a lower rate. The loan approval indicated I could pick the check up from any branch. Initially I thought it odd that I would need to pick up a check since I have an account with them. The fastest way to payoff my current loan with the NFCU loan would have been to deposit it to my own account and pay it off online. This was not possible. The check was made out to me, and the current loan company, meaning I would need to sign the check and mail or fed ex it to the appropriate loan company, where they can sign it and then deposit for the payoff and release of title. When I went in to have NFCU issue a new check as I had tried to deposit the check through my phone and the deposit was rejected after I had already written "for mobile deposit only to NFCU" as is required for mobile payments. The gentleman in the loan department was training someone, when I asked him the reason the check was issued this way, i'm paraphrasing, but he indicated it was basically due to individuals not making good financial decisions, and sometimes taking the checks for the car loans and waiting for them to become personal loans in 90 days and not paying off the car and sending in the title. He indicated this process keeps people from using the money for other things. This really irritated me, but I kept my mouth closed during what felt like a lecture. The fact that NFCU feels they need to save individuals from making poor financial decisions is demeaning. If you are going to approve a loan, do it. If not, don't issue the loan. While it may be the intent of some account holders to take the money and not do what they said they would do, it's ridiculous to believe every loan recipient would do the same thing. To hold every loan applicant to the same standard seems ridiculous. I do appreciate a lot of what NFCU does, this process really missed the mark, at least for me. Again, this review is only related to the car refinance loan process.
