Do not purchase any vehicles from this dealership. They are not honest with the customers. They…read morewill tell you the vehicles go through a thorough check with a mechanic, this is not true. I purchased two vehicles on the same day and while driving two hours back home one of the vehicles started having problems. I called the dealership left several messages. I sent pictures to them with no responses. They ignored every message. I tried to call about my license plates because the temp ones had expired. The saleman was rude to me and he didn't even allow me to speak. When I received the plates the DMV information was incorrect. Most times when I called there was one salesman that gave me a different name constantly and he even tried to disguise his voice and hung up on me. They are very unprofessional, the general manager, Ali Nusraty does not do his job as a manager. All he cares about is selling a vehicle. Also, read the contract thoroughly they want you to wave your rights to a trial in court because they know they are selling you vehicles straight from the auction to the lot without doing any checks under the hood. This company has caused me stress and a lot of money. Please spend your hard earned money some place else.

Generally prompt service. But, I recently had a passenger window replaced. A month or so my passenger door actually almost fell off as a number of screws had fallen out causing the door not to close properly...then weeks later it wouldn't close at all as the door had completely dropped down. I returned to the Acura Repairs and explained the situation and showed them how the door literally was falling off. The manager said they did not/would not repair the door (and, of course denied their mechanics had not caused my door to loose the screws).. And, recommended that I go to an auto body shop to have it repaired! So, I went home, looked up 2004 Acura on the web and what do you know, several sites popped up: Acura Parts and Acura Club. The guys were so helpful, others advised me that I needed to buy the size of the screws, also the particular screw driver. I ordered 4 screws at the cost of $8.00 (four dollars was the postal price). In a few days the screws arrived and my husband just screwed the passenger door in place. It all worked out beautifully....but wouldn't you have thought Acura Dealers would have had the expertise to have done that? Zero stars for my last visit as I have lost trust in their ability to do what's right!!

From the beginning, Murad…read morelistened very carefully to what I needed in a vehicle, especially regarding price, size, and overall practicality. He never made the process feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to understand what would actually work best for my family. Murad was also extremely hospitable throughout the sales process, offering drinks and snacks and making sure we felt comfortable while we were there. He stayed in contact with me for months before the purchase, consistently providing updates on inventory and letting me know when vehicles came in that matched what I might like. One of the things I appreciated most was his willingness to match or beat offers from surrounding dealerships. That showed me that he truly valued my business and wanted to make the deal work. He also went above and beyond by helping solve current issues my wife was experiencing with her car, even though that vehicle was not purchased from him. I also want to recognize the finance manager, who overcame several would-be roadblocks during the financing process. He worked hard to make sure we felt extremely comfortable with both our purchase and our financing options. His patience, professionalism, and problem-solving made a major difference and helped turn what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and reassuring experience. Finally, I want to recognize Mr. Hajji, the owner, for the way he treated us. He made us feel like VIP customers and acknowledged that we had purchased from Select Auto Imports before. That kind of customer appreciation means a lot and is one of the reasons we continue to feel comfortable doing business with them. Overall, Murad and the entire team at Select Auto Imports provided outstanding service, professionalism, and care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values relationships, listens to customers, and works hard to earn your trust. -A. Muhammad

He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my wants and needs. He didn't pressure me into anything and even offered me to look at cheaper cars that would be closer to the monthly payments I was looking for. But no surprise that I ended up falling in love with the Mercedes GLE 53 AMG coupe! I really like that they don't let people test drive most of their vehicles. They take business seriously and don't stress over losing sales bc the service and cars speak for themselves! The paperwork and overall process didn't take long either as most dealerships do. The process was easy and they walked me through it with no rush making sure I understood everything. Even helped me transfer my insurance policy! The dealership is so beautiful too. They have a wide range of rare and typical luxury vehicles. Everyone is so friendly there and it's nice to see that they all get along and crack jokes. It seems like a wonderful environment for the employees and patrons. Thank you Naser and both Mikes for helping me find such a beautiful car with amazing performance!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience with General Manager Jose Diaz at Woodbridge Auto Sales…read more I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been dealing with the general manager, Jose Diaz, at Woodbridge Auto Sales. From the moment we purchased our vehicle, it was a downhill journey riddled with deception, hostility, and blatant disregard for customer service. We purchased a vehicle via cashier's check and were led to believe everything was in order, including receiving the title. However, we later discovered--only after attempting to register the vehicle--that they had retained the title without notifying us. This critical detail was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The only explanation given later was that they wanted to "make sure the check cleared." While we understand financial precautions, it is completely unacceptable that we were not told this upfront. After three weeks of calling, following up, and trying to get clarity, we finally got through to Jose Diaz. Instead of an apology or even a solution-oriented conversation, we were met with confrontation, defensiveness, and finger-pointing. He coldly told us that they would "get it to us when they get to it." No empathy. No urgency. Just blatant disrespect. We even asked if they would cover a same-day courier service to receive the title due to the urgent need to register the vehicle. Jose Diaz refused and said it would be delivered the next day instead. When we followed up the following day to confirm, we were told by the administrator that the title was only just being sent out that day--meaning Jose Diaz had blatantly lied with no regard for his word or ethics. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. Despite all this, I want to acknowledge the one bright spot in this entire ordeal: Mary Lou, an administrator at Woodbridge Auto Sales. She was the only professional and courteous person we encountered. She apologized for the inconvenience and actively worked to resolve the issue. She offered to make things right by ensuring the title would be sent out immediately and even offered to renew our temporary registration if needed due to their delays and errors. Her integrity and willingness to help were the only reason we were able to make any progress. When I asked Jose Diaz for the owner's contact information to escalate the matter, he arrogantly told me that he was "as far as it goes" and refused to provide any names. Thankfully, after speaking with my attorney, we were able to identify the owner as Chady Nasr, and we are now pursuing a negligence claim due to the mishandling of the transaction and the unprofessional conduct we experienced. If you are considering doing business with Woodbridge Auto Sales, especially under the management of Jose Diaz, I strongly advise you to think twice. He is hostile, unprofessional, and lacks the basic skills and ethics required for leadership. The experience has been nothing short of exhausting, and no one should have to go through what we did just to get the documentation for a vehicle they legally purchased. Avoid this place at all costs if Jose Diaz is your point of contact. If you do end up there, I hope you're fortunate enough to work with Mary Lou instead.
