Jay made my experience wonderful. I've bought several cars in my life and by Far this was the best Dealership I've ever dealt with. The finance manager was very helpful and everyone was very personable. Thank you so much again JAY! read more

Truly one of the best experiences one could have with an auto seller. Mac was helpful, informed, and extremely kind. He was fair with the pricing and not at all pushy to upgrade or get additional add ons. If you are in the market for a used car I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Great experience all around. Mac Ingram is the salesman to see. Fines what you are looking for and Dwayne makes sure the purchase goes smoothly. This is the place to find a used vehicle! read more

Excellente servicio Señor, Danny Vasquez fue muy amable y paciente. Si tengo la oportunidad volvería este lugar 10/10.

Highly recommend, they offer a wide selection of good used cars. Jay, our salesperson was particularly helpful and patient. The entire process was quick and pleasant. We have used this company many times over the years and have never been disappointed. read more

I've purchased several vehicles from Shannon's. Each time I get exceptional service! I recommend and refer all my clients to purchase vehicles from Shannon Auto Sales! No dealership better in the DMV area! read more

I was in a terrible accident that left me in search of a new vehicle. Shannon Auto Sales came to the rescue! From the moment I walked in, I was met with the friendliest staff that was very accommodating. They made sure that I walked away with everything that I wanted in a vehicle for an amazing price. Truly, the entire team is wonderful and you will be in the best hands when making your vehicle purchase. Ask for Steve and he'll get you in a new vehicle and on the road in no time! read more

Beware and be sure. Although they were very accommodating when selling the car, barely ten days from the purchase the engine light turned on and after taking it to the certified Volkswagon dealer, they informed me that the problem was not new and the car needed extensive repairs. (Something common with VW) After speaking to Mac at Shannon, he told me that they wouldn't take any responsibility and basically "it's my problem". I'm still happy with the vehicle but I want to warn others that the customer service, empathy and even integrity that Shannon auto showed was below every expectation and not only will I never trust them again, I'll gladly share my disaexperience with others. read more

Was working with the salesman Robert via the phone. 3 separate conversations where he stated he would be calling me back, and he never did. Turns out the vehicle was sold the next day to another dealership. I can understand if my desired numbers weren't ideal with the dealership, however a simple "I'm sorry I just don't believe we can make a deal that would satisfy you" is much better than making empty promises of returning a phone call. Two stars, rather than one, because I was actually enjoying the conversations we were having. I would have bought the vehicle, but with a two hour drive to the dealership, I would have appreciated some honesty beforehand of the realistic price on the vehicle. read more

I asked about some rust I saw on The 2010 F150 we bought 3 years ago and the salesman said don't worry about it, its just surface rust. What they did was spray the underside of the pickup and the bed with bed liner spray to hide the existing rust. Today I have no rocker panels or corner posts and part of the bed. They have rusted away. I live in Woodbridge and we haven't had significant snow of any kind and haven't even used 4 wheel drive. I now have a truck with 85,000 miles and is unsafe to drive on the road because of the rust. read more

I purchased a 2015 Chevy from them 8 months ago and already I have to take it to get repaired for a second time. I vehicle started smoking while I was driving so I had to pull over and leave it parked in a parking lot, now it's saying my engine is over heated. This was my FIRST AND LAST TIME purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealership. read more

We have had another amazing experience with Shannon Auto Sales! Not only are the people working there helpful and extremely knowledgeable, but they go out of their way to make you feel like you are part of their car family. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a quality car from a business who really knows how to be an example in their field. read more

I am providing an updated review. 2 weeks again me and my husband purchased a car. Customer service was good at first however, after a week of having the vehicle we received a notice from our car stating that our breaks needed to be repaired. We also realized that the push to start keys that we received started breaking after we got the car. everything looked in great condition prior to purchasing the car but surely after a week of having the vehicle problems arose. if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle, I recommend bringing someone with you that has mechanical knowledge of how brakes and other parts of your car should look. driving the vehicle isn't enough when buying from them. They are masters of disguise when hiding problems just so they can get your money. When asking them if they can check and run a diagnostic they didn't even budge and showed no remorse for the car they dressed up and sold us. this company does not care about you only your MONEY ! I will not be purchasing from here again !!! read more

We just bought our 4th vehicle from Shannon's, we've been very happy with every vehicle as they are quality vehicles that they stand behind and the customer service in buying. We now use their auto repair as well, Keith always takes great care of us! read more

I just bought a 2012 Mustang and could not be happier with my experience here. The whole staff is great and very helpful. Rick and Dwayne were fantastic and really allowed for the car buying experience to be easy. It's a family owned company that treated me like I was one of their own. Once again, it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future. read more

I bought a bmx x3 from here. 3 months ago. I test drove the car with Randall. Car was full of dog hair and filthy. Didn't think much since only 25,000 miles. I was so wrong. he told me that the owner who has a dog was driving it. I picked up car after detailed and paid. I saw scratches all over driver front and back door. The inside back seat had a white film in bedded In the leather. Also a tear in leather on back vent. I asked Randall about it. He said in good faith would fix scratches. after the fact caught him and manager lying to my face about scratches. I took pictures immediately after picking up car. They both lied and said no scratches on car. I dropped off my car to Randall to fix. After a couple hours calls saids looks great. Picked up car and looked worse. They used a paint type marker to fill in scratches. so now I have a lighter color paint on car that doesnt match the paint. I will need to get whole driver and back seat repainted. I went to get an oil change and car oil was burning. I'm assuming once again lied to me about oil change. I emailed Randall to get last oil change for my files. No response. So probably another lie about getting one right before picked up. I decided to take car to get oil change early. Glad I did. Smoking when lifted hood. I was taking my friends to airport on Christmas evening. One passenger wasnt able to open back seat door from inside. It will not open from inside at all. Another great surprise. Please dont be like me and go to this low end dealership. Go to a brand name for the reason of not getting scammed. I have had the car since August and upside down $8,500 or would get out. So if you don't want to be in a hot mess And upside down. I seriously advise you to go somewhere else. Because they will lie to your face!!! Big lesson learned here. read more

**Buyers Beware** These people are true scam artist and con artist. My Family has purchased a total of 6 vehicles from these people. And every single vehicle had something either missing from the vehicle or there was a serious power train issue. The most recent a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 4 door which happens be the mistake I made!!! Not even having bought this vehicle within 72 hours the transmission was going out! The first sign that this was a mistake I didn't catch was the fact that the vehicle was originally sold as is! But they hurry up and slapped a 50% 1000 mile warranty on it as a "sign of good faith" yeah right! They seen a way to make more money as I have now found out the hard way! Once I called to have their so called service tech to schedule the truck to be checked out. I was told to drop the truck and they would check it out that was Sunday to be looked at Monday. When I called to see about the truck Monday evening after I scheduled the appointment for Monday they told me they didn't know anything about it. And they wouldn't be able to look at it til Wednesday that week. Well then I got he bad news I had bought a lemon and they wanted me to pay $2200 to replace the transmission on a truck I haven't even driven 3 full days. Well after raising hell and contacting lawyers and fighting back forth with Dewayne and Rick. They came up with yet another con artist scheme to give me an extended two year warranty with only a 24000 mile warranty to bring the price down to 1160 bucks that had to pay up front or be up creek without a paddle and a $34000 debt that sits on a drive way useless! But that's not even the best part!! Now pay close attention to this it will tell more than you need to know!! It took them full week to get me a loaner car!! I mean really how many lemons do you sell!! So many it took week to get me a loaner car that's how many!! Yet still not the best part! A transmission generally takes a technician 4 to 6 hours to remove and replace a transmission depending on Manuel and automatic which mines an auto which is way easier to change!! Now the real question is way is my truck still there after 3 full weeks now?? And the worst part of it all is I traded in a 2014 Honda Civic fully loaded never had a single issue with this car for this piece of shit truck!! Sad thing is I know this is the most reliable vehicle they now have! I warn you whole heartedly do not buy a vehicle from this place! 9 outta 10 times that vehicle has been wrecked which was the case with every single vehicle we bought from them. Check your decals and Body lines on all their vehicle and the proof is in the pudding! If you have a good enough eye you can spot the shitty buffing job from a mile or the windows for over spray I can go for days on these low life scum bags!! Beware of these ppl read more

I recently bought a truck here and the price was right, but they gave me next to nothing for my trade-in i was unhappy with that! but no matter what people say about the salesmen it is Keith the manager that has the ultimate say and he was the one who forced my sales guy to give me a bad deal on my trade-in! PS, NASA federal credit union sucks! They are strict assholes i would rather some rinky dink bank that asks very little questions so long as they get paid... read more

698.00 processing fee? WOW! Wouldn't come down at all on the vehicle. Was very rude and told me if I didn't have excellent credit to don't come by. I told him that he seems hard to work with and then he hung up in my face. They advertise low but they make up for it with other fees. They take photos of their vehicles somewhere else but do a google earth search and you can really see where they operate from. RUN FAST FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! read more

Can't say enough good things about my buying experience with Shannon auto sales. Told them what I was looking for. What I was willing to pay and they was able to find me what I wanted at a great price! None of the games of a the larger dealerships. Very honest! read more

Let me start off with the fact that I am myself a salesman. I sell motorcycles so I have some sense of what Car salesmen go through as well as the sales manager when it comes to working with customers everyday. That being said, I also have extremely poor credit due to a divorce when I was young and stupid in the Army. I shopped around extensively looking for the right car at the right price and after looking I found that Shannon Auto Sales had the best option for me especially after my phone calls with Dwayne and Mac. These two gentlemen were nothing but professional, personable, and reasonable throughout my entire visit and exceeded my expectations of the dealership. They were able to work with me in a low pressure environment and get me out of the door within an hour signed for the car I wanted with reasonable monthly payments. I highly recommend this dealership and urge people to remember the golden rule when it comes to dealing with anyone including sales representatives. Treat people how you would like to be treated. Shannon Auto Sales goes above and beyond to make sure that they follow that rule. Will be recommending them to anyone I speak to about a car purchase and will continue to give them my business. read more

I've bought two cars from Shannon, and both transactions were easy and fast with no pressure. On the first car I had an issue about a year in, and though it wasn't their issue, they stood behind it and took care of me. read more

Today I called to inquire about a car and this is how the conversation went: Me: Hello, I saw a car online that I'm interested in. Do you guys take direct deposited child support as income? Disgusting man: (sarcastically) No...you need to get a job. Bye *hangs up* Me:Calls back* isn't that a form of income? Other dealers take it. Disgusting man: child support is for children. Me: it sure is. I have to get to work to provide for my child, take him to school and activities. So this would be for my child. Disgusting man: we don't take that...bye! Me:Is there a manager around? Disgusting Man: Bye! So I'm assuming he was the owner. He judged me from the time I said "child support". I've been a school bus driver for four years. I had surgery to get an acl repair and my car broke down. My childs father gave me this dealerships number and told me to ask if they take child support as an income. He knows we need a car and have no problem with it. In fact, he was willing to pay up to $3000 down for me. This guy was a total asshole to me for no reason. I would never recommend this dealership. read more

Bought a basically mint condition 2002 Ford Ranger for $8700 with a matching color high quality cab - few scratches here and there, tires a little dry rotted but I suspect that the truck had been sitting in someone's garage for a long while with only 90K on it. Gave me $300 off to replace the serpentine belt ($40 and 30 minutes worth of work.) Truck runs great and at a great price considering the condition and now harder to get Ford Rangers since the discontinuance. Sales staff friendly and you can tell they aren't in business for the quick buck. All top quality cars/trucks on the lot. No hidden fees or gimmicks. Straight shooters all the way. Thanks guys! read more

I test drove a car, got my trade in appraisal, took a tour of both locations, finished paperwork and drove my new car off the lot in 90 minutes. Fast friendly and convenient. read more

I have to give credit where credit is due and say that when I initially purchased my 2008 Ford Expedition from this place I began experiencing transmission problems within the first week. They put me in a loaner for free and took it to a Ford dealership to have it diagnosed and looked over. It turns out the main issue that I was having was the transmission control module needed to be reflashed under a Ford TSB would still cost close to $300. I paid for that out of pocket and in the days following the transmission was making a funny sound. Ford couldn't find any other problems with it and stated that it was most likely due to the reflash. Since then I've noticed rust spots in the door jambs and I took it to a body shop to have the rust repaired. The rust I noticed was inside the drivers side rear door and the tailgate. $500 later the rust was repaired and repainted however the body shop warned me that this vehicle although the carfax was clean had been in a collision and the entire left side had been repainted very poorly. I had a mechanic look it over or any other rust issues that I should be aware of in the future and he stated that my exhaust is on the way out also due to rust and my timing chain tensioner is on the way out. There's salt embedded throughout the frame. His recommendation is that I have the entire thing thoroughly cleaned and possibly apply a rust converter which will also cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. When I purchased this vehicle I purchased it slightly above nada value. Their sales pitch is that they sell quality vehicles just like CarMax which is why they were very unwilling to negotiate on the price. This vehicle is absolutely terrible and I have definitely bought someone else's problems. As of now I'd recommend than anybody in the market for a used car steer clear of this place it is been nothing but a headache I should have kept my old beater. read more

I had a great experience with Shannon, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The cars on their lots are very nice (no beaters). Sale was low pressure. We negotiated, agreed on price/conditions, and he wrote up the papers just as we'd discussed... No funny business or trying to slip in an extra "fee" or "tax." I've had my truck for about a year now and still love it. Give em a try. read more

The buying process wasnt bad but the Suv I purchased, 3 days later has a check engine light on. $20,000.00 that needs work. GREAT!

Mac and the rest of the guys were outstanding to deal with, listened to what we were looking for, and steered us correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
