I got a warranty on my Camry Xse when I bought it from these guys it's been year and 7months and the bettery is not Gud I called the service department they said I don't have warranty I will call you the next day to let you know. It's sat and I'm tryna get in touch with them I callled 7 times already and they haven't answered my phone. Yall are open from 9am to 8pm what's is going on yall?

When we asked the reason why it has no warranty Tony said all of the cars have warranty. We don't know what to believe.

The worst experience you can have ever! The customer service is terrible. Tony was the one "helping" me look around for cars but he was really rude and disrespectful, he didn't give me any options at all and everyone there told me lies about giving my information and not being affected my credit score because it did affected it and I asked twice and they said no. What pissed me off was that I showed them the features of the car I am looking for and then they said they couldn't do anything , and they couldn't go to the next step if I didn't have a car in mind. I immediately told them I was so disappointed since the person that called me told me to get an appointment without any compromising just to look around and I drove a long distance not to waste my time. They had cero interest and effort in showing me cars. And after they saw I was really mad they ended up just showing me 3 cars but with the worst attitude. At the end, when we went to say that we were leaving they had the nerve to ask us the reason why we didn't get any of the cars, when Tony literally told me that if I didn't have any rush for looking for cars, when I get back there I wouldn't find the car. Please don't waste your time with these people.

Armrest broken

I'm really disappointed with the service department. My wife has had a broken arm rest for weeks. We finally took it to the dealer and asked them to look at it, after two hours their suggestion was to use gorilla glue. I took it home opened the armrest to determine that the manufactured bolts that was holding the armrest to the chassis of the vehicle was in adequate and cheaply made. The dealer said that the warranty would not cover this and that they've never seen that happen before. If they would have taken just a few moments to actually open it up and look they would've clearly seen what was wrong. I went to Lowe's and purchase four screws with washers and reattached it, works perfectly now. This goes to show you that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy a car, but when you take your car to them for service this is the type of service you get, so sad

10/26/19 Met Carlos at Auto Kings yesterday. I met him talking to my wife after getting some pictures of the lay out. My wife's car needed to have some recalls repaired and while we were there, we checked out the Mitsubishi Outlander 2020. The SUV drove smoothly and was very quiet when on the road. I didn't hear any outside noises as we drove on the back roads to Denny's. We arrived at Drnny's which is quite close to Manassas Mall. I also saw the back way road to the mall I have been to from another direction. We decided th o drive back there later on. I don't think Carlos would have gotten in trouble if he had joined us, but we didn't take that chance. I learned that before he was sales man, he use to be a supervisor at a fast food restaurant. He saw a hig driving a car that looked out of place to Carlos and the guy about it. The guy explained he sells cars for Auto Giants and that he should stop by. A day later when Carlos did not stop by, Carlos ended up seeing the guy again. The guy said " I didn't see you yesterday, I expect to see you at the store today." The guy turn out to be the manager of Auto Giants at the time. Carl oi s ended up joining the team and what a great team from what I have seen. I did not feel pushed into anything and the environment was warm and friendly. We did not go for the Mitsubishi 2020 Outlander yesterday, but we might look into it a a later date. I got the head manager's card and added Carlo's name to it. We will be asking for him when we return.

I…read moregive them 3.75 stars because they did do some good work on my vehicle, but not at a 4 or 5 stars in my opinion. I do, however, wish I would have used them before wasting a lot of money, time, and frustration, on another Hyundai dealership in Woodbridge. You all can search for that review as I don't want to rehash it because I believe that review got me to not be Elite in 2024. But anywho... So Safford after that incident with the other place that had my vehicle for over 2-months and did not offer a loaner so I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. Safford was able to get my car working within 2-weeks. Mind you they also said they don't offer loaners and this is a problem especially when the last time I was at their establishment I was there for over 5-hours. I spend a lot of money and not even a month later now my engine light has been on ever since. Instead of them offering me to come in for a free diagnostic and loaner car...they just said come in and we will see what is wrong. Which means to me I will have to wait all day even with an appointment as if I don't have a life and pay for them to "take a look". This is unacceptable especially since I spent a great deal of money already with y'all back in December 2024 and anything wrong with the car you should have found during those 5-6 hours y'all had my car. On top of that they put the oil sticker date "December 2025" as if I would only need one oil change all of 2025...please pay attention to detail y'all! So no I will not be going back to Safford because I found a new place where you don't need to make any appointments for service and I will be able to get a loaner (because I still have a warranty) or dropped off at my house. Instead of waiting around all day as if I work there.

I had such a great experience here - I originally went in for a brake inspection after another…read moreshop told me I needed work done, and Kevin took the time to thoroughly check everything for me. Not only did he explain things clearly, but he was also honest and reassuring -- he let me know my brakes were actually in good condition and didn't need any work at this time. That kind of transparency is rare and very appreciated. What really stood out to me was his integrity. He didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs, saying "sometimes you just gotta help people out." That genuinely meant a lot. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and this experience gave me a lot of confidence in coming back here for future maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and kind service.

Most people have an attitude and are rude when you come in a business while closing . Not these guys. 11 out of 10 stars. Always find and fix the issue fast and with great care . Zero complaints . Disappointed by Owner's Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior…read more I visited Convenience Tire & Auto on April 3, 2025, and had a positive first impression. I spoke at length with the owner about his family-run business and even learned that his son races in NASCAR. The service at that time seemed friendly and sincere. Fast forward to today (June 2, 2025), I called to ask about the warranty for the tires I purchased. I initially spoke with the owner's wife, who was kind and respectful both over the phone and in person. However, my experience with the owner was drastically different. His tone was rude and dismissive from the beginning, which was surprising given our previous interaction. When I asked about warranty coverage, he told me there was none. Later, I reviewed my invoice and saw a 40,000-mile tread warranty clearly listed. I called back to clarify, and he told me the warranty might be offered through the tire manufacturer and asked me to bring the tire in. I accepted that the issue may have been due to a road hazard, and understood that it likely wouldn't be covered. Still, I decided to visit in person to get clarification for future reference. When I originally bought the tires, I was told there was a warranty. On the first phone call today, I was told there was none. On the second call, I was told the tread warranty is through the tire manufacturer. I simply wanted to clear up the conflicting information in case I chose to return as a customer in the future. Unfortunately, instead of explaining things calmly, the owner became visibly irritated, raised his voice, used profanity, and told me to "get the f*** out" of his shop. I stayed calm, didn't argue, and simply rolled my tire out of the store while he continued shouting. His wife, who had been courteous throughout, walked away--clearly embarrassed by his behavior. Everyone has off days, but that's no excuse for cussing out a customer and acting aggressively in a professional setting. There are security cameras in the front lobby where this occurred, around 11:45 a.m. on June 2, 2025. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. I will not be returning.
