If you are looking for a used vehicle I would urge you not to use Auto Expo, Inc. this morning I witnessed a man(physically but not in stature) cuss out and insult a woman in the Wawa on Liberia. After seeing they were driving a dealer car I called the dealership having been in the car business for 10 years to let them know how they were being represented. I was told there was no manager or owner available so I drove to the dealer where I was met with 2 more "men" who seemed to think this was perfectly acceptable behavior. One even said she got what she deserved. At the end they told me the person involved was the owner himself however I highly doubt that. I purchased a truck at this dealership 2 months ago. They told me it had a clean title,, no problems whatsoever that everything was good! Now it's been 2 months since I purchased the truck. The truck broke down!! Both computer systems aren't working the PCM and the BCM! The car doesn't start!! It's only been 2 months since the purchase! the amount of unprofessionalism, was insane. we went in there to get a car for my boyfriend, & the whole time we were there the taller guy, with long hair (i think his name was Ali) was bickering at his coworker (the one with the sprained ankle, can't remember his name). my boyfriend got approved by a bank, we test drove the car, but he had some issues with insurance. we came back to communicate that & to also mention we would come back on saturday when we had the entire day available. Ali started saying he knew a guy but we were on a time limit. so once my boyfriend said that we had to go, Ali said "bro i can't sell you a car as if im making a pizza" but with a crazy attitude, we didn't even get to mention how we wanted to come back saturday. he had a bad attitude the entire time we were there, so that for ME was the last straw. even if everything went smoothly or got situated with the insurance, i was not going to let my boyfriend buy from him. the other guy was sweet, honest, & communicative. but unfortunately, they're a team. it's unfortunate because my credit is in a great state, & i saw a honda accord i wanted to get but we will not be returning here. if you do come, i recommend you speak to the other guy (NOT THE TALL ONE WITH THE LONG HAIR) & him only. please remember that the professionalism they show between each other, & in front of you at a dealership, will 100% show in how they treat the customer AFTER they take your money. read more

LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH READING: So just because I'm a female doesnt mean I dont know a little bit about cars. I saw a 2000 Lincoln with 80,000 miles on it for approx $7K. I went to check it out and they let me test drive it. When driving I noticed the wheel would shake when I stepped on the brake. I let Christian drive to check out the shaking and GET THIS: He told me sometimes the breaks get rusted and I have to just drive the car because the rust will scrape off and once its all off the wheel wouldnt shake anymore. UGH BULLSH*T! LOL They "fixed" the problem and then let me take it to my own mechanic to check it out. My mechanic who I trust, said with repairs the car is only work at BEST $4500-$5000. so I went back to Auto Expo with my mechanics report and Kelly Blue Book estimates (which priced it at $4000). to negotiate. I had my uncle with me who knows a little bit more about cars and started drilling the salesman with questions which he couldnt answer. HE got frustrated and wouldnt talk about lowering the price and went inside his office frantically looking thru paperwork. Minutes later his boss, the owner comes out and gets in my uncles face being very disrespectful, and again he wouldnt budge on the price. Oh did I forget to mention, Christian looked up on someother website a different estimation and when he saw it was $3000 ($4K less than when he wants for the car) he clicked the page off and tried to be smooth with it. Bottom line: DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE. THEY PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM AUCTIONS, FIX THEM UP AS MINIMUM AS POSSIBLE(JUST ENOUGH TO PASS INSPECTION) AND TRY TO GET AS MUCH $ FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE. Salesman was the only one there came outside didn't greet properly or give his name when asked. Our mechanic asked him was the car just driven and he said yes I had to go put aa...then stops talking. So I ask him what did you go do with the vehicle, he does not want to come out & say he went to put air in the tire. I asked him to be honest about the vehicle he said "he didn't have to tell me anything". If I'm going to pay my money for a vehicle anything I ask you about it should be answered HONESTLY. This man decides he wants to challenge so I let him know that he had me f****ed up and he would not speak to me in that manner. Saying I insulted him and I did not ask the question properly. I did not insult you, you thought I was just going to let you lie in my face and say you don't have to tell me anything. Then he says you can go to the Nissan dealer up the street. Even after you drove all the way out there to bum**ck negotiated and agreed on a price and a time to come back and purchase. Do not be fooled by their low prices, they are good prices yes, and I bargained him down a few hundred (only to give it right back in the processing fee) but I know what I am doing with auto/mechanical, I am very trained & skilled and was willing to accept some flaws (ciggarette burn holes in upholstery and shady statement about frame damage and repair on a Carfax) due to my specific needs with a used 2nd car. We just purchased a used car from Auto Expo for the 2nd time. We bought one several years ago and it was a good deal for the money. We felt they were honest with us and were happy with our purchase, so we decided to go back today as we were again in the market for a used car. We told them what we wanted and they showed us the perfect car for a reasonable price. We have found them to be helpful without being pushy. We also were able to get financing for the car through them at a good interest rate. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! I bought a very nice honda accord coupe V6, low miles and good price. Test drove it for 15 minutes and it drove like a new honda. They have a sign on the wall that say's no driving past 15 minutes....now i KNOW why....after I purchased the accord I got 20 minutes down the road, almost home and the check engine light came on. I took it too a mechanic and the catalyctic converter was going bad and it's going to cost $700-$1,000 to fix. They unhooked the battery long enough for the check engine light to stay off while test driving ( I.E. no driving past 15 minutes)...then soon as you buy it, its your fault. I called back immediately and they told me it was my problem and to fix it.......HORRIBLE FOREIGNERS is who runs this place... NEVER AGAIN.... read more

DO NOT BUY HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE In October of this year I purchased a Vehicle from AUTO EXPO at 7608 Centerville rd. in Manassas Virginia. The vehicle as advertised on Craig's list was a two owner with a good car fax history a 2002 Jeep Liberty limited with 100845.6 miles on it . I spoke with (Adam) who I thought was the salesman. I mentioned that I would like my Sister to come inspect the vehicle and test drive it because I was in Chesapeake Va. 197 Miles one way. My sister (10min away) drove the vehicle and assured me that it would be a viable vehicle for my 16 yr old daughter. I got ahold of the dealership and negotiated a price over the phone of 4300.00 and proceeded to Manassas the next day with cash and check book in hand , Once we arrived at the dealership around 1pm things seemed to be going well . Than he charged me a DMV Processing fee but did not process the title at that time . I was told that because we were from Chesapeake that it would be easier for us to go to DMV Once he sent me the title . We began our journey home and less than 15 miles down the road the vehicle began to overheat , at this time it is 4 pm so I call the dealership and tell them what has happened, he said do not drive the Vehicle I will send a tow truck for you and take it to the shop . We get to the shop at 530 pm and all the mechanics have left for the day . I proceed back to the dealership to talk with the salesman about the Jeep. He tells me he will try and help out .So I make the 3 hour trip Back to Chesapeake without the jeep . I return the Next day to pick up the Repaired Jeep form the shop and they tell me that I owe them for the repairs . I called the Dealership once an hour for 6 hours leaving messages and they did not answer my Phone. He called me the Next day after my return to Chesapeake and said he was NOT paying for the repairs that I bought the Jeep "as is" . I said OK and chalked it up to experience and to NEVER buy from him again. A few days pass by and we receive the Title in the mail , My wife and daughter go to DMV in Chesapeake to register the Jeep. The Clerk registers the Jeep and after 2 hrs. my wife and daughter return, while we were getting the paperwork together to place in the Jeep (registration ,Insurance etc.) I noticed that the VIN on the Insurance Card did not match the VIN on the Title. Thinking DMV made a mistake but fortunately my Wife took a picture of the Original Title. We Discovered that in fact the Dealership had sent us a title for a DIFFERENT 02 Jeep Liberty (that's why DMV issued the Registration) not the one we purchased . I contacted the Dealership the next day he found the correct TITLE in his files and sent it to me just before the Halloween weekend. I received the title the following week . Talking with DMV I am being told that I will have to again pay all the fees just like I did with the Last title . Here is what I am mad about the DEALERSHIP is Charging a PROCESSING FEE for its vehicles but DOESN'T PROCESS the paperwork, or Compensate its Customers for their work in the process. This Dealership cost me two Days work and will cost me around 6 hrs at DMV and not to mention the fee for the repairs and my traveling 800(2 Round trip Journeys) miles to get a vehicle for My daughter .This Particular dealership has terrible customer service , Not to mention charging fees for a service that they do not provide. Today 14 Nov 2017 @ 0945 I call the dealership to ask for some compensation of any kind because they did not process the title. He told me that it was DMV's fault Not his and he wasn't going to pay me anything. I ask (Adam) to speak to the Manager or owner he tells me he IS the OWNER and is not going to help me at all. Please investigate this company I believe they are charging people for services that they are not performing. They also have people working there who I assume are Illegal, it's just a SHADY company that truly needs investigated. Even during a flash rain-storm, they made sure that my test drive was safe and that I had ample time to get all of my finances in order to make the purchase. This level of service is very, very, rare in the Washington, DC area. i was shopping around the manassas area looking for a inexpensive vehicle. After driving up down centreville going in and out dealerships i came across Auto Expo. A salesperson by the name of Sar greeted me. Straight forward and to the point which i like. He showed me the car and the history, told me the car has been looked at and that they are open to have me get a mechanic to look at it which i did. He also offered a warranty but declined because i had the car checked and it was fine so i was comfortable. I went to Auto Expo in Manassas, VA for a used car for my 16 year old daughter- her first car. This was to be an exciting time for her but it quickly turned into that "bad used car experience". She found the car she had been looking for, a Mazda 3- we took it for a test drive & it ran well and looked to be in overall good shape except for the minor expected scuffs that you will find in a used car. I am not a mechanic and this was my first time buying a used car. (I have learned a lot now though) We purchased the car and drove off the lot at 7:00 pm on Monday night and drove 20 miles home with no problems. Tuesday while getting familiar with it we discover the trunk release button doesn't work from the inside. OK we missed that, but it is a used car. Then we see that she can use the driver side controls to put the passenger window down but it won't go up from there. OK- again used car we will deal with it. On Wednesday morning she drives the car and the check engine light comes on, she takes it for a diagnostic check. Bad coolant thermostat- we have had the car for less than 30 hours- Call the dealership and I am told not their problem. I understand the "AS-IS" for a used car but seriously less than 30 hours & you can see that it wasn't driven by the miles on the car! They know damn well what they sold us and knowing it was a 16 year old girl driving it! No moral compass and horrible business practices! These people suck. my wife and I bought a 2000 nissan maxima from them and loved the car at first. It had a few scratches and dings here and there but all in all a beautiful car. We decide to purchase it. We go through our own lender and we get approved. We live 2 and a half hours from the dealer mind you, so we come back on a monday night after work to pick up the car. Did the paper work, took the car home. The very next day, on our way into work, the check engine light comes on. I'm immediately pissed and decide to take the car to a mechanic to see whats up. Catalytic converter needs to be replaced. Of course it's not covered in the warranty. So I call auto expo to see if they can help us out some kind of way because it's ridiculous to have just gotten the car the night before, drove it 2 and a half hours back home and the very next morning the check engine light coming on. They tell us to bring it back to them so they're mechanic can check it out. At this point our trust level is very low with them because our mechanic who has worked on our vehicles many, many times and never had any problems with him, said that they had to have known that the converters were bad. We tried to get them to at least give us half the 1800 dollars that the converter system cost, of course all three converters had to be replaced as one piece. They wouldn't even do that. They kept insisting that we bring the car all the way back up there to them and let their mechanic look at it. We really, don't trust them now so we're thinking well what if they just find a way to cut the light off and it never come back on again you know? Who knows what they would do. So after going back and forth with ehm trying to convince them to help us we sad forget it. We didn't want anything else to do with them ever again and we would just handle it on our won. The man said good luck to you, I said no, good luck to you. These people are crooks. I should have known when we got up there and saw the dealership. Never buy from these people, they are not to be trusted. We have not been able to fully enjoy the car because we're afraid of what else might go wrong with it if we drive it to hard. We got the new converters. It seems to be okay now. We hope with only 84,000 miles on it, it should be a good car. That was just really ridiculous. I saw a car I was interested in and decided to go there to see it in person, test drive it, and negotiate with the sales person. I got there. There were two salesmen on the lot who saw me but didn't bother to come up to me and ask if I was interested in any of the cars. I found the car I was interested in but there was no sticker or any written information on the car. I ended up greeting one of the salesmen and asking about the car that interested me, but he was clueless. I then went into the office. There was another customer ahead of me and so I waited. I told the salesman inside that I was interested in test driving a car. He handed me the key and said he'd be with me shortly. He finished helping the customer ahead of me and then went outside, leaving me in the office. I saw him start talking to the other two salesmen who didn't greet me or offer to help me. They just stood out there and talked and talked! Apparently, they weren't interested in selling me a car (too bad because I had cash on hand and was ready to buy).
