I was able to find the exact vehicle I had been searching for over the past 2 months. I worked with Farhan (Sales Manager) on the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and it went off without any problems. This vehicle was shown with over 40 photos and it didn't miss anything. This Wrangler was exactly as described and in perfect condition. They worked with me on my trade and it went off without any issues. They have a rather nice assortment of vehicles, something for everyone's taste. The prices are pretty firm, don't expect to much of a possible reduction in the price that is listed. I was able to take the 2016 Jeep Wrangler out for a test drive without anyone else in it except for myself. I had time to completely look it over inside, out and under. 4.5 stars! I needed a new truck in a hurry. The day before, my mechanic told me that my motor was shot and that it would be about $6,000 to replace the part. The truck itself wasn't even worth that much. It was time for some new wheels. After fruitless visits to my local dealerships, I decided to use the Internet to expand my search. I found a few vehicles I liked on AutoTrader, including one from Auto Trademark. After visiting another dealership in Virginia with no success, we made a last minute appointment to do a test drive here. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate us on short notice. When I pulled up, admittedly I was a little suspicious. I'd never purchased a vehicle from a used car lot before, and the unassuming appearance of the establishment made me more than a little apprehensive. It was a bit more minimalist than I expected, but I'd come too far to be put off by a lack of aesthetic appeal. The truck was waiting for me when I arrived and I was given as much time as I needed to check it out before my test drive. Even better, there was no sales rep hounding me as I did so. When it was time for the test drive, they pulled the vehicle up to the front and let me test drive it for as long as I wanted; again, with no sales rep. I was able to push every button, check every feature, listen for anything that sounded out of the ordinary...all with no distractions. In short, I loved the truck. Way more than I expected to. I loved it even more when I found out that Auto Trademark was running an internet special, which gave me $4000 off the sticker price (including an extra $1000 off because I brought my own financing)! At first, I thought this was too good to be true, but Jeannie explained how they obtain their inventory and how this truck was there a little longer than wanted it to be, saying that they needed to make space for new inventory. I noticed a small scratch on the back of the truck and asked if she would be able to take a few dollars off of the price. She asked the manager, and he agreed. No haggle, no hustle, no headache. I could hardly believe this was real. During the process, I never once felt pressured or felt like I was being taken advantage of. This was the exact opposite of the stereotypical car dealership experience I'd been dreading. On the contrary, Jeannie was a pleasure to talk to, and the purchase only took as long as it did because we spent so much time talking and laughing. She gave me all the time that I needed to read each and every disclosure carefully. She never pressured me to 'hurry up and sign', and she was able to answer all of the questions that I had. After the deal was done, she came out to help me sync my phone with the truck's Bluetooth. She also gave me a coupon for a 3 month free trial of OnStar, and another for XM radio. Sweet! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because my car was not cleaned at all before they gave it to me. The interior was clean enough, but a quick trip through the car wash while I was signing the papers would have been great. Driving my shiny new truck would've been a nice way to conclude the transaction. Instead, I drove my dusty new truck to dinner to celebrate a successful end to a short, but stressful, vehicle search. I went to test drive a vehicle that I found listed online and Abbas was the sales person assisting me and it was just all wrong... First, no one in the store had a mask on although one could argue that they were more than 6 feet from each other. Abbas didn't put on a mask once even when he was standing right next to me. Second, the vehicle that I came to test drive was dirty and had a low tire. Third, the sticker price on the vehicle was $2k over the internet price I was quoted. Abbas was willing to give me a "deal" $1k off the sticker price because I was a veteran and "they take care of veterans!" When I explained that the online price was $2k less than the quoted price on the windshield and after he went inside to verify he agreed that I could have it for the online price. I then asked for the military discount on the online quoted price and he said no. This doesn't sound like they take care of veterans rather are trying to scam us. I'll be sure to post about this in my veteran pages as well. Finally, when I told him that the vehicle was just a bit over my price range and if he had anything else on the lot for a little less he pointed me to another vehicle and it was the same situation. Sticker price, 1k off, I pull out my phone and do a quick search on there website to find that it was 2k less online!?!?!? Last month we experienced a unique car purchase - it was pleasant. The people that run this operation, Auto Trademark, were polite, straightforward, and knowledgeable. There was no push to sell anything, they answered every question, and were all very nice people. We were shopping for my daughter's second car, and it took several visits to different dealership before we came back again to Auto Trademark. We both agreed that we were comfortable with what we were getting at this dealership compared to the others. While I was taking all these steps they called me and (Alexis) and told me somebody else was looking to buy the same vehicle. (Which is totally normal for a great car) I told them to call me if they make the deal to save me a trip. I found Auto Trademark through a third party site while conducting an online search for a particular car I was interested in buying. So happens they had one in their inventory, with the one of the lowest mileages available in a 100 mile radius & turned out to be the cleanest out of the 10 or so cars I checked out as well. Needless to say I bought the car & so glad I did! There's a great team of guys here. Farhan assured me the car would be available the following day when I was short on time the 1st day that I stopped in. We called about a 2013 Audi Q5 Hybrid they had listed at a fair retail price according to KBB. The car had been in a rear collision, but you couldn't tell from the photos, so I assumed it was repaired and not in bad condition. However, when I asked the salesman what type of return policy, warranty or even inspection their vehicles came with, he said none of the above. So, I ordered a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) for $275 and it was the best money I ever spent...saved me a $16K+ mistake. Not only had the rear end damage not been repaired, but the engine gasket was leaking oil too...this $16K car needed more than $5K in repairs...not including the needed new brake rotors and pads. Some poor soul is going to end up with this vehicle and I pity them. read more

I cannot express my distaste and dissatisfaction with this "dealership" enough. Not even a year in with my BMW x5 from here and it's already having MAJOR issues. I am beyond relieved that I spent the extra money on the extended warranty. I just picked the car up today from BMW who had to replace the alternator and the battery. I am not a new BMW owner and I have a feeling the transmission is going as well. THE BATTERY AUTO TRADEMARK PUT IN THIS CAR WAS NOT THE RIGHT BATTERY FOR THE CAR; it was too small and was not producing enough voltage which has now caused electrical issues with the car and caused the untimely death of the alternator. This place is a giant scam and sells cars that look attractive but actually have major, hidden issues. I contacted USAA to have them removed as a "preferred dealer" because no one, especially a veteran or their family should be subjected to a car from Auto Trademark. I have a 14 year old x3 with twice the mileage that I bought from BMW and has never given me an issue. It's worth the extra money and much better customer service to just buy direct. Also, upon posting my previous review, I received a text and voicemail from Jeannie, the saleswoman, requesting that I speak with her and take my negative review down. This is the worst car dealership I ever brought a car from. I put down 4,000 dollars on a 2012 GMC Arcadia and come to find out. It had a major oil leak, that they wanted me to pay for... After 30 days of having this vehicle.I feel as if they have no care or remorse for young hard working African Americans if asked me.The issue with the oil leak cost a 1,000 dollars to get fixed. They originally agreed to pay for it... until they found out how much it was going to cost, so in return. They wanted me to pay half. Which infuriated me after a $4,000 down payment . I would not recommend this dealership to no one. Not only that. After a heated argument in regards to this issue. Mr. Farnham called me a BLACK MOTHERFUCKER!!! Physiologically and emotionally, I can't explain the frustration I feel in regards to me already being a struggling Black male entrepreneur in contrary to what's already going on to African American men in this country today. My 22 year old daughter bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from these guys 2 weeks ago. She did her research and we drove from MD to see the car and test drive it. She liked it, did the paperwork, and off we went. When we got home she realized that the keyless remote wouldn't work. I took it back to them and they replaced the battery but that didn't fix the problem. They told me that we were responsible for buying a new one. They are $178.00 with another $65.00 programming fee. Your sales associate, Mr. Nasir was rude and curt during my inquiry of a used car, quoting me ungodly loan rates under my father's co-signing and completely unaware of your TrueCar affiliation, your website claims to be associated with. For someone who claims to "be in the business for decades" clearly has no comprehension of finances and appropriate attitude for this industry. Recently purchased a previously owned Land Rover LR2 from Auto Trademark in Manassas. Saw the vehicle on their website and stopped in to have a closer look. Greg Ortiz worked with us and after a test drive we left without any pressure to buy at all. After looking at several other Rovers we decided to look closer at their LR2 again. I asked if it would be OK to take it to a Land Rover specialist for a pre-purchase inspection. Greg and the owner said "No problem at all!" I picked up the car, had it checked out and returned it to them in a few hours. At that point we decided to put a deposit down on the car to be sure we wouldn't miss out on it over the weekend. We came back in on Saturday evening and purchased the car. Greg was great to work with. He was very honest and upfront about the entire process and what we should expect. We had intended to get our own financing but Greg was able to find an interest rate a couple points lower than USAA had offered us. However, this place was a breath of fresh air after multiple very poor experiences at other dealerships in the area. We worked mostly with Greg and Zeeshan, and they were particularly awesome - friendly, patient, and helpful. The whole team was pleasant to do business with. One thing that particularly stuck out to us, compared with other places we had recently visited, was that they not only allowed us to take the car to our mechanic before purchasing, they encouraged it! When the mechanic found a couple of very minor flaws, Auto Trademark took care of them quickly. Once we decided it was the car for us, the purchase process was very quick (less than 30 minutes). I know we are only 1 day in, but we feel like we got a great deal! The van was listed for a very attractive price on Autotrader.com, $2K less than on Auto Trademark's website. I got in touch with Jeannie Garner at Auto Trademark, and she confirmed the lower price and arranged to have the van dropped off for inspection by an independent mechanic. I found a car on Autotrader priced at what looked like 14,995 so I printed a copy of the listing and headed to Auto Trademark to negotiate a deal. When I inquired about lowering the price, I was politely told that the actual price was 15,995 and the 14,995 was for Vets. When I said that no where was that stated in the listing, as the 14,995 was in bold numbers at the very top of listing. She immediately showed me the listing and showed me where it said this price was only for VETS, in order to see this info you have to Click more on the vehicle description. It is toward the bottom on the last paragraph. So now the price is above the KBB and the average market price. So as a VET I should be grateful for the $1000 mark down, then she tells me the Doc fee is $899! so there goes the Vet discount on a price that is higher than what was prominently listed and above the average market price. We got a decent car but the staff is not customer friendly. Instead of being honest they try to double talk and make excuses. Very poor follow up and communication regarding title transfer. You have to follow up with them. When you ask questions they get annoyed. Paid cash for a car and took 60 days to get title. They claimed there was some issue but there is no sign of it in the paperwork. It magically resolved itself the day I called. No apology for the delay. I am sort of a repeat buyer for AutoTrademark. A couple months ago, I took my brother/sister in-law here to purchase a Jetta. They lived about 20 miles away but it was way worth it. Fast forward to 5 months later, I end up moving in the area for work and needed a second car. I did my basic searches on cars.com but AutoTrademark's selection was much better than anyone else's locally. I show up at the lot with no appointment and re-introduce myself to Farhan. He says he remembers me but who knows if he really did. That doesn't matter. What does matter is he had two cars in-stock that were within my price range and were both very clean. The 3 series that stood out to me most was the 6 speed. I test drove it, found no issues with the car mechanically, (there were some cosmetic issues, but what used car doesn't?) I told him I'd return because I was in the process of finalizing my financing. The next day I came back and the car was gone! Little did I know he put it in the back for me sort of as a courtesy hold. I was relieved to see it was still there, and after one last look at the automatic, I made my decision to make the purchase. The buying process was easy, no-hassle, no BS, no frills. They have a fixed dealer fee which is posted inside their store and charge you the mandatory city tax. You have the option of doing the registration/tags yourself, or you can have them do it. I chose the former. I know a lot of the reviews on cars.com for this place seem a little fake so always take it for what it's worth. BEST Car Dealer in Town!!! There are over 300 cars you can choose from. I went to a few dealerships before i stumbled upon this one. I found a listing for a few cars they had that i was interested in. I called and amazingly a very sweet man name Zeeshan ( Zee for short) picked up and answered all my questions. I am one of those people that have a million questions so I was on the phone with him for 30 minutes, but he never tried to rush me off the phone. He answered everything, gave me his opinion at the same time respecting my opinion. I spoke to him on Sunday and went into the dealership on Monday. I hadn't decided what day i was going to come in to the dealership so I did not discuss a time and day with Mr Zeeshan. So when i got there on Monday i found out that his only day off is Mondays!!!! well, I call his cell phone number which he provided at the end of our conversation the day before just to let him know that i would have like to put a face to the voice, and surprisingly he came into the dealership 10 minutes later. So at this point i was like maybe he is being nice because he will make commission off of me, but guess what THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PAID COMMISSION, which was confirmed by the manager. This really shows that he loves what he does for a living and really cares about customer service. I mean come on who comes into work for a customer on their day off when knowing they wont get paid for it. BEST SALES PERSON I EVER MET, really patient and very very knowledge with cars!!! Now enough about the best sales person... The dealership was nice and clean...orther staff members were nice as well. The cars looked brand NEW!! all of them were in excellent condition! they do financing as well, but thankfully I had been saving so i paid for my car all upfront by check. . When I read used car lot reviews I always think to myself, yeah, you are writing a good review one month after you got the car but what happened to the car six months to a year later. I bought a 2007 Nissan Sentra here for my son in 2011. It was a great deal and the car has had no mechanical issues whatsoever in the three years he has had it. They also allowed us to drive the car from Manassas to a mechanic that we trust in Centreville to have it checked out. I had financing through my credit union so the buying process was made a little simpler but the paperwork was quick. I would say we were out of the door in about an hour. If anyone has gone car shopping in the Manassas/Woodbridge area it is very apparent how disgusting and shady 99% of the used car lots are (think Eastern's). I went to look at a car on 2/14/15 and ended up buying it. Drove it around for the day, but it ended up breaking down. Keep in mind this car was 100% as is. I called the sales manager, Farhan, and he called me back and told me to have it towed to the dealership. I got it back a few days later, and it ended up not being resolved. Awhile later I got the car back, with a used motor in it, broke down 2 days later. I ended up returning the car to the dealership and getting a refund. How many small dealerships will do that for you, especially with an "as is" car? Farhan is very nice and understanding, and was super helpful. Jeanie in the office is super nice and personable. They have nice cars on their lot, just be sure to have your mechanic (with any used car) look it over. I will definitely consider going back in the future for another car. read more

I rarely post ratings, but I felt like I should say something. First, I arrived at the lot 5 mins before closing and the salesmen and workers were very helpful and friendly. I test drove the car, liked it nice quality and just what I was looking for, for my first car. I put down a down payment, came back two days later to purchase the car. Everything went well and I was pleased with the sale and how everything was handle very professionally. Here comes the bad part. I was driving on my way to work 8 am rush hour traffic. Its 27 degrees outside. I noticed that the car was running weird. It felt as if the emergency brake was up, it was not. Then, I was pressing the gas and I noticed the car was only doing 20 mph, even though I was pressing on the gas hard. The brakes ceased (bind) on me. I had to pull over because of the smoke that was coming from my car. I had to get the car towed. I had to walk 3 miles in 27 degree weather to my job for which I was late. Right now I am in the process of speaking with the dealership to find out what they plan to do with the car they sold me which I can no longer drive. I didn't even have the car for a week, or get to use a full gas tank before the car broke down. I am not happy. This being my first car purchase I wanted this experience to go as smooth as possible. This has been a headache, an inconvenience and created a hole in my pocket for the tow. I did not give Auto Trademark 0 stars (which I would like to) because they had good customer service skills and they handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently. However i wish I could have given therm a full 5 stars but my new car braking down in a week is not acceptable. I will write another review to let you know how they handled this situation. So....I'm SO glad I was patient in my search for the exact car and price I wanted to pay. I was getting frustrated and disgusted with the car salesman I'd been coming in contact with - feeling like the status quo was dishonesty and gamesmanship. I made arrangements to test drive the car and it was still there when I got there (unlike other places - ugh). They are a family owned business and have been in business a long time. Farhan was my guy - easy going, NO pressure, and honest. When I tried my hand at haggling, he showed me exactly what they paid for the car and what they had put into the car to spiff it up for sales.
