It was a pleasuring working with Maximum Auto Outlet! They have a helpful sales staff, not overpriced cars, an inventory of over 500 cars, and they even stayed late to get my purchase done. I will be coming back for sure!

Please Please Please Do NOT BUY From this Dealer. It doesn't matter if they appear to care about your need for a safe and reliable car, THEY DO NOT and they will sell you a LEMON. I helped my son purchase a vehicle in January. With it he also purchased a "Bumper to Bumper" Warranty- THAT is ALSO SHIT! Since purchasing, the car has been to the shop twice with everything from corroded ground connections to needing serpentine belts and replaced CAM actuator solenoids. The warranty the dealer sold has paid $45 of the, over, $2,000 of additional work needed. Save Your money. Don't Give these guys your hard earned money. Go To CarMax. I wish I hadn't let my son trust these jerks. I wish I had been more forceful and had listened to my gut. But I was fooled, but the nice guy act. Don't you be fooled too.

Me on the side of the road after my transmission failed

This a new review to a review I left about 4 months ago / update, When I first bought this car I talked about the problems it had. I kind of just want to brag but like I said the transmission had problems since I got it and they absolutely failed to say or inspect the car before putting into inventory I'm not a fake bot leaving a bad review I'm being open and honest my transmission failed on my car with only 3000 miles since bought like I said would happen on my other review from 4 months ago as of now I fixed my car on my own no labor costs the parts to rebuild my transmission costed about $1400 for a stage 2 race clutch/pressure plate brand new gears rated for 600whp carbon fiber synchros and a new beefy throw out bearing very sweet setup. The cost of labor was free since I worked on the car myself like I said I work on cars for a living in my other review if you go to a dealer like ford where my car is from they would of charged about $40 an hour i spend about 22 work hours working on my car so if I took it to a dealer I would of spent about $900 dollars in just labor costs. if your a person that wants a hassle free experience with a car that will last you a long time for the money you spent do not come here i am walking proof that this place absolutely sucks financing sucks a lot of the staff are rude please avoid this establishment go to carvana or CarMax used dealers that are legit and affordable from like private dealer what I know from CarMax is that they do 130 inspections on every vehicle before they let it out into inventory same with carvana sure it's usually a little more lonely then these used car dealers like maximum auto but you will get a bang for your buck at CarMax and carvana my buddy got a 2022 Honda civic type r about a year and a half ago from CarMax and the car is absolutely running perfect with about 60k miles on the dash I will post pictures of my car on the side of the road to let y'all know I'm not lying then after I fixed my car.

Nidal Motii was the sales person who identified himself to me as Nick. Is Nidal Motii still employed by Maximum Auto? If so- I would be glad to send the details of my concerns to "Laura J of customer service". Also- I should mention the drawn out process to receive my permanent tags after being issued temporary tags by the dealership. Attached is a photo of the response from my compliant from the MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER BOARD (MVDB). My review remains the same.

I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

Going forward in the process for purchasing the vehicle, the dealer added in a $4k extended warranty in the paperwork without our consent or explanation, pushing the total 1.15x to almost 31k. They proceeded to ask us to sign a stack of ~20 papers and said these do not need to be read through because it was just making sure we agree to the final price which was what was shook on. Nowhere had they mentioned they were going to add $4k onto the price. It was hidden several pages in, and in very fine print. Extremely scummy practice, especially when a price was fairly discussed and agreed upon between the two parties. We are now figuring this out while refinancing the car, and all of our calls to VINS are being completely ignored. We had to track them down in person to get this settled, where we had to ask them for the original paperwork we shook on (it had the $27k price). His coworker, who when greeting us, told us that they save them that day and anyways had it on file online. Yet when redirected to our original salesperson, Danny, said "Oh we usually shred those papers" when during our original meeting he said they save these papers as well. We ended up talking to the manager who brought up the papers and immediately realized we just wanted this extended warranty off, which he finally did. They have yet to send the warranty refund check to the loaned bank after almost 2 weeks from our confrontation. We had to go in ONCE AGAIN in person to ask where this check was and received their usual excuse: they "just received the check". The car also had rust on the top of the back doors from pooling behind the door seal. The dealer agreed to schedule us to clean this up in the following week yet did not schedule us. We called in several times for this rust and they have yet to schedule. To get this solved, we had to track them down in person twice: once to get them to order the paint for the car, and the second to get it done. Scummy business practices and not holding to an agreement, especially shaken over a paper, is not a good look on any enterprise. I hoped that dealerships moved away from misleading their customers. Unfortunately vins had let down that hope.

They never bothered to offer any alternatives not were they ever reasonably nice in their conversation with someone who was pretty much ready to give them $11,000.00 site unseen for a car that he had been researching for the past year. I can only come to believe that this place lives to take advantage of people who are in a tight spot, he also offered to give me dealer financing for $7000.00 at a payment of first $350. a month and then when I called again he changed his rate to $400. a month, he also never checked my credit nor did he even explain his financing rate or percentage. I'm a six figure earner and have pretty good almost 700 credit score but yet he wanted to change me $400. per month until the vehicle was paid off, I was only charged $439 in interest for the loan that Navy Federal Credit Union gave me for the $7000.00 this guy wanted to change me almost $3000.00 in finance fees for this loan that would have lasted 2 years. I'm so glad that I didn't ever set foot on their lot and all their trickery was done at a distance. No thank you Franco!

I walked away from a 2013 Chevy Silverado at Imperial Highline due to what I believe were unethical…read moreand deceptive business practices. The truck was listed with leather seats -- it had cloth. This false claim inflated its Edmunds "installed upgrades" value by nearly $3,000. More critically, the truck was flagged for structural damage at auction, a serious designation that was never disclosed on the dealership's own website. This omission matters -- most buyers would not know to run a third-party report unless they already suspected something was wrong. On inspection, I found clear mechanical problems: the truck pulled hard to the right, the A/C blew hot on the driver side, one rear window was stuck shut, and the suspension sagged. Yet the dealer still asked $13,995, offering just $500 off. Edmunds places this truck's rough-condition value at $10,351. I made a fair offer of $9,500 pending frame inspection, and would've gone up to $11,000 if the frame was sound. Despite courteous communication from their salesman, it was clear that management was avoiding accountability. The final response I received was unsigned, and at no point did they acknowledge the structural branding, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose critical flaws. These tactics feel predatory -- relying on the next uninformed buyer who won't ask questions. I gave them a final opportunity to respond meaningfully and correct the record. If Imperial Highline chooses to take responsibility and improve their practices, I'll update this review. Until then, I strongly caution others to do their own research and inspect everything carefully.

I asked about the accident on the carfax and they informed me it was prior to their owner ship and they were not aware of any damage and assumed it was fixed properly. I asked about the dealer fees when purchasing a vehicle through them and was quoted $695 by Jay. I setup an appointment to come look at the car, took off work as did my fiance and we drove 3 hours to look at the car. Upon arriving we were greeted and brought inside while the vehicle was being washed. I asked about a dealer fee again and was quoted $899 by Jay again. 1st red flag I was not happy about. Upon walking outside to view the vehicle I immediately noticed the car had been in a front end accident. The lower splitter of the bumper was cracked all the way across. Both sides of the front bumper were scruffed and had silver paint transfer. The passenger side fender was pushed in under the headlight and hood. The passenger side hood latch was removed and sitting in the glove box. The passenger side fender trim could not even click into the body because of how badly the fender was bent. The fender had fresh touch up paint leading me to beleive the damage was noticed and they were hoping a buyer would not notice. While test driving the car it was throwing error codes for the front radar, which was inoperable after the accident. We drove back to the dealer and Jay asked how I liked it. I was honest with him and told him I was very unhappy with the car, that none of the damage was disclosed. He asked if I was interested in purchasing, to which I replied asking how firm the price is. He said "our listed price is a fair deal". The vehicle is listed for a price for one in good condition, not with accident damage. In a quick assessment by myself it needs atleast 4K worth of work, 2K if I performed it by my self. My fiance and I walked on the car, drove halfway back home to which we found a similarly speced 2021 Q3 with less miles for 1K less, with no accidents and a very good maintenance history. Long story short: they are scammers who buy vehicles at auction and try to repair them on the absolute cheapest to sell for profit. After walking their lot and looking at other vehicles, it was very apparent to myself. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Edit: To respond to the dealer's response on google reviews. I offered 4K under asking cost to cover the cost of the repairs, hence why I stated it needed 4K of repairs. I never once spoke to one of your mechanics. When I was looking at the damage on the vehicle with Jay he audibly said "fuck" under his breath hoping I would not notice the damage on the vehicle. I am tempted to drive the 3 hours back to the dealer just to take photos of the damage to prove my point. I did not start any argument, there was no reason to start an argument out of frustration. The fact you are claiming this is hysterical. I even brought my own Audi specific VAG-Comm code reader to read the codes associated with the front radar system. So if your mechanics are unable to read this code they are not mechanics nor did the car have 3 separate inspections as you claim. if it did, they certainly are not qualified inspectors and need to be fired. The dealer fee is not listed anywhere on your website, I have checked prior to viewing the car, so if its listed now that was updated after the fact. The vehicle body is not clean and is not mechanically or electrically sound as you claim. I was not attempting to "pull one over" on you, I am just leaving a review to warn others about the quality of cars you offer. There is a reason why 2 key frasses for quick search through your reviews are "buyer beware" and "scam artist". To sum up, this dealership tries to take advantage of unknowledgeable individuals.

They could have had an easy and fast sale but chose greed instead and got nothing - the car is still in their inventory while we have exactly what we wanted. and their showroom was empty when we visited on the last Saturday of the month. The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't.
