More alarmingly, service technicians installed a tire inside-out and refused to rectify the error, despite the vehicle being only two years old with tires they replaced a few months prior. Furthermore, the sales environment is dismissive toward female buyers; staff repeatedly ignored me during my purchase process as well, directing all communication toward my father despite being told I was the buyer.
