    WOW PATRICK IS ALL THAT AND MORE…read more After misplacing a car key which required the vehicle to be towed, I contacted Toyota dealerships in Camp Springs, MD and Alexandria, VA, where I learned there was a major backlog and that the key had been discontinued for select models. Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

I…read moregive them 3.75 stars because they did do some good work on my vehicle, but not at a 4 or 5 stars in my opinion. I do, however, wish I would have used them before wasting a lot of money, time, and frustration, on another Hyundai dealership in Woodbridge. You all can search for that review as I don't want to rehash it because I believe that review got me to not be Elite in 2024. But anywho... So Safford after that incident with the other place that had my vehicle for over 2-months and did not offer a loaner so I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. Safford was able to get my car working within 2-weeks. Mind you they also said they don't offer loaners and this is a problem especially when the last time I was at their establishment I was there for over 5-hours. I spend a lot of money and not even a month later now my engine light has been on ever since. Instead of them offering me to come in for a free diagnostic and loaner car...they just said come in and we will see what is wrong. Which means to me I will have to wait all day even with an appointment as if I don't have a life and pay for them to "take a look". This is unacceptable especially since I spent a great deal of money already with y'all back in December 2024 and anything wrong with the car you should have found during those 5-6 hours y'all had my car. On top of that they put the oil sticker date "December 2025" as if I would only need one oil change all of 2025...please pay attention to detail y'all! So no I will not be going back to Safford because I found a new place where you don't need to make any appointments for service and I will be able to get a loaner (because I still have a warranty) or dropped off at my house. Instead of waiting around all day as if I work there.

I never had a problem with this dealership before the management changed. I will not go back there and will never give any good review about this dealership or Buying a Hyundai car.

Estimated lease payment based on the parameters I gave on their website was not offered after credit check and I had the satisfactory required credit score and could not be explained. Was offered $100/mo more originally. Sales person tried to explain it as needing the required down payment but my calculation was first month payment only. It took unnecessary negotiation/prying for them to magically get closer to that monthly price, but still off $20-30/mo. 2. It was not disclosed until after the credit check and agreed upon numbers that it was a demo vehicle (4500 miles) used by the GM that nobody seemed to be aware of until the sale. Very convenient. It was not shown on the listing as a demo vehicle and showed "5 mi" on said listing. It's a lease so I don't care that much but feel like I should have been given an even better offer because it's technically used, moreso because the better number they gave was BEFORE "realizing" it was a GM loaner. 3. Spent 2 hours waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned/ready despite being told to show up whenever the next day. My intent was to avoid all of the unnecessary waiting at the dealership. 4. Post sale nobody (i.e. sales rep) wants to electronically answer a relatively simple question about a possible missing accessory.

    Buyer beware!! I purchased a vehicle and within 24 hours, it…read morewould not go into gear. Engine & wrench light on. They towed it back to their "mechanic". Told us everything was just fine... Then proceeded to ask my husband to pay the tow bill. Of course we declined, then asked us to split the cost with him!!!! Mind you, I did not have the car even 24 hours and it was messing up. It was determined by a certified Ford dealership, that the wrong transmission fluid was put into the AWD vehicle, they advertised as having a new transmission. Long story short-over a year later, I took them to court and they were found guilty/negligent. To top it off they couldn't even send a reliable tow truck to pick up the cursed vehicle. "Matilda" used car salesman!! I'll say it again, Buyer Beware!

The owner never communicated that the truck was unavailable due to it being in the shop for smoke coming out of the exhaust. The owner was insistent that he wanted to have the issue fixed because he's "a nice guy who wanted to sell us a good vehicle." Finally after days of many unanswered phone calls, the truck was available to be picked up. Only a few days later, there was smoke coming out of the exhaust again (accompanied by many other issues, some safety related. ) Again, after me having to pester the owner for weeks, I was able to set up an appointment for them to fix the issue. I was told I would be able to have a car loaned to me for the duration of time mine would be getting fixed. This afternoon I went to drop off my truck and the owner absolutely refused to help me in any way. He also knew I had no other form of transportation. He suggested I take an Uber..... from manassas to WEST VIRGINIA!!!!! I reminded him several times that we already agreed upon him letting me use another car, and he continued to make excuses. To top it off, his employee told me there was tags there that could have been used for me to take a loaner car. I begged for his help and was not rude or disrespectful at all. As soon as he got my money, he wanted nothing to do with me. He said what was wrong with the truck was not his problem anymore. This is supposed to be a reputable TrueCar dealer. To anyone looking for a good used vehicle, with an owner who will not lie to you and manipulate you, go ANYWHERE else but here. He is a liar and he does not care about his customers. Just his money.
