    What a nightmare this has been. We purchased a low mileage 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid this June of 2025. Traded in our 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite with extensive mechanical work done and they gave us 3k for it. Their interest rates are also extremely high and I would highly recommend coming in with your own loan/rate. But getting a less than stellar deal was the least of our worries. It took quite a few attempts to get our actual plates, and had to get 2-60 day temp plates as no one knew what the deal was. We asked if there were any recalls prior to purchase and was told no. We get home after purchase to find out there indeed was. The check engine light has now come on for the second time. The first time it did and we took it in for service, they acted like my husband did something to the vehicle and we had it less than 2 months. We now have to park the Jeep away from our house and can't use the charging port for fear of it burning our house down. We now have official documentation of the safety recalls, not 1 but 2. We called on Saturday to make an appointment to get it in, and the service department went home early. We couldn't get an appointment till next weekend. My husband went to drive it to work this morning and the check engine light came on yet again. We paid thousands and thousands of dollars for a lemon that we have to worry about blowing up. After reading some of the reviews on here, I'm nervous this shady service department isn't going to do the safety recalls like they should. Whoever is managing this place should be fired. Incompetent and untrustworthy at every level. Would only recommend to other car salesman to go here. Everyone else save yourself the bending over.

    Questionable oil change

    Stay away from this dealership!! The Service Team including their leadership (Tom and Rod) are dishonest and fraudulent. The issues are two prong that I want to share to ensure no one else has the same experience. Issue One: Since an original botched repair by Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Ram, I have had a panel and air bag drop on my legs while driving (could have been deadly), a gas/ fuel cap that would not open, and finally a steering column bearing issue (never resolved). The last repair in August, 2025 which included the panel and air bag has contributed to new damage (photos attached) which was acknowledged by Rod via a voicemail. As of 9/9/2025 Tom refuses to provide any resolution. Now I am forced to work with the BBB and a 3rd party organization to inspect Fair Oaks previous repairs to ensure no other issues have occurred due to their botched repairs, along with fixing the new damages. Issue Two: I paid for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Attached photos question if an oil change was done. Additionally, the Fair Oaks Service Center never provided a multi-point inspection checklist (the norm everywhere else) - finally they never stated the known need for a Fuel System Service. Funds certainly were collected by Fair Oaks, but both Tom and Rod are unable to provide proof if anything was done to the vehicle. You guess it, Rod left a voicemail confirming his uncertainty if the tech did any of the above. As of 9/9/2025 Tom refuses to provide any resolution. Now I am forced to open a fraudulent case with my bank regarding the oil change and multi-point inspection since no one including Rod can confirm anything was completed, and the photos tell us no. This has been the worse customer experience ever!! Frankly, these are just very bad people. Please share with family, friends and on social media to ensure others do not become victims of this dealership. It would be fantastic to make Fair Oaks, Tom and Rod famous based on the above.

    They don't take you seriously. Been given the run around. Laughing at me, not picking up calls then hanging up. Is this a joke?

I originally walked in asking if they can do a a battery/alternator test. He said yes, that he will be out in a few minutes and asked me to repark in front of the store. It took longer than 10 minutes for him to finally come outside. He did the battery test and said it's fine, but that it may not last much longer. I told him I would rather just have the battery changed and that I have one in the car. He was hesitant to install it in case it was the wrong battery, but I had purchased it from Costco and already knew it was the correct one. There is plenty of parking available, but they do share the lot with Gold's Gym and Dollar Tree (as well as other businesses), so I'm sure it can get busy. I'm giving 3 stars mostly because of the wait time. If I'd known I'd be waiting that long, I would've just gone to the other one on the way to my original destination.

Even at one point said they can't help anymore because there boss has to approve, they seemed confused as to why their boss wasn't trying to help resolve the problem! Basically, my wife purchased a Living Social deal for auto detailing for me and her dad, my father-in-law. We took our cars there on a Saturday morning and was not available for pickup until about 3 pm. My car was nice and clean, I was fairly happy. HOWEVER, my father-in-laws car was in worse shape than we brought it. It appeared that some type of chemical was spilled on the headlight covers and it marred and etched the plastic. The employee new something was wrong and was worse than we brought it. The manager was called in who completely denied anything was wrong, blamed us for trying to pull some kind of con, and refused to try to make it better. Instead, he told us that WE could pay about $100 each for a service they conveniently offered to "restore" the clarity of the headlights! After an hour of arguing we just left, no offer of correction or compensation. I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) who tried to reach Titan, without prevail. In the meantime, unbeknownst to me, my father-in-law went back and talked to someone. They then called me and said they would rectify the problem. They did! They fixed his headlights and restored the clarity using their "service" at no charge. They did make it right in the LONG run, which is what they should have done the moment there was a problem, not 2-3 weeks later. BTW, the review from Pesho is biased. He is one of the employees I think.

Since I did not receive a response at all, a review is warranted. My issue is with communication. I made an appt for 7:45am, but decided to drop it off the evening before but write down that I made a 7:45 appt. I got a text confirming receipt of my car at 7:50am. I text at 10am, 10:35 and 11:25 asking for an ETA. I called 4 times between 10-11:30, hung up on once. When I finally talked to the service advisor he told me other cars with owners waiting come first. I asked another service advisor and the cashiers if that was correct, they all said no. I had an appt at 7:45, should be no more than 2 hours. I didn't get my car until after 12:30. Asked for a service manager. Was told he was at lunch. The cashiers told me to fill out the form and the GM would definitely call me. No call. The service advisor had written on the paperwork that I said need by 12pm. I never told him that. I told him in my third call to him that I made the appt for early morning because I don't have all day to wait for my car. They have now lost two customers for service since my husband and I both have Hyundai/Genesis, and we will be looking for another place to service our cars. Communication is just as important as service. It is no wonder there are so many bad reviews. I asked them if they knew they have terrible reviews. They did. Not doing much to turn that around.
